Abstract

Manufacturing companies’ role is very important for country’s economy, especially for current situation where the number of investors that entered Indonesian capital market keep increasing. The most popular investment instrument among investors is investing in company shares. Before transaction, investors need to analyze and have a mature consideration because of the fluctuation of stock prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, leverage and dividend policy on stock prices in various industrial sector of manufacturing companies listed in lndonesia Stock Exchange. Period limitation is set from 2015-2020 with population 51 companies and use purposive sampIing method. There are 6 companies that match the criteria with total 36 samples. This study apply muItiple linear regresion analysis and using SPSS 26 application. The results of the t test shows that capital structure has significant effect on stock prices, then leverage has significant effect on stock prices, while dividend policy has insignificant effect on stock prices. And for the results of F test, it shows that capital structure, leverage and dividend policy simultaneously have significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of understanding empirically about the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) partially on Return On Assets (ROA) of private foreign exchange banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In addition, this study also empirically examines the effects of CAR, LDR and NPL on ROA simultaneously in private foreign exchange banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causal type of research. The population of the treatise written 30 people and 27 people with a sample period of 5 years of studies since 2016 - 2020. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, statistical tests included t test for partial test and F test for simultaneous test. Prior to statistical tests, the classical assumption tests performed were normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of t test showed that CAR had a negative effect on ROA. LDR had a positive but insignificant effect on ROA. And NPLs have a negative and significant impact on ROA

Abstract

The inspection is carried out at a hotel in Batam, for example Golden View Hotel Batam. This study examines the impact of training, benefits, and discipline on hotel performance. The survey was conducted for all hotel staff with a total of 120 respondents. Linear multivariate analysis was used to continue the SPSS 25 software. Reflecting on the test results, could seen by that training result there is a positive or good and significant effect for staff performance, compensation have a positive or good effect for employee benefits, also workplace is effective and important to the performance of employees. The test results simultaneously obtained that the Fcount value is 74.588 and the Ftable value is 2.683. According to the t-test standards, H0 rejected and Yes passed, which means that training (X1), compensation (X2) and work discipline (X3) are related to employee performance (Y), which is what changes training (X1).), salary (X2) affects and disciplinary activities (X3) show effective and important for employee efficiency (Y).

Abstract

In a company, human resources are used as a position that has an important role because in the process of achieving targets it will directly involve them. In this study, to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Batam Teknologi Gas. The work target level of PT Batam Teknologi Gas' employees has decreased, this is evidenced by the lack of motivation from employees. The existing data collection every month in 2020, the realization of the target every month is still not able to achieve the work target perfectly. Work motivation for employees, there are several problems that exist in the company such as in terms of performance for employees who work less in accordance with what is desired, such as in terms of the level of work discipline of employees who work inappropriately such as not being on time according to the hours that have been set specify. PT Batam Teknologi Gas has a population of 212 employees used simple random sampling technique which is a sample of 139 employees. Based on the test results, it is stated that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Analysis of financial statements with various ratios can later become information so that it helps management in making decisions for the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess asset turnover and financial activity ratios at PT Batam Cycle. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the ratio of asset turnover and activity ratio with standard provisions so that conclusions can be drawn with secondary data obtained directly from PT Batam Cycle. The results of research on asset turnover of PT. Batam Cyclect in 2015 was 37% (adequate), 2016 was 18% (very poor), 2017 was 26% (enough), 2019 was 38% (enough) and the activity ratio in 2015 was 51% (very good). ), in 2016 it was 59% (very good), in 2017 it was 151% (very good), in 2018 it was 137% (very good), in 2019 it was 38% (very good). Research conclusion Financial performance appraisal at PT Batam cyclect by using the asset turnover ratio does not enter the criteria or very good category and Financial Performance Assessment at PT Batam Cyclect by using the activity ratio is very good.

Abstract

The motive on this thesis is to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Citra Mandiri Distribution. This study refers to Slovin's theory for data sampling with a margin of error of 5% from a population of 165, so the number of samples is 117 respondents at PT Citra Mandiri Distribution. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Check the data using validation and reliability, data analysis used using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), with 2 hypothesis testing t test and F test which process uses SPSS version 26 software. The results of the coefficient of determination in the study shows that there is a correlation between service quality and product quality with a purchase decision variable of 64.7%. The results of multiple linear regression test of service quality variables have an effect of 18.1% on purchasing decisions and product quality have an effect of 25% on purchasing decisions. The calculated F value on the dependent variable is fully larger than F table which means that the service quality and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on buying decision. Abstract

In general, companies strive to optimize employee performance effectiverly. the company is also doing the best things to improve the performance of the employees. PT Ekai Trisakti Mas which has quite a number of ways to motivate and discipline work so that the company's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employees performance either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of all employees of PT Ekadi Trsakti Mas consisting of 108 samples obtained using non-sampling techniques. PT Ekadi Trisakti Mas is company engaged in the development sector. in an effort to face competition between companies, motivation and work discipline are the keys to employee performance. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.

Abstract

The development and progress of the business world at this time is very rapid, this is supported by increasingly advanced technology. Many business people run their business by utilizing technology. This study aims to analyze the effect of personal selling and service quality on customer satisfaction. Data collection techniques using quantitative methods and sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling which is all 140 populations used as samples in this study. Data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of the t test on the personal selling variable are t count 6.699 > t table 1.65581 which means that the personal selling variable has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality with t count 4,878 > t table 1, 65581 which means that the quality of service has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. This result is also evidenced from the test results, namely f count 103.195> f table 2.6, which means that personal selling and service quality variables have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Color center Batam.

Abstract

One of the public transportation in Batam City, namely the Trans Batam Bus. The Trans Batam Bus is a public transportation presented by the Batam City government to the public. In an effort to create passenger satisfaction. Facilities and survice quality by maintaining the value of passenger satisfaction. Determined the effect of facilities and service quality on the satisfaction of passengers using Trans Batam in the Sekupang-Jodoh corridor was the purpose of the sudy. A quantitative method was used to solve the problems in which questionnaires are distributed as instruments in data collection. The sample technique used to collect data in this study is sampling using a probability sampling technique or called simple random sampling. With a total of 100 respondents using the Trans Batam Bus. The results of the research that were tested using SPSS version 25 showed that passenger satisfaction was influenced by facilities and service quality with an R Square value of 0.843 or 84,3%. The study showed the results that the variabel facilities and service quality give a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction.
