Abstract

 The results of this study  concluded that, the offensive and defensive strategy had  run quite well seen from the indicators of the offensive strategy which included: (1) the approach of this coworker was quite good and must be improved again seen from the presence of some employees who reprimand when other employees  who broke the rules (2) of the familial approach was already quite good and must be improved again regarding conducting weekly evaluations for the section head and its members. While the defensive strategy which included: (1) light sanctions themselves had run well, with sanctions in the form of written warnings for employees who commit violations, for example: not coming to the office for 6 to 10 days (2) moderating sanctions had also run well if there was an employee who did pathology which required him to be given a moderate sanction (3) severe sanctions had gone well as well as moderate sanctions if there were  employees who carried out pathology which required him to be given severe sanctions without having to be heavy-hearted to employees who broke the rules. Keywords: strategy, pathology

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Social Service of Enrekang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires with the number of respondents, namely all employees in the Social Service of Enrekang Regency as many as 37 people. Respondent's data were analyzed by simple linear regression using SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the average acquisition (grand mean) of respondents' responses related to leadership style is 4.38 which is categorized as very good. Job satisfaction has a grand mean response of 4.39 which is also categorized as very good. Then based on the simultaneous test (F test) the calculated F value = 31.026 is greater than the F table value = 3.27 which means that simultaneously leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Social Service of Enrekang Regency. The coefficient of determination (R square) obtained a coefficient of 64.6% which means that all independent variables namely leadership style and job satisfaction have a joint contribution (simultaneous) of 64.6% to the dependent variable, namely employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to find out how  the performance of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, 2) to find out how good the quality of service at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency and 3) to find out how the influence employee performance on quality services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 employees, data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Employee performance was in good category with process indicators being the most prominent in shaping employee performance at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, 2) Service quality was in good category with responsiveness indicators being the most prominent in forming service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency, and 3) Employee performance had a positive and significant effect on service quality at the KUA Somba Opu Office, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the procedures for managing Land and Building Tax in East Luwu Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and direct documentation in the field. The informants in this research consisted of 5 people. The results of this research show that the East Luwu Regency Regional Revenue Agency has managed rural and urban land and building taxes based on 4 management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising based on the main duties and functions of the agency. However, this cannot be said to be optimal in its management considering that there are several obstacles in the management of rural and urban land and building taxes, including that there are still many taxpayers who are not yet fully aware of the importance of paying taxes for regional development.

Abstract

This stud aims to determine how to analyse the employee placement system in the regional civil service egency Enrekang district. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative the number of informants in this study was 5 people. Date collection techniques are date reduction, interviews and documentation. Date analysis techniques are date reduction, data percentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the analysis of the employee placement system was ineffective, because there were still many employee placement system was in efecctive, because there were still many employee who were not in accordance with their educational background , work knowledge, and job skills. This is influenced by factors in employees placement, namely the expansion of the organization, leaving, retiring and passing away.Keywords: employee placement, regional civil service again

Abstract

The purpose purposed to determine the effect of infrastructure revitalization on the quality of service at the Mannanti Health Center in Tellulimpoe Sub-District, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used  quantitative descriptive research, while the data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaire and documentation. While the opinions and perceptions of 20 respondents at the Mannanti Public Health Center in tellulimpoe sub-district, Sinjai Regency and 50 respondents from the community who used health services. Data Sources used  primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the Variable X Indicator of Infrastructure Revitalization got an average value of 38%vthat the indicators of the influence of Infrastructure Revitalization (physical interventions, economic rehabilitation and institutional  revitalization) were good enough, Variable Y was obtained an average value of 63% in conclusion (Tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and confidence) in the good category, and Variable infrastructure revitalization had a positive and significant effect explaining that the significant value of infrastructure revitalization was 0,000 less than 0.05 while the t count was 37,605.

Abstract

This study  purposed to find out how the coordination among regional apparatus organizations in the preparation of AMDAL with smelter companies in Bantaeng Regency. The research method used a qualitative research method. The number of informants in this study was 9 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the unity of action so far in the process of coordination of employment and industry with the environmental service and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia had not run well in accordance with what was expected because there were still many complaints from the public, the communication side which was a weakness of the employment and industry department with the environmental service and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia because this day there were still many people who complaint about the waste from the nickel, in terms of the division of labor employment and industry with the environmental department and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia there was still unconsciousness in each member, and the discipline in coordinating employment and industry services with the environmental department and PT. Huady Nickel Alloy Indonesia had coordinated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the ethical principles of employee service at the fish landing base office at the kassi Kajang port. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. This study used qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and dokumencation. The results of this study showed that the service ethics of employees at the PPI office was not entirely good. This could be seen from several aspects, such as the honesty of employees in providing administrative payments, which stiil received negative responses from fishermen because the payments were quite expensive. Then the integrity in the processing of the permit was still changing where it was carried out and the third was the superiority of the employee that had not been seen by fishermen. The rest of the principles werw good principles of loyalty because it could be said that 24 hours of service, then the principle’s attention was to know complaints from fishermen and finally the principle of respect, which was very respectful in service.Keywords: Service ethics, Employees

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out  the Development Strategy of BUMDes in Moncobalang Village, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative research and the type of research used  descriptive. Data collection techniques used,  interviews, observations and literature studies. The data was analyzed interactively which took place continuously until it was complete until the data obtained was saturated. The results showed that the BUMDes development strategy in Moncobalang Village which was analyzed using the strategic concept of Salusu that had been run well, the Vision and Mission to be achieved were in accordance with the program being run. But there were still some obstacles that occured such as the lack of utilization of natural resources in Moncobalang Village. In order for the BUMDes program had run well, the resource strategy prioritized in providing appropriate training to the community and also increasing the use of natural resources. Keywords: Strategy Concept, BUMDes Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how far the level of effectiveness of preventing maladministration of education by the Ombudsman of Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive type. There were seven informants in this study. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validation of the data is done through triangulation of sources, techniques, and the past time is analyzed through data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of preventing maladministration in the education sector at the Makassar City Ombudsman in terms of Productivity has been effective from the report, which has been completed, the adaptability has been effective seen from the Ombudsman's relationship with other agencies, job satisfaction has not been maximized, this is evidenced in the provision of salaries, rewards and community satisfaction that has not been fully effective, the search for resources is still not effective, this is evidenced by the education in the field provided that is not appropriate, the intellectual quality and skills that need to be improved as well as the facilities and infrastructure that need to be completed.
