Abstract

Investment is an accumulation of a certain amount of capital with the aim of getting a numberof benefits at a later date. Capital can be in the form of money or other resources. Thepurpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation and minimum capital onthe interest on investing in stock on college student in Batam, both partially andsimultaneously. The population in this research were all students studying at a university orcollege in Batam and the sample was Batam college student who had studied capitalmarkets or finance. Collecting data in this research using a questionnaire. The data analysismethod used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testingusing the t test and F test on the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research are,partially motivation has a significant effect on the interest on investing in stock on collegestudent in Batam, while minimum capital partially has no significant effect on the interest oninvesting in stock on college student in Batam. Simultaneously, motivation and minimalcapital have a significant effect on the interest on investing in stock on college student inBatam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of work influence and satisfaction on employee performance at PT Winsen Kencana Perkasa by using a saturated sample technique. All populations consist of 130 respondents. The measuring instrument used by the hands is 5 pieces using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test of data quality in the study used validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test in the study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the multiplier test used multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test and the F test with the help of statistical software spss 25. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from t count> t table and significant value. <0.05 and work discipline and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from the> f table and a significant value <0.05.

Abstract

The average number of non-performing loans in this study is greater than 7% and the quality of earning assets is greater than 8%, so this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of NPL and KAP on Return On Assets in banking companies registered with the Financial Services Authority. The data used is in the form of secondary data, namely published quarterly financial reports. population taken from banking companies (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) in the 2015-2019 period as many as 27 data. Samples that meet the criteria are 3 data. Based on the results of the analysis partially or the t test: (1) NPL partially has a negative but insignificant effect on ROA, it is known that tcount -1.342 <ttable -2.00247 and a significance of 0.185> 0.05, (2) KAP partially had a negative but not significant effect on ROA with tcount -0.323 <ttable -2.00247 and a significance of 0.748> 0.05. Simultaneously or f test: NPL and KAP have a significant effect on ROA with a value of Fcount 10.222> Ftable 3.16 and a significance of 0.000 <0.005.

Abstract

Busines was a way of changing profits and driving the country's growth. The things that company need to consider in achieving success are qualities of product and qualities of services causes these is many thing may influenced costomer satisfactions for that companie. The goal of this studies is to determined the influences of product quality and services qualities on customer satisfactions at PT Rodamas Makmur Motor Batam. The designing of this studies use researchs designing and quantitatifiying causality researches method. The collections of data technique by distributed questionnaire to 165 respondents. The analys of datas technique used validities, reliabilities, normalities, multicollinearities, heterocedasticities, linear regressions analys, ttest and Ftest throughs the applications of SPSS versions 25. The result of this studies indicated that products qualities (X1), service quality (X2) have significant by partial and simultan are significant influence on the customer satisfaction (Y). Determinations coefficients test result showing that product quality (X1), service quality (X2) with 55.6 percents, whiles the remaining 44.4 percents are influencing by others variables is not examining in this researchs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work environment and training on employee performance in PT Indo Batam Ekatama. This research method is using quantitative research method. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 107 respondents. Data were analyzed using test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. Test results of coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square shows that workload, work environment and training variable are together providing 0.00 percent influence on employee performance variable. The results of this study indicate that partially workload has influence on employee performance, seen significant value 0.001 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 3.417 bigger than t table 1.982 (H1 accepted), work environment has influence on employee performance because its significant value 0.000 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 5.136 bigger than t table 1.982 (H2 accepted), training has influence on employee performance because its significant value 0.007 smaller than α value 0.05 and t value 2.763 bigger than t table 1.982 (H3 accepted), while workload, work environment and training are simultaneously has significant effect on employee performance because its significant value 0.000 smaller than α value 0.05 and f value 62.217 bigger than f table 3.08 (H4 accepted).

Abstract

This research is shown to analyze the net interest margin and capital adequacy ratio against the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 44 banks and using a sample of 28 according to the criteria set in the sample. The research instrument is documentation and uses secondary data sources obtained from banking financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this research is statistical test with classic assumption test in the form of normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedacity test and autocorrelation test and using multiple linear regression test consisting of t test and F test, using SPSS version 25 F in this study shows that the variables net interest margin and capital adequacy ratio together have an effect on return on assets. The results of the coefficient of determination R² showed a value of 0.246 (24%). The remaining 76% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this research.

Abstract

PT's service quality, corporate image and interest rates. Bank Panin is very important in the banking industry, so special attention is needed to survive long-term competition. Relevant organizations can use this special attention to survive competition, accept challenges and develop in crisis. The purpose of this research is to determine whether service quality, corporate image and interest rates have an impact on customer loyalty. The main data collection method of this study is to distribute a questionnaire in the form of Google, which contains 375 respondents of active savings customers, and the sampling method used is random sampling. In order to generate considerable value, this study uses SPSS 25 version of the statistical analysis method. The results show that service quality, company image and interest rates have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Some service quality has a positive but insignificant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image has a positive and important impact on customer loyalty, while interest rates have a negative and insignificant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Interested parties need to be on time in submitting financial reports because the benefits are still of high quality and do not expire and are used as material for consideration in decision making. However, there are still companies that do not submit financial reports on time. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on the timeliness of submitting financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The population is 80 companies with purposive sampling technique, so that the remaining 25 companies. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through the IDX website. The data analysis technique in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study can be seen in the regression coefficient test where profitability (ROA) has no significant effect on timeliness and liquidity (CR) has no significant effect on timeliness. It can also be seen from the simultaneous test that profitability (ROA) and liquidity (CR) simultaneously have no effect on timeliness.

Abstract

Tourism is not new, currently tourism is an industrial product that is increasingly in demand to be visited. Local governments are responsible for developing and managing all the potentials of their respective regions to be able to attract foreign and local tourists. As a tourism destination, Batam City has a geographic area in one or more administrative areas that have accessibility, tourism facilities, public facilities, tourist attractions to complement the realization of tourism. The research is carried out on the basis of samples, the analysis can use descriptive statistics, descriptive statistics themselves can be used if the research only needs to present sample data and does not want to draw conclusions for the population where the sample is obtained, and testing in this study uses descriptive testing using several tests through assistance software SPSS 23. This type of research is quantitative research that will study that will test the image of the city which consists of cognitive images, unique images and affective images.
