Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the tourist attraction, amenities, accessibility, supporting facilities and institutional policies for tourism development in the Malino area, Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was 8 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that aspects (1) tourism had been running, but the existence of Covid, the tourism development policy activities had not been maximized and were hampered by the allocation of funds. (2) The accessibility of each tourism development policy was less visible from the many roads that were potholes, narrow, but this was of course a special concern for local governments. (3) The amenities in tourism development policies were already running well. This could be seen in terms of the number of facilities provided by the government. (4) The supporting facilities for tourism development policies were good. This could be seen in terms of the infrastructure provided. (5) The tourism development policy institutions were already running well. This could be seen from the existence of an activity called Beautiful Malino, all people and business owners were involved Keywords: Policy, tourism development

Abstract

The study aimed to find out how openness of service, responsiveness, and public complaints about service available at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive method. The number of informants in this study was 6 people. The results of this study showed that the DPM PTSP of Gowa Regency had hot fully implemented the Citizen’s Charter Principle as Oliver and Drewry’s theory of service oppeness, service responsiveness, and service grievance, because there was no collaboration with independent oversight institutions and sign service Charters; no publication of the complete organizational structure with the names of authorized officials and publication of service fees manually and online; there was no publication of information on performance targets and performance achievements online; did not yet have regulations regarding guaranteeing equal rights for service recipients; there was no collaboration with an independent agency as a mediator between the DPM PTSP GowaRegeny with the service recipient if there was no agreement to resolve complaints.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Innovation of Public Services Through School-Based Surveillance Program (SBS) in Bantaeng Regency Health Office. The Number of informants in this study was 8 people. This study used qualitative approach, its type was descriptive research. Data collection techniques used instruments in the from of interviews, observation and documentation. (Relative Adventage) the SBS Program Innovation showed that a high level of usefulness for the incidence of illness in elementary school students. (Compatibility) Innovation of the SBS Program showed that the level of compliance with the conditions and expectations of the community students. (Complexity) Innovation of the SBS Program there were several obstacles faced by adopters in its application. (Trialability) the SBS program could be tested and could demonstrate its usefulness and complexity in its application in schools. (Observability) Innovation the SBS program showed that the level of innovation results could be easily observed.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Implementation of Employee Work Motivation Strategy at the Bira Village Office, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. This studyused  a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show 5 indicators of implementing employee motivation strategies at the Bira Village Office, such as 1) Involving, that the leadership involved employees before making decisions and involving them to attend community events hadrun well. 2) Communication, that the leadership had a good communicationso that have a good relationship between the employees and the leadership of Bira Village. 3) Recognition, that the leadership provided rewards that were in accordance with the performance of their employees such as providing small gifts, certificates, and also giving direct congratulations. 4) Delegated authority, that the leadership enforces this delegation of authority to give responsibility and trust to its employees so that they did not an obligation. 5) Reciprocal Attention, that the Leader gave permission and fulfilled the facilities in accordance with the work of his employees so that they could carry out their work as expected.Keywords: Strategi, Work Motivation.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on the quality of public services in the office of population and civil Registry of North Kolaka  because Supervision is very important to evaluate  the employee’s work in repairing the less in the service. The number of sample in this study is 170 consiting of 80 employees and 90 communities The sample used is sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation.  Data analysis techniques used in the research are descriptive statistical analysis, correlation, and simple regression. Based on simple correlation and regression result of research in Capil Office showed the supervision has an effect on to public service quality at the Office of population and Civil Registration  of North Kolaka Regency. The supervision variable can give influence and have relationship with variable quality of public service at office of population and civil Regent of North Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the Management of Housing Development Planning at the Department of Housing, Settlements and Land in order to realize livable housing. This study used descriptive qualitative research.  The number of informants in this study was 10 (ten) people. By using data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation, media review and direct observation. The results of the study showed that the Management of Housing Development Planning at the Department of Housing, Settlements and Land had been running optimally. This seen based on the 3 (three) indicators used, namely: Planning, Implementation, Evaluation and control. From planning was optimal, it could be seen in the tasks and functions to achieve the level of effectiveness and operational efficiency. In terms of implementation, it was good because we could see from all the plans that had prepared, it run well and was implemented properly. Finally, in terms of evaluation and control, it were optimal, because it had been known what strategies or plans need to be added or reduced, what tools or facilities need to be prepared to carry out the program, how long additional time was needed, and so on.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to analyze the accountability of SIM renewal at the Gowa Police. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type in which the research is phenomenological in nature, namely to develop or explain the reality of the events under study. Accountability in Public Services is the obligation to convey accountability and information related to the needs of people who wish to extend their SIM. The results of the study show that accountability for the implementation of SIM extension services in the city of Gowa carried out by the Gowa City Police has not been said to be fully accountable in providing services

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how electronic government is implemented in population administration services at the Luwu Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in the aspects of support, capacity and value. The method in this research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of electronic government in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Luwu Regency is in the good category. However, analysis shows that the implementation of electronic government in population administration services has not been fully implemented, such as making family cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and other population certificates because people prefer to register manually rather than online because the website is still in progress. improvements and people who are not used to using information technology are reluctant to access the websites provided and prefer to meet face to face if they need services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of participatory governance in the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrembang) in Sanrobone district, Takalar Regency. This study  qualitative research,  that  provided a general picture as a kind of data collected objectively from the field with a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques  were observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used qualitative data. The results of this study showed that participatory governance in development planning deliberations in the district of Sanrobone Takalar Regency. Some had been realized optimally in accordance with their objectives, this was seen from the indicator (1) the involvement of direct community participation had been directly involved in musrenbang activities (2) musrenbang activities were still some communities that did not directly involve in development activities due to several constraints / obstacle (3) the community was very auntusian in attending Musrenbang activities (4) many people gave ideas or advices for the smoothness of musrenbang (5) people hoped to be responsible and participate in the implementation of musrenbang activities.Keywords: Participation Involvement, Participation Rate

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the development of chili plantation production, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors for chili plantation in Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-district, Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The number of informants was 5 people. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, library research and documentation. The results of this study showed that the innovation of chili plantations in Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-district had  carried out the expansion of land in chili plantations and the management system used a multifator tool for making beds in chili plantations and had supporting factor from non-governmental organizations because it could help to manage plantations and the existence of multifator tool loans from the community to support the development of chili plantations in the Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-District. The inhibiting factor of the chili plantation was the limited costs in purchasing seeds of superior quality. Limitations of the equipment in the cultivation process to the harvest process
