Abstract

This study purposed to determine the ethics of public service at the Office of Tamaona Village, Buttono Pao District, Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative research, data sources used  primary and secondary, the number of informants was 6 people. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation, verification of data that were qualitative, as well as using the validation of triangulation data that was triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results showed that the ethics of public service applied at the Tamaona Office, Tombolo Pao Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, had been implemented well, if viewed from the aspect of 1) Equality of rights had run well, serving the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics 2) Justice, serving the community kindly, giving explanations during the service process, serving the community, all the people were treated equally. 3) Loyalty, especially honorarium employees were still loyal to the institution regardless of how much salary they had received and even worked for years. 4) Responsibility, not yet fully done well.Keywords: Public Service Ethics, Village

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: how good  the effect of additional employee income (TPP), how the employee's performance , and how the influence  TPP  on employee performance partially and simultaneously at the Jeneponto Regency Education and Culture Office. This study was conducted for 2 months,  May to July 2020. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling. The results of the validity instrument test showed rcount rtable which meant valid and reliability was above 0.7 It was reliable. The results of this study indicated a simple linear regression analysis that was above 0.5   it meant reliable, namely Y = a + bX = Y = 15,263 + 0.603 X t test results showed that the TPP variable had a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the independent variables had a positive effect on employee performance where the value of Pvalue was 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) showed the amount of contribution 0.371 or 37.1% of the TPP, while the remaining 62.9% was the contribution of other factors that were not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Employee, Income.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine participatory governance in empowering farmer groups. The study used  qualitative research, while the informants were 4 people. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with a number of informants., Direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the lack of socialization by the government to farmers about the importance of farmer groups, as well as the provision of counseling, understanding in socializing the problem. This was seen from the indicators: (1) Socialization in which the government provided knowledge about the function of the government as a facilitator and mentoring to farmer groups in community empowerment (2) Assistance in the process by which the government carried out both knowledge and technical assistance to the farming community (3) Training- training provided by the government to farmer groups in empowering farmer groups, both providing facilities and knowledge of hazardous materials used by farmers and (4) Field Visits conducted by the local government directly to farmers and carried out directly in the field or in the fields being cultivated by the farming community. Keywords: Participatory Governance, farmer groups

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the coordination between government agencies inhandle sanctions ticketed vehicles illegal parking  in the city of Makassar and find out factors supporters and obstacles  in the process of the activity. This study had 12 informants. This type of research used qualitative research with the type of phenomenology that emphasized subjectivity human life experience. Data collection techniques were   observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study showed that coordination between government agencies in handling sanctions ticketed vehicles illegal parking in  Makassar City in general had been quite good but was still implemented  not optimal, it was seen from the aspects of (1) Communication, (2) Awareness of the importance of coordination and (3) Participant competence. Supporting factors in the implementation of this position mutation was (a) Communication and (b) Cooperation between each element involved. Obstacle factor namely (a) Socialization which was still lacking so that it was not optimal in suppressing the number illegal parker offenders. and (b) Discipline that still needed to be maintained and improved from every element of the apparatus involved and the community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study used qualitative research with type of research used evaluative. This study purposed to determine the effectiveness, adequacy, equity and accuracy in the evaluation of promotion policies. namely 1) effectiveness was still not in accordance with the policy because the promotion of positions carried out from the technical competence and managerial competence possessed by the promoted employee, 2) the adequacy was in accordance with the previous rank so that  they got promotion to their new position and also if seen from the years of service carried out the duties of the previous position, the average promoted employee had exceeded the policy provisions so that they could be promoted, 3) equal distribution was in accordance with applicable policies, both from ethnic groups from various regions, the implementation of promotions obtained by employees who had religion 4) accuracy, there were still many employees who were promoted due to lack of compensation, but some employees were already in accordance with the existing career path in the applicable policy. Keywords: Effectiveness, Adequacy, Equity, Accuracy, and Evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what the implementation of online-based birth certificates is like. Using qualitative research methods with collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study use 5 indicators of service quality, namely the first crying (physical evidence) in the form of existing facilities. The second is the dimension of reliability (reliability) which is the ability of service providers to provide services that are correct and reliable. The third dimension of responsiveness (response) is the willingness to help and provide services. The four guarantees (guarantees) can briefly be interpreted as an employee's knowledge and ability to be trusted and trusted. The five empathy (empathy) referred to here is to give sincere attention in serving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the supervision of B3 waste PT. Makassar Tene at the South Sulawesi Environmental Management Service. This study used  a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study showed  3 (three) monitoring techniques carried out by the South Sulawesi DPLH in supervising the management of B3 waste at PT. Makassar Tene, namely: 1) Monitoring, that direct monitoring had not carried out direct monitoring due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, indirect monitoring was carried out through the SIMPEL application; 2) Inspection, that the site inspection and B3 waste management activities had managed properly by submitting B3 waste to a licensed third party. While a comprehensive examination, PT. Makassar Tene so far had complied with all the provisions that had been set; 3) assessment of the implementation of B3 waste management, all B3 waste management processes of PT. Makassar Tene run in accordance South Sulawesi DPLH. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the report on the results of the B3 waste supervision of PT. Makassar Tene by providing PT. Makassar Tene had a blue rating which meant "OBEDUCE" for the 2020-2021 assessment period.

Abstract

Supervision or controlling, namely an activity that aims to ensure that the implementation of an activity can run as planned. Supervision indicators are standard setting, assessment or evaluative, corrective action and work measurement. The aim of this research is to describe and explain the influence of supervision on the productivity of Civil Servants in the General Bureau at the South Sulawesi Regional Secretariat. This research is quantitative research using a survey method which aims to determine the effect of supervision on the work productivity of civil servants in the general bureau at the South Sulawesi regional secretariat. The research population was civil servants in the general bureau at the South Sulawesi governor's office, totaling 67 people with a sampling technique using random sampling. Data collection techniques use data prerequisite tests and simple linear regression. Based on the research results of the linearity test, the F value of the output obtained the calculated F value = 1.534 while the F table = 4.02. If F count F table, H0 with a value of 1.534 4.02 can be stated that there is a significant influence of supervision (X) on productivity (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the implementation of the new student admission policy based on the zoning system on the quality of education services at Senior High School 1 East Luwu , East Luwu Regency. The method in this study used a mix method research method with survey research type. The sample were 88 people and the sampling method used random sampling and purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the analysis of the policy implementation variable falls into the "very good" category and the service quality falls into the "good" category. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it showed that the variable implementation of the new student admission policy based on the zoning system had an effect of 54.6% on the quality of education services at Senior High School 1 East Luwu , East Luwu Regency. From the analysis, it concluded that the higher the policy implementation, the higher the service quality, conversely, the lower the policy implementation, the lower the service quality.Keywords: influence, policy implementation, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management information systems at PT. Jasa Raharja South Sulawesi Branch Makassar City. This study used qualitative research with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. The informants consisted of the Head of Service, employees and the community. Data collection techniques used observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study that the data input in the application of SIM based on online application had been applied by the PT. Jasa Raharja from the management, operational and technical aspects of insurance services. Data processing in SIM based on online application had been implemented well to provide convenience to customers and the public through the use of the JRku application, so that community data that had entered could be immediately processed by the PT. Jasa Raharja. Data output in the application of SIM based on online application had been implemented to increase the improvement of work results in providing services.
