Abstract

This study aimed to determine the elaboration of employee assessments in improving the performance of the Makassar Social Welfare Education and Training Center (BBPPKS). This study used qualitative research with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the elaboration of employee assessment in improving performance, seen from the aspect of quantity of work, showed that employees  were  able to produce the amount of work in accordance with the SKP (employee performance targets), although sometimes there were still targets that had not been met. Aspects of quality of work, employees provided services in accordance with performance standards and were able to produce community satisfaction. Aspects of job knowledge  showed that employees had knowledge and skills regarding work, Each level of position were required to meet 20JP (Training Hours). Aspects of creativeness, cooperation, dependability, initiative and personal qualities, it could be seen that employees were able to show various good attitudes and actions according to aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints faced by the Inspectorate in supervising the utilization of BOS allocations in Takalar District. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the level of effectiveness of Inspectorate supervision is through four indicators, namely: 1) Productivity in managing BOS funds has been able to achieve the supervision target for the inspectorate by complying with applicable SOP audits, reviews and surveys. 2) Adaptability in the communication aspect in the management of BOS funds is still not going well. 3) Job Satisfaction is still experiencing a low level of satisfaction, the main factor of dissatisfaction experienced is derived from the aspect of ability. 4) The search for resources is not yet sufficient, this can be measured from the education level of the Inspectorate staff in Takalar Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ethics in e-KTP making services at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This research was conducted for approximately 2 months. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide an in-depth understanding of ethics in e-KTP making services at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office in terms of 4 (four) aspects of research observation which include efficiency, impersonal, personal system, responsibility. It is hoped that this research can be used as input for government officials in efforts to improve bureaucratic ethics in serving the community and provide a contribution of knowledge for future researchers.

Abstract

This study aimed to how capable village government its integrity as a pioneer in the implementation of government that think creatively, innovatively and professinally in order to realize a good village government independently. This study used a qualitative descrivtove method. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation for describing and analyzing village government as enterpreneurs. The results of this study showed that the enterpreneur government in Manyampa village was seen from the aspects (1) A market-oriented government was initialized but in its implementation not maximized, in developing village enterpreneur government. Village government was not analyzed and observed the conditions on the market at implementation of enterpreneur that he pioneered. (2) Competitive government already run well but needed to increase cooperation from various parties in use support the current enterpreneurship. (3) Results-oriented government, it was still necessary to improve the professional attitude of work in developing enterpreneurship and needed to be aware of all element of village government in the improvement original village income. Keywords : enterpreneurial government, village.

Abstract

This study purposed to detrmine the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizer for rice farmers in Langi Village, Bontocani District, Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants was 7 people. data collection techniques used Observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction. Data reduction, data presentation, verification of qualitative data. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizer for rice farmers in Langi village, Bontocani District, Bone Regency was quite good, but some were effective and some were not effective. This was seen from the indicators (1) Exactly the type was effective because in the RDKK concept stated farmer who submitted or ordered various types of fertilizers in developing his farming business. (2) Exact amount was effective because it was based on the area of land of farmers who were trying to farm in the fields. (3) Right Price had not been effective because there were additional costs for farmers so that prices had not increased according to HET. (4) Punctuality was not effective yet because distribution was often experiencing delays.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the quality of public services in the Office of The Village of Tunggaliru Subdistrict Ujung Pandang Makassar City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The number of informants is 5 people. Data collection is done using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using data reduction measures, data presentation, data verification, and using the application of triangulation data, namely source triangulation, technique and time. The results showed that the quality of public services applied in the Village Office of Tunggaliru Subdistrict of Ujung Pandang Makassar City is still less qualified when viewed from several indicators of the main dimensions in the quality of public services according to Parasuraman (2012): the only dimensions of physical appearance (tangibles) such as office facilities that are still less comfortableKeywords: Quality of Public Service, Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of women. The research used was a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. This research is the Head of Panincong Village, Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary of the Women Farmers Group (KWT), and the Community. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the process of empowering women through the KWT program based on the results of the research conducted had been going well where the planning and implementation indicators had been met but the evaluation indicators were not met where the level of achievement of goals in the women's empowerment process did not go well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the  influence the professionalism of employees had on the quality of public services at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Bone Regency. This study used quantitative research with associative research type. The technique used simple random sampling. The target was the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bone Regency with a total sample of 27 people. Data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data using validation and reliability tests. The results of this study indicated that the professionalism of employees affects the quality of service at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Regency. This was proved from the output of the capital summary obtained by R of 0.961 from the large influence of the independent variable or professionalism (X) on the dependent variable or service quality (Y) which was also strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) or the determinant coefficient of 0.921, it meant 92.1% .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the quality of service at the Makassar City One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) Office. The type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this research collected data using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the quality of motor vehicle tax services at the Makassar City SAMSAT office seen from five dimensions, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, is good. Makassar City SAMSAT has responded to taxpayer complaints when problems occur in the service process, has knowledge of the work they do and shows good cooperation in serving and being friendly and polite in providing services to taxpayers, they serve with a smile and speak good words so that taxpayers feel appreciated.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the decision making of the panel of judges in divorce cases in the religious court of Sidrap Regency. This study used a case study with qualitative research. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validation was carried out by source trigulation, techniques, and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the decision making of the panel of judges in divorce cases in the religious court of Sidrap district was based on 3 (three) indicators, namely the intelligence stage was  in accordance with the systematics of the trial in making decisions of the Panel of Judges in divorce cases in the Religious Court of Sidrap Regency, then the design stage was completed. In accordance with the identification steps and in the formulation of problem solving related to divorce cases and the election stage, there were two alternative choices of decisions, namely the accepted or not accepted options, but there were still the plaintiffs or defendants who objected to the decision of the panel of judges Keywords: Decision Making, Panel of Judges, Divorce Case
