Abstract

This research tries to describe how prevention of cyber pornograph and online prostitution using social media facilities in Criminal Law in Indonesia and how law enforcement is done by City Police Departement of Riau Kepulauan about criminal cyber pornograph and online prostitution using social media. The type of research on this thesis is empirical juridical research that is the way or procedure used to solve the research problem by researching the secondary data first to then examine the primary data in the field. The author performs the necessary data collection techniques through Library Research and Field Research. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Cyber pornograph and online prostitution using social media in the Criminal Law in Batam still lacks in relation to its Section formula. Law enforcement conducted by City Police Departement of Riau Kepulauanon the cyber pornograph and online prostitution using social media has not been effective resulting in many similar crimes still encountered.

Abstract

This research as purpose for knowing effect of service quality on the satisfaction of JNE Branch customer Batam, and effect prices on the satisfaction of JNE Branch customer in Batam, and affect of service quality ang prices on the satisfaction of JNE Customer in Batam Branch. The method this research a quantitative approach with associative design. The population of this research is all JNE customers in Batam Branch, sample 299 people. Method used questionnaire with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 21. Besad on the results of research, it can be concluded that service quality has positive effect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam Customers. Price has positive affect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam customers, and service quality and price together have positive and significan effect on the satisfaction of JNE Branch Batam Customers. Overall service quality and price veariables affect customer satisfaction by 0,510, meaning that 51% of Batam Branch JNE Customers satisfaction influenced by service quality and price variables, while remaining 49% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times and the increasing level of society, the lifestyle is also growing. Appearance is one that is considered by both men and women. Because it opened a man only salon known as Barbershop. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Batam City Starbox Barbershop. The sample of this study was 109 people with a population of all Starbox Barbershop customers in batam. Analysis of data techniques using regression analysis. With the result od testing, the Determination coefficien (R 2 ) is 56.6%. the result of the T test show the value of the t value of service quality variable is 3.780 from the customers statisfaction variable of 4.152 with the value of t table 1.982. both variables are greater than t table and can be stated – each variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty. So it can be concluded that the result of variable analysis of service quality and customer loyalty on Starbox Barbershop in Batam City.

Abstract

This study discusses "The Effect of Public Service Advertisements on Student Attitudes in the City of Batam Regarding Hoax Information on Social Media (Study on TransTV Hoax News Opponent Ads). This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of public service advertising on attitudes. The sampling technique uses Simple Random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. Based on the testing of the instrument it can be stated that all the questions used are valid (r count> 0.099) and reliable (Alpha> 0.6). The results of the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.297 which means that 29.7% of the variation in changes that occur in the attitude of Batam City students regarding hoax information on social media. While the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. The results of the t test show, t count (12,887) ˃ t table (1,966) with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. It can be concluded that public service ads have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of Batam City students regarding hoax information on social media (studies on adverts against TransTV hoax news).

Abstract

Disposal of a baby whose actions are inhumane, because they are victims of innocent children and because children are also the next generation of the nation. From this background the author is interested in lifting the title. The purpose of this paper is to know criminal liability in criminal acts of baby disposal in terms of the Law of Child Protection in accordance with Positive Criminal Law in Indonesia and what is the causal factor and the countermeasures related to crime of disposal crime. The method used by juridical empirical authors, while the data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive. From the results obtained, the Accountability of Baby Disposal Crimes is in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2016 Special Law concerning child protection, a factor often occurs because of promiscuity, young age, the economic response to the application of criminal witnesses, conclusions. Efficient, crime Crime of baby disposal must be prevented because it has a big influence on the future of the generation, prevention is not only recommended for the government which is the most important for the community itself.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research object used are sub sector coal meaning companies which are listen in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Purposive sampling techniue is used in this research for determining the resarch sample.The companies that has been choosen as the sample are 15 companie, the population are 22 companies. This research using quantitive approach. The variable in this research such as profitability, liquidity and leverage as independent variable financial distress as dependant variable. Data analysis used is descripitive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that profitability has significant influence towards the financial distress with significant level 0,017 < 0,05, liquidity does not have significant influence effect with significant level 0,259 > 0,05, leverage does not have significant influence effect with significant level 0,689 > 0,05. The result of regression analysis indicates that simultanieosly the profitability, liquidity and leverage does not have significant influence effect towards the financial distress with significant level 0,058 > 0,05. Adjusted R square value indicates that 6,1% of capital structure influenced by the the profitability, liquidity and leverage while the remaining 93,9% is influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

Toss 3000 Jodoh Market, Batam is a traditional market that sells various household needs. Toss 3000 market has problems in product quality, price and location. To overcome problems in business that occur in the market, traders in the Toss 3000 market need to review the influence of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and location on consumer purchasing decisions on the Toss 3000 Jodoh, Batam market. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 100 consumers in the Toss 3000 market who had shopped more than once. The variables used in this study are product quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) as independent variables and purchasing decisions (Y) as the dependent variable. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS20 software to test the validity and reliability before each statement previously submitted is a linear regression analysis test. The results showed that product quality, price and location had a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Financial statement is onei of the main sourcess of statement information that is very important to custumer in economy decision making. Financial statement can be used by inventors to predict stock securities. Account securities are really influenced by the number of return that willy be obtainedg by company in the fture. The main requirement that is needed by investors to be willing to share the fund is trought capital market where it can comfort them to invest. The aim of this research is to know the influence of profit dividend and operation cash flow simultaneously and partially over stock return to manufacturing factory on food and beverage sektor that is listed in Indonesia Stock Excange where the method used to i chose the sample i is purposive sampling. The used method in this research is double linear regression esearch comer from Indonesia Stock Ex change by using documentatiion and referenc methode.

Abstract

That is why in everyday life can catch various comments about a crime event that is different from one another. The research method used in this study is normative. The result of this research is that in this research the reasoning mediation that can be done is the complaint offense. Crimes that can be resolved by reasoning mediation are first a criminal offense or an offense such as the Complaints Against Humiliation or Defamation (Chapter XVI of the Criminal Code), a complaint regarding theft, extortion and threatening and embezzlement, a complaint about decency crime namely adultery. Second, Simple Delicacy (eencoudige delic) for example in Article 372 of the Criminal Code. The Third Criminal Act Has a Penal Penalty as the Threat of Criminal Offenders and Offenders Has Paid the Penalty. The fourth is Crime committed by Children. in the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia Police Investigator to provide training to investigators specifically dealing with child criminal cases and changing the retributive paradigm of the direction of the restoactive justice paradigm specifically in handling child criminal cases

Abstract

Human DevelopmenttIndex (HDI) is an important thing to assess the success of funds that allocated for human development. And than, this study aims to analyzetthe influenceiof poverty levels and governmentiexpenditure on education on the human development index. The analysisitechnique usedlis multipleilineariregression. Theitype of data used is time series data, with populations sourced from the Batam City Central Bureau of Statistics and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Batam City. The sample used in this studyiis the Panel data for 2010-2017. Based on the resultsoof testing the hypothesis, itiwasifound that the poverty level had a positive effect onethe human development indexiin theicityiof Batam. Whileegovernment spending oneeducation has a positive and significant effect on the human developmen iindex in the city of Batam. The determination coefficient value is 0.952 which indicates that the influence of poverty levels and government expenditure on education on the human developmenttindex in Batam city is 95.2%iandithe remainingi4.8% is influencediby other variablesioutside of this study.t
