Abstract

This study purposed to find out the influence of organizational culture on service quality at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Gowa Regency. This study used the method.  Data collection techniques used a questionnaire in the form of a checklist and documentation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data was explained in the form of tables, frequency and narrative of the processed data with SPSS. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture on service quality at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Gowa Regency was very significant, namely the effect of self-awareness (X1) on service quality (Y) of 0.102 or 10.2%, the effect of aggressiveness (X2) on quality. service (Y) was 0.069 or 6.9%, the influence of personality (X3) on service quality (Y) was 0.027 or 27%, the effect of performance (X4) on service quality (Y) was 0.290 or 29%, and the influence of team orientation (X5) on service quality (Y) of 0.243 or 24.3% which indicated that organizational culture affects service quality and also influenced by other variables that had not been examined in this study. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by a significance value.Keywords: Influence, Organizational Culture, Public Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of responsiveness of public complaint services at the Alla Sector Police Office, Enrekang Regency. This  study used quantitative  with quantitative descriptive research type, while the number of informants in this study were 63 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a checklist and used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of responsiveness of public complaint services at the Alla Sector Police Office in Enrekang Regency, which was measured using indicators  by Zeithaml, which consisted of indicators of responsiveness, accuracy of serving, and punctuality of service, which were in the quite good category, while the speed of serving indicators. , the accuracy of serving and the indicators of the ability to respond to community complaints were in the good category. Keywords: public service, public complaints, responsiveness

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of work experience on work productivity in the Regional Secretariat Office of Gowa Regency. The research method was a quantitative research method with the type of survey research. The hypothesis put forward work experience on work productivity. Data obtained by 114 respondents, while the sample used a creative table which was followed by stratified random sampling. Data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis method with Y = 10.978 + 0.683X with the help of Pearson product moment (r) through SPSS Version 22.0 program at α = 0.05 level. The results of this study showed that there was a significant positive influence between work experience on work productivity in the Regional Office of the Gowa Regency Secretariat with a regression coefficient of 0.683 for the interpretation of the regression cofficient in the medium category so that it could be said that there was an effect of work experience on work productivity in the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat Office.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to determine the form of supervision and effectiveness of village fund supervision. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by explaining the situations or events in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the supervision of village funds in Kuta Village, Lambitu District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of the Village Fund is carried out in the form of direct supervision  and indirect supervision  of the implementation of the Village Fund Budget, as well as the obstacles that hinder the BPD in carrying out its supervisory function, including in the form of incompetent human resources and institutionally BPD does not yet have an office. itself, causing less active BPD members in conducting supervision so that the implementation of supervision is not effective enough. Keywords: Supervision, Village Fund, Effective

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of minimum service standards during the new normal period at the Kassi-Kassi Public Health Center in Makaassar City. The research method used is qualitative. The results showed 1) Standards and policy targets including SOPs applied in the minimum service standards at Kassi Kassi Health Center Makassar City had been pegged and measured, besides that there was an increase in SPM achievements, 2) the resources at Kassi Kassi Public Health Center had met and were sufficient both from infrastructure and facilities such as TCM, complete medical equipment, elevators, 58 POSHBINDU, 3) Relationships between organizations are very supportive, such as BIN collaborating with the puskesmas for vaccination activities, in addition the government encourages direct innovation of digital services such as SOBAT TB, LSMILL , SITRUS, 4) the characteristics of implementing agents have understood their respective duties and responsibilities, 5) social, economic, political conditions are very supportive where visitors who perform services feel safe and comfortable and there is no discrimination in the services provided, 6) disposition of the agent implementor implementers are consistent and always evaluate the implementation of SPM and every year an evaluation is held for the progress of SPM.

Abstract

The application of e-government in the context of realizing good governance was a form of improving the quality of public services, increasing active participation in providing information to the public, and increasing the need to be more effective in providing information. This study aimed to determine the implementation of e-government in BPJS Kesehatan in Lasusua District. This study used a qualitative examination procedure. Data was collected through techniques; interviews, observations and documentation. The results of research regarding the application of e-government in improving BPJS Health services in Lasusua District showed that; (1) the willingness of the BPJS head to implement e-government in providing services (2) for the government to provide the benefits of open, participatory, innovative and accountable governance. The benefit for the community  made it easier to obtain health services. (3) resources, including human resources and financial resources to support the sustainability of e-government implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres Tamarunang. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach and data is collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques using the Hersey and Blanchard style policy implementation model. With good leadership in schools, teacher performance can improve The results of the research show that the application of the leadership style of the principal of SD Inpres Tamarunang, Bantaeng Regency by directing/directing, coaching/coaching, supporting/supporting and delegating/delegating has been implemented well in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres Tamaraunang, Bantaeng Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze and describe organizational and inter-organizational behavior, lower-level bureaucratic behavior and the behavior of target groups in the implementation of the National  Microfinance Baznas Program, National Zakat Agency in Maros Regency. This study was conducted in Maros Regency using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation was carried out through triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data  analysis used  data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions. The results showed that the implementation process included organizational behavior and inter-organizational dimensions, namely commitment and coordination. The level of commitment of related agencies was quite high, while coordination of related agencies needed to be improved. The dimensions of lower-level bureaucratic behavior were organizational control and official professionalism. Organizational control was running well and the level of professionalism of the apparatus was quite high. The response  of the Village Microfinance Baznas was very supportive of this program because it was very helpful in terms of financing business capital.Keywords: Program Implementation,  Village Microfinance Baznas

Abstract

This study purposed to determine how the views of honorary nurses and patients about the eligibility of receiving compensation for honorary nurses at Majene General Hospital. This type of research used descriptive quantitative method, the population in this study were honorary nurses at the general hospital in the district of Majenene, which amounted to 477 honorary nurses (if the population was smaller than the sample then all were examined (saturated / census sample. This study used three data collection techniques  were observation, questionnaire and documentation, while the data analysis used questionnaire, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the effect of work motivation (x) on employee performance (y) based on regression testing found that the H_0 was rejected and  H_1 accepted so that it was found that compensation affects the performance of honorariums in the Majene area general hospital, most agree with the compensation given to nurses to improve the performance of honorary nurses.This study purposed to determine how the views of honorary nurses and patients about the eligibility of receiving compensation for honorary nurses at Majene General Hospital. Abstract

This study purposed to determine the implementation of health service policies in the handling of malnutrition in infants in Enrekang Regency. The study  used  qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. Data collection were l observation, interviews with a number of informants were the head of the health department, the Public Health sector, nutrition program managers and parents. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation, the method triangulation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that the implementation of policies carried out by the health department in handling malnutrition in children under five years old in Enrekang Regency was already good, it was seen that the communication aspect was already run well  because  there was pre-socialization, the  resources were available so  it was more easier, the disposition of the handling was carried out in the form of giving vitamins, and the bureaucratic structure of children and young women who worked together with the health center and the hospital, were also supporting and inhibiting factors as movers thinkers or planners to achieve an organizational goal and lack of vitamins and supplements.
