Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of the tourism apparatus of the West Sulawesi Province.  This research uses  a qualitative description of research with the type of phenomenological research.  Informants in this research are 7 people.  Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation.  The results of this research indicate that the activities of the apparatus resource development program have been carried out and run in accordance with the state civil service management procedures.  It has just a few obstacles in the development activities, namely from the aspects of: a) educational programs of the apparatus regarding the understanding of job duties and still there are some employees who are still confused, b) the training program of the apparatus has not been effective due to lack of interest of businessmeb to follow the activities  training provided by the West Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office.  and c) career development for the apparatus has not been very effective in the process of employee career, sometimes overlapping, and those who are entitled to such ranks or classes and facilities for education and training are only certain people who have emotional closeness with superiors such as family, friends  , or kinship.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the effect of non-physical work environment variables on employee cooperation variables at the Taka Bonerate District Office, Selayar Islands Regency. The method used in this study was a quantitative research method, the research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data collection technique used questionnaire and strengthened by the results of observations/field observations and documentation studies. In this study, the sampling technique was saturated random sampling. Looking at the number of populations that were less than 100 people,the entire population was used as a sample, which was as many as 30 people. The results showed, based on the output of the summary model, the results obtained were R/standardized Cofficients Beta of 0.324 or 32,4%. That was, the calculation showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee cooperation at the Taka Bonerate District Office, Selayar Island Regency. Keywords: Non-physical Work Environment, Cooperation

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengarahkan tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan di KMP Balibo di pelabuhan Pamatata, Kabupaten Selayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan pengukuran instrumen penelitian yaitu skala Likerts. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang KMP Balibo. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan yang diperoleh sig. 0,00. Nilai 0,00 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung adalah 12,769 dan diketahui bahwa t-tabel adalah 1,993. tcount 12.769 ttable 1.993 maka keputusannya adalah HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa pengaruh variabel mutu pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan penumpang sebesar 69,1% melalui uji koefisien determinasi. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan penumpang

Abstract

Layanan kios adminduk merupakan unit layanan mandiri yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengakses layanan secara online, mendekatkan akses layanan masyarakat ke tingkat desa. Kehadiran kios adminduk desa ini sebagai upaya mempermudah pengurusan dokumen seperti Kartu Keluarga (KK). Akta Kelahiran dan Akta Kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis inovasi pelayanan adminduk kios di Desa Panyangkalang, Kecamatan Mangarabombang, Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari informan sejumlah 5 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian difokuskan pada inovasi dengan empat indikator, yaitu memiliki keunikan, memiliki unsur pembaharuan, dilaksanakan melalui program yang direncanakan dan memiliki tujuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan adminduk kiosk di Desa Panyangkalang, Kecamatan Mangarabombang, Kabupaten Takalar telah berjalan dengan baik dan menerapkan prosedur pelayanan prima, pelayanan adminduk kiosk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya, namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat kendala. Memiliki keterbatasan tim teknis aplikasi SIAK (sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and explain the influence of excellent service on the satisfaction of people with disabilities in population administration data collection at the Makassar 1 State Special School. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Research data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression formulas in the form of tables, figures, frequencies and narratives processed using SPSS data. Based on the results of the T-test research, the significant variables are attitude, attention, appearance and responsibility. Meanwhile, the F-test shows the value of f-count f-table (172.082 2.35) and a significance level of 0.000 0.05, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of excellent service on the satisfaction of people with disabilities. The coefficient of determination shows an adjusted R Square value of 0.965, meaning that 95.6% of the satisfaction of people with disabilities can be explained by attitudes, attention, actions, abilities, appearance and responsibility. The remaining 3.5% is explained by other variables that are not in the regression model. This.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, and Observability of Healthy Hallway innovation at the Health Office of Makassar City. This type of research is a qualitative description. The  informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, the relative advantage that is owned is in addition to paying attention to the health hallway as well as the surrounding community with the suitability of the needs of the community, this innovation can be tested and implemented by the adopter's ease of observation. However, the complexity lies in the people who tend to be indifferent in implementing this innovation program, but the people in the surrounding environment help each other so that the complexity tends not to be felt.Keywords: Innovation, Healthy Hallway, Society.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Implementation of Slum Area Eradication Program in Letta Village, Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. This study used  qualitative research, the sources of data used primary and secondary, the number of informants was 7 people. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction steps, data presentation, qualitative data verification, and using triangulation of data validation namely triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of this study showed that the Implementation of Slum Area Eradication Program in Letta Village, Bantaeng district, Bantaeng Regency had been realized optimally, seen from (1) the structured environment that had been realized; (2) the provision of family toilets that had not been realized so that there were still people who used latrines in the beach; (3) adequate supply of water was maximally realized.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the work culture of the police in serving the community, satisfaction, accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services to the community. This study used qualitative with 5 informants. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the habits of Rappocini police officers in providing excellent service to the community by using local / regional culture and community trust. Every arrangement in the agency  or private prioritized or improved the family system. In improving performance that was appropriate, fast and professional, Rappocini Police Sector Regulations  that provided public services to the community in order to provide maximum service, guided by tri brata and Catur prasetya  and the commission of the police profession code of ethics as the main task of the police to protect, serve and enforce the law, as well as Values in the view of the Makassar Rappocini Police Sector in providing services to the community in accordance with the reality that had not been running optimally. The application of perfomance had not  run well, convoluted service, acts of favoritism or exceptions.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the quality of BPJS Health Emergency Services at the Kalosi Health Center, Alla District, Enrekang Regency seen from the theory of service quality standards according to Parasurama 2017, namely direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness. assurance and empathy The research method used  descriptive qualitative. Data collecting technique used observation, documentation and direct interviews. The results showed 5 indicators of Public Service Quality for ER Patients BPJS Health D at Kalosi Health Center, namely indicator 1) Direct evidence, that the existing facilities and infrastructure at the Public health center were still lacking and not functioning 2) Reliability, that Reliability and trust in increasing again. 3) The power of administrative and medical staff was still not maximized, it  needed to be responsive, the skills of doctors and nurses in examining patients were good 4) Guarantees, the ability of doctors and nurses in services could  be trusted by patients although there were still some things which had to be improved, such as unfriendly attitudes and young medical officers and new administrative officers. 5) Empathy of the nurse had taken good care of the patient. Keywords: Quality of service, BPJS Kesehatan Emergency Room, Public health center.

Abstract

AbstractThe success of an agency can be determined by the achievement of the planned goals. Efforts can be made to achieve this goal by utilizing the resources owned by both human resources and other resources, such as capital and office infrastructure. Humans are a crucial resource for an institution because humans have the ability to work together, set goals and work to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the development of service facilities and infrastructure at the Karunrung Village Office, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research uses quantitative research type with descriptive research type with the number of respondents as many as 32 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the development of facilities and infrastructure is categorized as good. It can be seen from the recapitulation of each indicator including: Efficiency Indicator with a percentage of 80.83%, Flexibility Indicator with a percentage of 85.93%, Satisfaction Indicator with a percentage of 69.6%, Excellence Indicator with a percentage of 70.9%, Development Indicator with a percentage of 70.6%.Keywords: effectiveness, development, facilities and infrastructure
