Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis Mutu Pelayanan Terpadu (PST) Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Jeneponto yang berfokus pada mutu pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu variabel yang menentukan tercapainya tujuan dan berhubungan langsung dengan kepuasan masyarakat/pengunjung dalam proses pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yaitu menganalisis data dengan mendeskripsikan atau mendeskripsikan data yang telah dikumpulkan sebagaimana adanya, yang berkaitan dengan kualitas Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu (PST) Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Jeneponto dengan 42 responden sebagai pengguna data. Statistik dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling dan data penelitian berupa angka dan analisis menggunakan statistika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dikategorikan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rekapitulasi masing-masing indikator antara lain: Indikator Tangible dengan persentase 3,19 (79,55%), Indikator Reliabilitas dengan skor rata-rata 4,13 (82,65%), Indikator Responsivitas dengan skor rata-rata 4,49 (89,86%), Indikator Assurance dengan skor rata-rata 4,19 (83,80%), Indikator Empati dengan skor rata-rata 4,28 (85,73%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Disdukcapil Village Girls Innovation Program in Bulukumba District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with interview observation methods. Interviews were conducted on 8 informants using purposive sampling. The analysis used is a data validation technique through data triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the 3 approach methods show that the Input approach is in accordance with the expected target and most people already have KTPs, but the facilities and infrastructure are lacking. Then the service process is good enough as seen from the administrative requirements that are clearly socialized to the public, and the output is assessed from human resources that are good enough because they have intellectual qualities both in terms of knowledge, abilities and skills, and have carried out technical guidance. There needs to be socialization to students first before implementing the program at school. In addition, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure in implementing the program so that it can be implemented 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the form of supervision and its effect on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Bontonompo District Office in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques were the study of literature, field studies such as observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis techniques. The total population in the study were all employees of the Bontonompo District Office of Gowa Regency as many as 30 employees. The withdrawal of the sample used the saturation sampling technique. Based on the results of statistical analysis of the summary model table, explaining the magnitude of the correlation or relationship  (R) value was 0.793. From the influence of the independent or supervisory variable (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.615, it meant that 61% of the influence of the independent or supervisory variable (X) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) in the Bontonompo District Office Gowa Regency, from the output results was a good level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the provision of services was in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) seen from how the ability to respond and respond to complaints, how the speed, accuracy and timeliness of service delivery. This research used quantitative methods to describe the responsiveness of public services specifically about coaching. The sample was 10% of employees who were selected by simple random sampling from 20% of the population. The research data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the guidance services at the Enrekang Regency State Detention Center,were good, this was based on the descriptive results of the percentage that the implementation of prison services was in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the performance of employees in the participatory planning process carried out by the Regional Development Research and Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Jeneponto Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. This study used three data collection techniques were observation, interviews with 8 informants and documentation. While data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study showed that the community participates in the development planning process but in its implementation it was found that development realization was not in accordance with the community’s proposal. The conclusion of this study was that community participation could determine how their proposals were realized in real development.

Abstract

This study discussed  the Effectiveness of Supervision of the Center for Drug and Food Control in the Distribution of Dangerous Cosmetics in Makassar City. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the Makassar POM Center Supervision was in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used observation and interview techniques. The technique of validating data was triangulation based on the theory of Steers (1985) with indicators of Goal Achievement, Integration and Adaptation. The results showed that the supervision carried out by BPOM in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics in Makassar City was  quite effective. This seen from the indicators used, namely: 1) Achieving goals, BPOM had been effective in the process of achieving goals because the planned targets run well according to plan, 2) Integration, BPOM was able to provide socialization and training in the distribution of dangerous cosmetics, 3) Adaptation , it was effective because it could adapt to the time. Keywords: Effectiveness, Supervision, Circulation, Cosmetics

Abstract

The notion of this research is to discover official ethics on administration service in the office of Civil Service Agency and Human Resource Development in Bone District. This research was descriptive qualitative method that used type of phenomenology research, and technique of data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data in this research taken from seven informants. Technique of data collecting was deep interview, direct observation, and take documentation. The result of this research showed that the official ethics on administration services has been running  consist of four aspects, namely Equality, The value of the equation that is run is good, Equity, The maximum applied justice is seen. Loyalty, Employed loyalty is shown direcly by looking at the performance and obeying the existing rules.  Responsibility , in carrying out the service has been responsible but in terms of discipline, especially discipline when there are still many employess who do not attend on time and make Government employees waiting service.

Abstract

the aims of this research is to determine the implementation of transparency of accountability report school operational assistance at SD Islamiyah 1 in Ternate. The method of this research is qualitative research. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation. The object of this research is SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate and the subject of this research were headmaster, treasurer, committee chairman and student guardian.The result of this research shows that the implementation of  the principle of transparency in the accountability report for school operational assistance funds (BOS) at SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate City has been going well. There are three indicators in this research, namely the legal framework, independent and effective audits, and community involvement. SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate City carries out the budgeting process from planning to realization in an open and truly accountable manner. The management of BOS funds is carried out by using technical guidelines (JUKNIS) as the basis so that BOS funds can be used effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the priority is the use of village funds in community empowerment in Turatea Village. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, notes, reports, and official archives. The results of the research show 1) The Village Government of the Turatea office has allocated priorities for the Village fund budget with previous planning, so that the planning produces a program in the village of Turatea. 2) Implementation of the allocation of funds for the Turatea Village, Jeneponto Regency, is allocated in the administration of the Village government according to the existing fields in the Turatea Village government. 3) Arrangements are made in accordance with (SOP). 4) There is a form of reporting on the allocation of village budget funds to empower the Turatea Village community, amounting to IDR 211,500,000. 5). There is accountability from the Turatea Village Government which can be accessed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of employee performance at the West Sinjai District Office from the aspects of work quantity, work quality and time utilization. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct documentation interviews in the field, the informants in this study consisted of 3 people. The results of this research show that in terms of the performance indicators used, they include: (1) the quantity of work after providing additional income, employees are more active in providing information to the public (2) the quality of work of West Sinjai District office employees is seen from the perspective of knowledge regarding their duties and obligations in accordance with each employee is able to understand their field. Even the targets or results are as expected (3) utilization of time Looking at the results of the interview above, it appears that there are still employees who lack discipline even though employees have been given additional employee income as additional income in the hope that employees can work optimally and optimally in carrying out their duties.
