Abstract

This study aimed to determine the form of transparency of information on Business License services at the Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office in Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 10 people.  data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study showed that from the aspect of the availability and accessibility of documents from the process of providing information on technical requirements and procedures for business licensing regarding business license services in the department had been running well, aspects of clarity and completeness of information could provide comfort in providing information when serving the community and timely in providing information on business licensing procedures if they had entered their working hours, the aspect of the openness of the process was not be  well, this could be seen from the non-publication of all business licensing procedures that should be a benchmark of user assessment, and aspects of the regulatory framework that were ensure transparency was well publicized and could be understood by service users.Keywords: Information Transparency, Business License Services

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the empowerment of small and medium businesses (UKM) in the Office of UKM cooperatives and trade in Maros Regency. This study  used  descriptive qualitative method that gave  picture or explanation objectively related to the actual state of the object under study. Data collection techniques were interviews and observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that empowerment (UKM) at the Office of Kopumdag was not running optimally. Empowerment carried out by the government in the initial phase was quite instrumental by providing training and counseling. Furthermore, in the participatory phase the community and government had collaborated in developing UKM. While in the emancipatory phase the government was still constrained by the provision of facilities and infrastructure in developing UKM. Therefore, the empowerment of UKM in Maros Regency should provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, so that the implementation of training or counseling could run optimally and produced output that was in line with expectations.

Abstract

The study aimed  to find out how much the relationship between organizational culture and employee professionalism at the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai Regency This study used quantitative with descriptive research type. These quantitative descriptive studies were methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. The population and sample in this study were 35 people. Data collection techniques used  questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the calculated value was greater than rtable (0.992 0.344). Therefore, there was a very strong relationship to organizational culture and employee professionalism in the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how e-procurement (electronic procurement of goods and services) in realizing the effectiveness of e-procurement at the Electronic Procurement Service office in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods to describe the conditions or phenomena that occured in the procurement of goods and services in Bone Regency. Objectively by using logic and appropriate theories in the field. The results of the study showed that: (1) target achievement, indicating that there was a target that has been determined through planning and then the target was achieved (2) adaptability, namely the ability to adapt to situations or circumstances that occured (3) job satisfaction, the work is said to be of high quality if it could provide satisfaction(4) Responsibility, after the division of tasks were required to carry out according to their respective jobs. Keywords: Effectiveness, E-procurement, Goods and Services

Abstract

 The objective of this research was intended to find out the quality of the land administration servies on the ministry of national land affairs agency (ATR/BPN) of Bantaeng. The regulation number 12 of 2008 about local government which said that land service is the obligatory business which becomes the authority of local government is the business affairs of the district. The research method used a qualitative in case study method. The instrument of collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. The result of the research shaws that there were three thingss about this : (1) time precision of the service were according to the file needed in making certificate (2)  the responsibility that given to the society was still low (3) the society has a low understanding eventhough the information access has been on hand.

Abstract

The aim is to explain or describe the extent of the implementation of public information disclosure in village development in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted in Tellumpanua Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. From the communication carried out by the Tellumpanua Village Government to the community, it has been done well by conveying information to the community regarding planning, managing village funds in village development. human resources and infrastructure facilities. The disposition or attitude of the implementers is good. Furthermore, the bureaucratic structure has been implemented well because the Tellumpanua village office is required to obey the applicable rules. Keywords: Implementation, Public Information Disclosure, Village Development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the government as a regulator, dynamicator and facilitator in empowering farmer groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. Researchers use phenomenological types to find out what problems occur and develop information and obtain data obtained by researchers during in-depth interviews. The results showed that related to the Government's Role in Empowering Farmer Groups in Turatea Timur Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency, it had not been fully implemented optimally. it's just that the implementation is not entirely good because there are still those who have not carried out the rules in accordance with applicable regulations. The government as (2) dynamo, namely (a) Socialization, (b) Assistance, (c) Training, and (d) Field Visits which also cannot be said to be fully optimal because there are still several obstacles in its implementation. And the Government as (3) a facilitator who provides superior seeds, fertilizers and production facilities has been able to facilitate farming communities quite well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of implementing finger print attendance in employee discipline. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results of the research show that: (a) Achievement of the target in implementing finger print attendance has been achieved and has been proven to be effective, this can be seen from the research results and observations of researchers, namely increasing employee discipline from the level of attendance (b) The adaptability of office employees Tondong Tallasa sub-district head, in implementing finger print attendance, is already able and accustomed to doing finger prints (c) Job satisfaction in implementing the finger print attendance system at the Tondong Tallasa sub-district office, namely the impact on job satisfaction and motivating employees (d) Responsibilities of sub-district office employees Tondong Tallasa in carrying out the tasks given has increased,

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to describe women's leadership in public positions at the District Office of Pangkajene and Islands. This study used a descriptive qualitative type of research. This study used data observation, interviews, documentation. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. The results showed that (1) the female leader as the mother had been carried out well, namely the leaders always accepted the complaints of her staff, (2) the female leader as a sexual object or a good motivator had been going well because the staff were able to work without being ordered to.(3) The female leader as a favorite, it was proven to exist because the staff made the section head  , (4) The female leader as an iron woman was in the leadership of the section head seen from those who were firm to their staff in order to provide good discipline.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency of West Sulawesi Province. This research was associative in nature by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture with the performance of Civil Servants and explaining the influence of the variables examined using quantitative research methods. The data used were primary and secondary data and the unit of analysis was the civil servants at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. The results of the data analysis had an influence between the variable X on the variable Y From the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, the implementation of Organizational Culture influences the Civil Servants Performance in the Secretariat of DPRD Mamuju Regency. This was evidenced from the results of the calculation of correlation obtained t count that was equal to 7,036 and the level of relationship was high. Then from the results of these calculations it could be seen that the coefficient of determination was 42.5%
