Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out the form of government and community cooperation in the development of Paria Village. The research method used a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants were 10 people by using purposive sampling technique. The data validation technique used source, technique, and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions making. The results of the study showed that the form of cooperation between the government and the community of Paria Village used spontaneous cooperation, during the implementation of community service; direct cooperation, the implementation of the seminar. The inhibiting factor was the government and the community were not able to apply traditional forms of cooperation due to the lack of awareness of the importance of traditional cooperation in village development and there were differences of opinion when the implementation of a cooperation was underway. Meanwhile, the supporting factors were the level of community and government participation in village development was very high, due to the level of concern between the community and the government towards the conditions and directions of future village development and the emergence of a sense of mutual support for each other, impartial and fair to all. an activity related to village development.Keywords: Cooperation, Village Government, Village Community

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of public services through SAMSAT Drive Thru in Makassar City and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing public services through SAMSAT Drive Thru in Makassar City. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation related to the object being studied related to the Implementation of Drive Thru Motor Vehicle Tax Payments (PKB) in Makassar City. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. The results of the study show that: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic structure it can be said that it is good in the Makassar City Regional SAMSAT. Supporting factors contained in the SAMSAT Drive Thru service are the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure such as a suggestion box, competent human resources and information technology that uses an electronic file system and inhibiting factors contained in the SAMSAT Drive Thru service is not all types of four-wheeled vehicles can be served and the lack of socialization related Conclusion Drawing / Verification. Keywords : Implemenation, Public Service, SAMSAT Drive Thru

Abstract

This study aims to determine and provide an overview of how the implementation of the National Land Management Information and Management System (SIMTANAS) policy in the land office of Bantaeng Regency. The number of informants in this study were 8 people, including the community. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study describes and correctly interprets the nature and state of the situation and condition of the symptoms and their development by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the interpretation and description of the implementation of the National Land Information and Management System Policy (SIMTANAS) at the Bantaeng Regency Land Office indicates that the National Land Information and Management System Policy (SIMTANAS) has been implemented in accordance with existing provisions although there are things that need to be done. Made and there is a hope. These considerations are land administration issues that need improvement both in terms of facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of policies applied to the Smart Indonesia Program; Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) at SMA Negeri 2 Barru. This study used a qualitative research using 4 informants. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in SMA Negeri 2 Barru was quite good. Through several indicators of implementation in this study, namely: 1) policy standards and targets, very helpful for underprivileged students in education, 2) human resources, both facilities and infrastructure were quite good, 3) communication between organizations and strengthening activities, communication between implementers had been good in encouraging the success of PIP policies, 4) Characteristics of implementing agents, existing SOPs were in line with policies, 5). The condition of the PIP policy environment had the support of the school and parents, 6) the disposition of the implementor had implemented the policy implementation well because he understood the existing SOPs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of the service quality variable is in the very good category with an average of 84.6 and the analysis of the community satisfaction variable is in the very good category with an average score of 86.26. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it shows that the service quality variable has an effect of 0.96% on community satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the strategy of the forestry service of shout Sulawesi Province in overcoming the conversation of forest land function in Gowa Regency and to find out what factors influence the conversion of land functions in Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative research with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study amounted to 6 people who were deternined positively. The results showed that the strategy of the south Sulawesi Provincial Forestry service in overcoming the conversion of forest land function in the Gowa Regency area was to set annual goals, a forest management plan was a plan that included all aspects of forest management in the long and short term. The factors that influenced the conversion of forest land in Gowa Regency were economic factors, educational factors, and domographic factors.Keywords: strategic management, strategy, forest management.

Abstract

This study purposed to provide an overview and explanation of public service innovations in the process of making birth certificates and death certificates at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Service. This study used the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection instruments were interviews with informants  verbally and structured interviews, such as observations at the research location and also based on documents in the form of literature, documents, tables and scientific papers available at institutions associated with research. The results of this study  showed that KUCATAKI Service Innovation in making birth certificates and death certificates in the Population and Civil Registry Service of Makassar City was good and fully oriented to the wishes of the community namely easy service and the community did not feel difficulties  in matters maintenance of certificates, and especially pregnant women who wanted to manage of their child's birth certificate directly at the RSIA/ Puskesmas where they got birth.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the preventive and repressive supervision of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) to Government-owned Banks in Makassar City. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with five informants. The data collection techniques included observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of preventive supervision of financial services authorities (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) in supervising Makassar City government banks regarding socialization, work plans, and resources that had run optimally. Also, Repressive supervision of the audit post and inspection had  run maximally. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the outsourcing employee compensation system from PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera who was placed at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera in this case the leadership of PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera pays little attention to the welfare of outsourcing employees. This is very unfavorable for the outsourcing employees because the amount of compensation that is lacking starting from overtime work is still there but oevertime pay is eliminated, and tips are also only given from the kindness of the permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar, granting leave for whichthe salaries of outsourcing employees will begin to be deducted when the maximum limit of 5 days for employee permission to take leave is ranted, and operational vehicle facilities are not provaded to outsourcing employees.  Keywords: Compensation, Outsourcer

Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of leadership style on the organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regency. The approach was taken by this research is the quantitative approach with a sample of 50 employees were taken by incidental sampling. The test instrument which is used in this research are validity and reliability test. While for analizing quantitative data used is a simple linear regression analysis. The result of the research from regression analysis reveals that leadership style have a positive effect and significantly on organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regerency. The measurement test result reveals that the most dominant variabel of official social of Gowa regerency is the leadership style (X), this is because the variable has greatest value of the cronbach’s alpha and it has smallest significance value of the other variables. The result from the research of leadership style at the District Social Service Gowa showed that the directive style was the most dominant applied. Whereas the organizational commitment found in the dominant employee is an ongoing commitment. The result of the study found there a significant effect between leadership style on organizational commitment.
