Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online licensing services have on community satisfaction at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Takalar Regency. This research is a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that online licensing services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the summary model output, the regression value (R) is 0.839 and is positive and the R Square value is 0.704, it can be concluded that variable X (online licensing services) has an influence of 70.4% on variable Y (public satisfaction) and the rest of 29.6% influenced by other factors. Which means the online licensing service site at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of Takalar Regency is quite good at increasing community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study purposedto identify the strategy for developing and implementing the strategy carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Gowa Regency in the development of tourism objects in the Malino. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. The type of data consisted of primary data obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from report documents and regulations. The results of this study showed that the development strategy undertaken by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Gowa Regency was a strategy as a plan for the implementation of the identified development strategies such as the aspects of attraction, aspects of accessibility, access to amenities, and aspects of additional services must continue to develop the availability of aspects Accessibility, amenities and Anciliary Service were sufficiently supportive but still needed to be developed in terms of special transportation that connected tourism objects, tourism information centers, money chergers, theater buildings, and several roads that still needed to be improved so that tourists who were visiting Malino  felt comfortable. Keywords: Strategy, Tourism Development

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the promotion strategy of the Culture and Tourism Office in increasing tourist destination visits in South Sulawesi Province. This study used  qualitative research, while the informants were 4 people. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews with a number of informants., Direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the lack of socialization by the government to farmers about the importance of farmer groups, as well as the provision of counseling, understanding in socializing the problem. This could be seen from the indicators: (1) Identification of target audience: The Office of Culture and Tourism in determining the target audience did not use certain techniques, to reach tourists widely the determination was only done from market analysis, (2) message design of the Culture and Tourism Department in designing messages i.e. the use of sentences based on the beauty of each tourist attraction in each region, and (3) the selection of media used was based on the availability of print media funds such as brochures, posters, billboards, phamplets, and stickers while for online media namely websites and social media attending events  were also carried out by showing video documentaries about attractions.Keywords: Tourism, Increased Visit Destinations

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the Adaptive Organization in the development of tourims policy in Bulukumba Regency. This study used descriptive Qualitative research, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed that the Adaptive Organization in the development of tourims policy still needed a lot of changes, such as changes in technology and could adapt to the environment. Although the strategy was carried out in the development of tourims for the achievement of goals utilizing social media as Genti (Indonesian unit generation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the Management of Internet Interference Complaints by Indihome Customers at Plasa Telkom Witel Makassar. The type of research used is a qualitative research method, the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show 3 (three) implementation processes in the Management of Internet Interference Complaints for Indihome Customers at Plasa Telkom Witel Makassar, namely: (1). The management of complaints of internet disturbances to customers of indihome Plasa Telkom Witel Makassar has been said to be very good in overcoming various problems experienced by customers. (2). The supporting factors in the telkom witel makassar plaza in managing internet disturbance complaints have been said to be good in repairing internet disturbance complaints, because the facilities at the telkom witel makassar plaza are complete in fixing a problem that occurs on the internet network. (3). The inhibiting factor in the plasa telkom witel Makassar in managing internet disturbance complaints is not yet good because the materials commonly used in repairing internet disturbances.Keywords: Management System, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the teachers who had received certification allowances,  performance of teachers, as well as the influence of the motivation of teachers who had received certification allowances on performance achievement. The method used in this study was a quantitative research method with samples taken from elementary school teachers in Alla District, Enrekang District by stratified random sampling of 80 people. The data analysis technique used  descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple linear analysis techniques with analyzed by  SPSS version 24. The results of this study showed that there was an influence between the certification allowance on teacher performance which was obtained by a constant of 43 explaining that the consistent value of the certification allowance variable was 43 The regression coefficient X of 0.7 states that for every 1% change in the value of the certification allowance, the value of teacher performance increased by 0.7. The coefficient was positive, so it could be said that the direction of the influence of variables X with Y was positive. The correlation coefficient of 0.5 implied that the influence of the certification allowance variable was strong, so it could be concluded  that the stronger the influence of the certification allowance the teacher performance was be stronger or increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the ultra-micro financing program at the state treasury service office in Sinjai district. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which explains how the implementation of the ultra-micro financing program at the state treasury service office in Sinjai district is used. The research informants were 10 people. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the ultra-micro financing program at the state treasury service office in Sinjai district, seen from the resources, had distributed optimally and evenly for business actors who had not been touched by banks with good capital assistance. in terms of human as well as financial and time. Furthermore, judging from the attitude (disposition) of the implementers are good, but in the economic, social and political environment there are supporting factors and several obstacles in the distribution of ultra micro.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik di era new normal di kantor Desa Limbung Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 79 anggota masyarakat yang sedang mengurus dokumen/berkas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket (angket), dan dokumentasi studi. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik dikategorikan sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rekapitulasi masing-masing indikator meliputi indikator Ketepatan Waktu dengan persentase 67,02%, Indikator Service accuracy dengan persentase 79,87%, indikator keramahan dan sopan santun dengan persentase 88,54%, indikator kenyamanan dengan persentase 85,56%, indikator kenyamanan dengan persentase 86,32%, dan indikator atribut pelayanan dengan persentase 78,86%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintah dalam meningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informasi penelitian ini dikumpul melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembagan pelayanan telah menjadi faktor penting dalam peningkatan kualiatas pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil. Strategi pengembangan sistem prosedur langka-langka yang diambil dalam pengembangan sistem prosedur meliputi standardisasi prosedur, penerapan teknologi informasi, peneningkatan aksesibilitas layanan, pelatihan dan pengembagan sumber daya manusia, seta pemantauan secara berkala, strategi pengembangan infrastruktur mengembangkan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang canggih, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah yang penting, evaluasi yang berkala, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, agar menjadi langka-langka yang penting dan saling terkait di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang. Strategi pengembangan budaya dan kultur membangun budaya pelayanan yang berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat, meningkatkan komunikasi dan kerjasama antar pegawai, serta mengembangkan sikap profesionalilsme dan integritas.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the Makassar Tourism Application Policy as a Promotional Media in the Makassar City Tourism Office. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research are that communication in the Makassar Tourism application at the Makassar City Tourism Office always prioritizes communication, the communication referred to here is socialization. Therefore, each field always holds activity meetings in each field so that employees can communicate directly with tourists who come from outside Sulawesi so they can implement a good and polite communication system towards tourists. Resources in the existing Makassar Tourism application. The Makassar City Tourism Office continues to strive to improve the human resources in the office, because Makassar City is a city that is famous for its tourist attractions that can attract tourists, culinary food, etc.
