Abstract

Corruption is a problem that can have an impact on Indonesia's development both in terms of the economy, education and even the government system. The aim of this research is to contribute to the understanding and improvement of law enforcement actions related to corruption at the local level. This study used qualitative research methods. The data for this research was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation. To get an accurate analysis of the results of this research, use Nvivo 12 Plus Software. The research results show that the strategy for handling corruption cases by the Makassar City Police includes an approach that involves system improvements, education and repressive measures. The main focus is to supervise strategic projects, increase public understanding, and encourage participation and law enforcement with the principles of transparency and integrity. The overall strategy aims to effectively handle and prevent corruption cases in Makassar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of employee performance variables on the variable quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS Healthy office. The method in this study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis in a simultaneous and racial way. The results of this study indicated that the analysis of employee performance variables and the quality of public services was in the "good" category. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it showed that the employee performance variable had an effect of 60.6% on the quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS healthy office. It  concluded that the higher the employee's performance, the higher the service quality, conversely, the lower the employee's performance, the lower the quality of public service.Keywords: influence, employee performance, quality of public services

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to find out the effect of controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is the measurement of quantitative and objective statistics. The population in this research were 23 people and used as a sample. The file collection techniques are using observation, documentation and cousionary techniques against the response. The identity of respondents was seen from gender, age, religion, and level of education. The result of this research indicated that the influence of the controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency means that it has a positive and significant effect on employee work professionalism. The result of this research have been tested using a simple regression tool with a positive result of 1,948 and a significant level of 0,000 smaller than 0,05 with the R square value of 0,997 or 99,7 % which means the controlling contribution to employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency, while 3%  is affected by other variables not examined in this research such as motivation, work experience, etc.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an Influence of Interpersonal Communication Between Employees on Employee Performance in the Public Relations Section of the Central Maluku Regent's Office. The population in this study were all employees in the Public Relations Office of the Central Maluku Regent, amounting to 25 people. The sampling method used  saturated sample that used the entire population as a source of data. The data collection method used  a questionnaire. The analysis technique used simple linear regression, correlation analysis and t hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of this study showed that there was a significant influence between interpersonal communication on improving employee performance in the Public Relations Section of the Central Maluku Regent's Office. It was proved by the hypothesis test results, t count t table (12.989 2.068). Then the decision was to reject the hypothesis 0 (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha) meant there was a significant influence between Interperson Communication Against Employee Performance Enhancement in the Public Relations Office of the Central Maluku Regent Office. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the service performance of regional water companies (PDAMs) in Gowa Regency. The research method wad descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in the study were 7 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation . Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed that the service performance of regional water supply companies (PDAMs) in Gowa Regency, the service performance of the Tierta Jeneberang Regional Water Supply Company in terms of quality had been run well and the services that had carried out  in accordance with the operational standards of service, although there were still complaints about the quality of water distributed to the customers. While, in terms of productivity had been done to the maximum, various community complaints had  addressed one by one. However, the community was not satisfied with the performance of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency, which had to be more responsive with the complaints from the community so that the community was satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis  study purposed to find out the utilization of Electronic Government in the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding, Luwu Regency. This study used qualitative research with descriptive type. There were eight informants in this study. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validation of data was done through triangulation of sources, techniques, and past time was analyzed through data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results showed that the use of Electronic Government at the Communication and Information Office of Luwu Regency from the aspect of the eight elements of a successful e-government project, namely the Political Environment of the Top Down Project (TDP) type, Leadership was quite good. Plan had been realized well. Stakeholders had a high commitment to establish good communication and cooperation. Transparency/visibility could be realized in the form of information contained in the portal managed by the Luwu Regency Diskominfo. Budgets came from the APBD. Technology developed using computerized devices. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluation of the maternity insurance program at the Bontobahari Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the guarantee of delivery at the Bontobahari Health Center had not been achieved optimally due to several inhibiting factors. The first inhibiting factor was the provision of facilities and infrastructure where the existing service support facilities at the Bontobahari Health Center were not adequate, for example patient parking facilities, comfortable waiting rooms for the community and patients, adequate room lighting, and much more. Second, there was a lack of communication between the parties involved where the government was lacking in socializing the Jampersal program and explaining clearly  in the maternity insurance program ( Jampersal service process)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat (studi kasus Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Belang-Belang Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan daya tanggap pegawai di kantor unit penyelenggara Pelabuhan terhadap tenaga kerja bongkar muat pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam pelayanan bongkar muat di pelabuhan Kelas III Belang, Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang diukur dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja menurut Mangkunegara yang terdiri dari kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, pelaksanaan tugas, tanggung jawab, kemampuan, dan kinerja. Ketepatan waktu yang baik dan berjalan efektif didukung oleh fasilitas kerja yang lengkap

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the performance of the State Civil Service Agency, descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis using an interactive analysis model. The results of the research show that the performance of the State Civil Service Agency for Personnel and Human Resource Development in Soppeng Regency has been maximal, both from the aspect of work quality, where the skills possessed by employees in carrying out work are in accordance with their main duties and functions, the quantity aspect of work, which is seen from how efficient and productive the employee is. in carrying out their responsibilities, the aspect of timeliness is good as seen by the absence of complaints from the public which say that requests or requests for community needs are not responded to quickly, the aspect of employee effectiveness is well understood in terms of administrative procedures, and the aspect of independence of BKPSDM employees is reflected in their ability to take action. initiative and responsibility for the tasks carried out, from these five aspects there were no complaints from the community.
