Kajian Ilmiah Mahasiswa Administrasi Publik (KIMAP)
KIMAP: Kajian Ilmiah Administrasi Publik, dengan nomor terdaftar ISSN 2746-0460 (Online), adalah jurnal peer-review, akses terbuka yang diterbitkan enam kali setiap tahun atau sekali dalam dua bulan, yakni Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober, Desember oleh Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah akademik bagi para peneliti, akademisi, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengeksplorasi isu-isu strategis serta inovasi dalam tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. Cakupan utama jurnal ini mencakup kebijakan publik, manajemen publik, governance, desentralisasi, pelayanan publik, serta pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam konteks administrasi publik.

This study aimed to provide an overview and explanation of Lejja Natural Tourism Development in Increasing the Revenue of Tourism Levies in the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Soppeng Regency. This study used the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews with informants. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The results of the study showed that the development of the natural tourism object was not fully well done by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in terms of tourism object development. This was seen from the aspects of (1) the criteria of attracting tourists (attractions), (2) the criteria for developing tourist areas, (3) the criteria for community welfare. Supporting factors in this activity included Beautiful Natural Panorama, Cool and still original or natural, abundant hot springs, and good security conditions. While the limiting factor was the limited budget for the cost of facilities and infrastructure that were still inadequate attractions.

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT. Pelni Labuan Bajo. This study used quantitative research type with causal associative quantitative research type, namely for causal relationships between two or more variables from several populations for the sample. With a population of 40 employees. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The results showed the testing indicators of occupational health and safety variables on employee performance partially had a positive and significant influence. The results of this study indicated testing the variables of health and work safety on employee performance simultaneously. It showed the t count value of 3,143. This showed that the t count value was greater than the t table value of 1,687 which was obtained from (n -3 = 40-3 = 37 ) with a significant level of a = 0.05. It concluded that tcount ttable (3.143 1.687) So it that the H1 decision was accepted, this meant that the occupational health and safety variable had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable.Keywords: Effect, occupational health and safety, employee performance

This study purposed to find out the evaluation of the Garbage Truck Procurement Program in Pakatto Bontomarannu Village, Gowa Regency. The type of research used qualitative as an attempt to describe in general with the existing facts. There were 9 informants. The data collection techniques were Interview, Direct Observation and Documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the procurement of garbage trucks in Pakatto village was considered more effective for villagers considering the habit of residents/communities being more likely to throw their garbage around the river. The efficiency of this garbage truck procurement was considered very good, based on the community's regular monthly fee of Rp. 20,000. This routine fee was allocated for the operational costs of the garbage collectors for the BumDes cash inflow. The adequacy of the procurement of this garbage truck was considered sufficient in transporting the waste of residents who had paid their dues. The responsiveness of the community was different, there were people who responded quite well and there were also people who responded with uninterested. The accuracy of the garbage truck procurement program was considered inappropriate, considering the highland areas that could not be reached by garbage trucks and the principle of benefit was no longer appropriate for its function.Keywords: Evaluation and Truck Procurement Program

This study purposed to find out the Electronic Archive Management of the Incoming and Outgoing Mail System at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Sulawesi during the implementation of the online incoming and outgoing mail system application. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that from the aspects of 1) the creation and storage of managing electronic archives had been integrated into the SISUMEKER Incoming and Outgoing Mail System application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Sulawesi, 2) distribution and use, in the management of electronic archives. implementing the incoming and outgoing mail system application as the way in which the use of the application could be easier for employees, 3) maintenance in the SISUMEKER Electronic Archive Management was carried out properly. It was known from the ability to maintain in accordance with the plan. It maintained the quality of the management each account SISUMAKER. Also the employees routinely did backup data so that archives were kept safe, 4) disposition of the SISUMAKER Incoming and Outgoing System Electronic Archive Management had been carried out in stages and it run through the sisumaker application.

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of good governance principles for financial management in Matampapole Village, Mallawa District, Maros Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are five stages of principles of good governance in village financial management, namely equality which has done justice in informing the budget or financial management to the community, transparency has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management to the community, accountability has been transparent/open in conveying the budget or financial management in the community, the effectiveness and efficiency of the community begins to feel efficient and changes in conveying the budget or financial management to the community and participation has carried out community consultation activities in conveying the budget or financial management to the community.

The purposed of this study was to find out the relationship between organizational discipline culture and employee performance in the population and civil registration offices in Pangkep Regency. This study used mixed method research. Data collection used observation and questionnaires, interviews with a number of informants were the Head of Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkep Regency and the head of the subdivision, data analysis technique used simple correlation. Data were analyzed by simple regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. The results showed that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance was effective in a culture of time discipline, employees had arrived punctual, the rules set by the agency, employees had obeyed these regulations, and their responsibilities the responsibility that the employees was good. Employees 'job descriptions were structured well, but the completion of their duties was still not on time and job placements were in accordance with the employees' abilities. This studi purposed to manage parking in Makassar City,through a public private partnership in the implementation of elektronik parking terminals (TPE) in the Makassar City Parking PD with the aim to increase regional original revenue (PAD). The research method used qualitative research with phenomenological research type.Data collection was carried out throught observation,interviews and documentation of informants directly involved .the result of this study showed that the public private partnership in the implementation of elektronik parking terminals (TPE) in PD Parking Makassar City was seen from the characteristics of the partnership (1) the was a written agreement in the determining partnership (2) objectives in the partnership (3) sharing of responsibilities for riks (4) resources,costs and benefits.then seen from the pattern of partnerhip interaction,Namely (1) the government regulates,controls and evaluates independently (2) there was interaction between the government and the community.

This study purposed to describe how the general election supervisory body's strategy in preventing money politics in Sinjai district (2018 election case study). The method used was case study. There were 9 informants, including the community. The results of this study showed that the strategy used to prevent money politics in Sinjai District by making efforts to improve both internally and externally to improve the performance of the Election Supervisory Body and see how the quality of the Election Supervisory Body itself. Bawaslu provided technical guidance and training to each personnel / committee involved in the election activities as supervisors in accordance with the methods used, as well as utilizing electronic media and internet media to conduct supervisory controls. The determinant factor so that the emergence of money politicians was with the desire to occupy an office instantly by relying on money as a bribe to ordinary people.

This study aimed to explain the responsiveness of the implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bone Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The research data were collected by means of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study showed that the ability to respond to the community was good, it was seen from the use of the Head of Service's mobile number as a public number, the speed of service was not good due to the usual network errors and less government apparatus compared to many people, the accuracy of serving was good in accordance with standard operating procedures(SOP), Accuracy in serving was good because it was electronically based, timeliness of service, namely processing time until verification must be on schedule, ability to respond the complaints was good because it had received complaints and filled out Google Forms implemented by the Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of the policy for developing coastal tourism objects at the cultural and tourism service in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the policy for the development of coastal tourism objects at the Department of Culture and Tourism in Makassar City, viewed from the aspects: 1. Communication, the Makassar City Culture and Tourism Office was very good because the service office always prioritized communication in every divisions. in each office to run according to the SOP in each office in realizing good service. 2. Resources, the Culture and Tourism Office were good at providing natural resources in each tourist attraction so that each tourist attraction had good natural resources in attracting people who came to take a vacation, 3. Disposition of the Office of Culture and the Makassar City Tourism Office had been said to be good because each employee's office had been given training on tourism development policies in the city of Makassar, 4. The bureaucratic structure of the official was good because the bureaucratic structure in each office had implemented a bureaucratic structure that had been determined directly from the head office.Keywords: Policy implementation, tourism object
