Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Reductive Strategies and Persuasive Strategies in improving the welfare of fishermen in Pasimarannu District. The method used in this study is qualitative research, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Pasimarannu District government's efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen are by implementing a Reductive Strategy which is carried out in community empowerment activities through socialization counseling machine repair training Furthermore, the Persuasive Strategy is a form of government effort to persuade the community to make the desired changes, this strategy involves counseling activities, providing assistance, and building facilities and infrastructure. In implementing the strategy there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the Reductive Strategy, namely, the presence of trained personnel in the field of training and empowering fishing communities, the availability of infrastructure, and government cooperation with educational institutions,

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" (Find Pregnant Women's Problems with Mother's Cards) at the Mannanti Community Health Center, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation, data sources come from 10 informants. The results of the research show that the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" at the Mannanti Community Health Center has a relative advantage which provides many economic advantages and benefits, suitability shows that this innovation is in accordance with the value of public services, complexity in the innovation there are only a few obstacles, it is possible to try it so far the program The innovation has been tested and proven to have benefits for pregnant women, and is relatively easy to observe because it can be observed by all levels of society.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the role of government officials in empowering youth organizations in Mangalli Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study amounted to 8 people. The data collection techniques were the instruments of interview, observation and document analysis. The results showed that the role of government officials had not been maximally seen from three indicators, the first was as a motivator, the local government was  not carrying out its role because it provided verbal support or without direct meetings with organizational members, which could be a motivation to be more enthusiastic about carrying out activities -activity. secondly, as a communicator, the local government carried out its role quite well because it  maintained and provided information related to the agenda or activities to be carried out even though via telephone or short message. Third, as a facilitator, the local government was very lacking in carrying out its role Keywords: The role of government officials, organizational empowerment.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the response of respondents about emotional intelligence, employee performance, the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Sape District Office in Bima Regency. This type of research used quantitative study with a type of survey , data collection  used a sample of 54 people and 34 people who frequently interact with district officials. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so that a sample of 88 was obtained. The results of this study  showed that the emotional intelligence of employees at the Sape District Office in Bima was categorized very high, as evidenced by an average value of 4.53, the performance of employees at the Sape District Office  Bima Regency was categorized very high, this was evidenced by an average value of 4.56, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sape District Office in Bima. This was evidenced by the value of 5.345 ≥ 1.662 and the significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.050. The performance of the employees at the Sape District Office in Bima Regency was 24.9%. While the remaining 75.1% was influenced by other variables  which was not researched in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the logistics management function at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Makassar City which focused on four functions, namely the planning function, the budgeting function, the procurement function and the elimination function. This type of research used qualitative descriptive research type that was  not intended testing certain hypotheses but to find a picture of logistics management. As for the results of this study showed that   the planning function indicators were categorized as good because they were structured. The implementation function had been categorized quite well because it was carried out every Saturday and Sunday. Then in organizing, the organizing function was categorized as good, because in essence when a decision was made by deliberation. PKBM Management on Makassar.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze and describe the performance of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi in resolving complaints reports in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research with descriptive type. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and media review. Validation of data was done through source triangulation and technical triangulation and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the performance of the RI Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi in resolving public complaints was quite good. This could  be seen from the clarity of requirements, documents and clarity of procedures and service mechanisms in accordance with the RI Ombudsman Regulation Number 48 of 2020. Although in the aspect of accountability the Ombudsman had not been maximized in transparency. This could be  seen from the report submitted by the Central Ombudsman through the website of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia which was only a general report.Keywords: Performance, Ombudsman RI, Complaint Report

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Sustainable Livelihood approach in maintaining the sustainability of MSMEs in Barru Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques through interviews, documents and direct observation. The data analysis technique uses "content analysis" through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the validation of the data using triangulation in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document review. The results of this study found that the application of a sustainable livelihoods approach to minimize risks that occur local governments have work programs run by the Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade Offices, especially in the MSME work program, namely by conducting MSME Organizational Development, Conducting Training, and Facilitating Financing Sources.Keywords: Sustainable Livelihood, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

This study  purposed to find out how the influence the leadership of the villange head had on community participation in development in Tongkonan Basse villange,Enrekang Regency.The This study used descriptive quantitative.The data analysis technique used simple linear regression bu using SPSS software version 24.0 The results showed that the leadership of the villange head had a significant effect on community participation.This was indicated by the value of t count t tabel with a value of 4.436 1.986 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05.Based on the coefficient of determination  (R Square) of 0.176,which meant the influence of village head leadership (X)             on community participation (Y) was 17.6%, while the residual was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the government's strategy in empowering small and medium enterprises in North Luwu Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that in the process of empowering SMEs with indicators of goals, environment, direction, action and learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors, the government in Luwu Uara Regency has attempted to empower SMEs in North Luwu . With the aim of improving people's welfare as well as being the driving force of the national economy. Through internal and external environmental factors, namely cooperation and support between the government and business actors, the DP2KUKM government then provides direction, namely by conducting outreach among fellow policy implementing actors and between community policy implementers supported by financial institutions

Abstract

Etika pegawai merupakan wujud kontrol dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok, fungsi dan kewenangan sehingga pegawai harus menjadikan etika pegawai sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga dapat mewujudkan pelayanan administrasi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Etika Pelayanan Administrasi dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jumlah informan 7 orang yang dipilih secara purposive. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pelayanan Administrasi dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa menunjukkan bahwa dari segi Persamaan sudah dilaksanakan secara maksimal tanpa adanya membeda-bedakan. Keadilan dalam hal ini pegawai melayani masyarakat dengan ramah, semua masyarakat diberlakukan sama. Kesetiaan dalam hal ini masih ada pegawai yang datang terlambat terkhusus pegawai perempuan IRT. Tanggung jawab yang diberikan dalam pelayanan sudah berjalan dengan baik, terkait pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa.
