Abstract

Problems regarding transfer errors often occur in everyday life so that of course there is a need for a rule regarding the transfer of funds. Therefore, the government established a regulation regarding the transfer of funds as outlined in Law Number 3 of 2011 concerning Transfer of Funds. The solution that is always offered for the error in transferring funds is only in the form of punishment, no legal protection for customers who make wrong transfers, especially in returning the funds. The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal protection for banking customers who make transfer errors and to find out how to solve problems against customers who make transfer errors. The research method used is a normative legal research method. The complexity of the customer's error in transferring the funds resulted in the unfulfillment of a sense of justice, especially in the case that the recipient of the transfer of funds did not return the funds so that the form of loss experienced by the customer who made a transfer error was increasingly burdensome. Legal remedies that can be taken against this transfer error problem are to make efforts through litigation and non-litigation channels.

Abstract

In today's business competition, it is very tight, caused by advances in human knowledge about the use of technology in business activities which greatly helps speed in doing business. Of course, in this case, business people or business people really need human resources who have the ability to use the current digital era, to launch the business he runs. Apart from human resources, of course, a businessman needs other resources such as capital, materials and other supporting tools such as machines to support the smooth operation of a business or business. In this study, he conducted research related to human resources. owned to analyze theeffect of occupational health, work environment and discipline on employee productivity at PT Cipta Adil Industries Batam, a company engaged in the manufacture of plastic ore. Researchers conducted an analysis of 130 respondents who were employees of PT Ci PTA Adil Industries Batam by using quantitative research methods. Researchers use simple saturation techniques in determining the sample. Variables are measured using a Likert scale and translated into research indicators. On a Likert scale, the answers in the form of statements have been determined by researchers ranging from positive to negative. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that occupational health had a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.007> 0.05. And discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000> 0.05. The test results show an R Squer value of 697 or 69.7 % employee productivity can be explained by occupational health, work environment and discipline. The remaining 31.3% is not explained in this study. So the researcher concludes that occupational health has no effect on employee productivity and two other variables, namely the work environment and variables affect productivity.

Abstract

The inspection is carried out at a hotel in Batam, for example Golden View Hotel Batam. This study examines the impact of training, benefits, and discipline on hotel performance. The survey was conducted for all hotel staff with a total of 120 respondents. Linear multivariate analysis was used to continue the SPSS 25 software. Reflecting on the test results, could seen by that training result there is a positive or good and significant effect for staff performance, compensation have a positive or good effect for employee benefits, also workplace is effective and important to the performance of employees. The test results simultaneously obtained that the Fcount value is 74.588 and the Ftable value is 2.683. According to the t-test standards, H0 rejected and Yes passed, which means that training (X1), compensation (X2) and work discipline (X3) are related to employee performance (Y), which is what changes training (X1).), salary (X2) affects and disciplinary activities (X3) show effective and important for employee efficiency (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine if there is an effect of trust, service quality and satisfaction on the repurchase intention of PT Great Seasons Travel Batam City online users with a total sample of 180 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed directly, the data quality test in this research used validity and reliability tests, the classical hypothesis test and the influence test were performed in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis while for the hypothesis test on This study uses (t-test) and (f-test), which uses SPSS 25 software. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by the trust, servise and satisfaction variables is 79.1% of therepurchase intention variables. From the results of the t-test and the f-test, we can conclude from this study that there is a positive and significant effect on the variables of trust, service quality and Satisfaction on the repurchase intention , as well as on the significant influence between the three independent variables on the dependent variable

Abstract

Trade as an aspect of economic development, for example in traditional trade, where sellers and buyers meet each other in certain places who trade/buy each other or trade electronically (e-commerce). E-commerce trading is a series of seller and buyer transactions that are carried out using an electronic system (internet). An important aspect of trading in e-commerce is the need for transportation services that can open goods shuttle services. The high demand for goods pick-up services makes it a valuable opportunity for logistics businesses. That studies aims determining the effect of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Batam Branch. This researches design using researches designed and quantitatives causality researches methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 225 consumers of PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Batam Branch.The results of this studies are indicating that Service Quality (X1), Price (X2) partially and simultaneously affect significant to Consumer Satisfaction is avout 53.2 percent.

Abstract

Financial institutions that only accept deposits in the form of savings or time deposits are then channeled back through a system of investment credit loans, worked capital loans and trade credits. For this reason, every bank can attract customers at various way, one of which are the good service quality. A very important factor is about the quality of service because the quality of service can attract customers with the products offered. These studies aims determining the effect of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Customer Satisfaction at PT BPR Kepri Batam. This researches designed using researches designed and quantitative causality research methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 165 customers of PT BPR Kepri Batam. The data analys technique using analys of validities, reliabilities, normalities, multicollinearities, heteroscedasticities, linear regression analys, t test and F test through the SPSS version 23 application. The results of these studies are indicated that Service Quality (X1), Company Image (X2) partially and simultaneously significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The coefficients of determination test results show that Service Quality (X1), Corporate Image (X2) are 87.6 percent, while the remaining 12.4 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Given that importance of human resources in the development and progress of a company, companies should consider human resources more than just company assets but as partners in business. As a partner in business, the company must be fair for what human resources have given to the company. This aims of studies were determining the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Dinamika Logamu Mulia. The designs of that studies using a researches designed and quantitatives causality research methods. The results of this study indicate that compensation (X1), and motivation (X2) have a partial, simultaneous effect. and significant on employee performance (Y). The results of the determination coefficient test show that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) are 79.4 percent, while the remaining 20.6 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn a company, human resources are used as a position that has an important role because in the target control process it will directly involve them. Need proper management to develop this activity. In this study, to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on the performance of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa employees. At the company PT Graha Dwi Perkasa has a lack of motivation for employees to carry out their work properly. It can be seen from the low level of employee work discipline. Leadership is less concerned with existing problems, resulting in employee performance not achieving the desired target. Employees at PT Graha Dwi Perkasa have poor performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa, namely 115 employees. The sampling technique of this research is the saturated sample, where the sampling uses the entire population. It was concluded that the sample was 115 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study uses SPSS 25. Based on the test results, it is stated that motivation and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation; Leadership; Employee Performance

Abstract

Tighter competition in the electronics industry makes various stores try to find a more appropriate strategy to sell their products. The independent variables in this study are brand image and service quality, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the impact of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study is Wijaya Batam store consumers who have bought 116 laptops in the last 6 months. The sample in this study was 116 which was determined using a non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample method. The study results are assumed to be valid and reliable, normal, do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The achievement of the t test shows the t test number is 10,095 > t table 1,981, brand image has a significant impact on purchasing decisions and the t test number is 2,085 > t table 1,981, service quality has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. The achievement of the F test describes the F count 62,694 > F table 3.08, brand image and service quality together have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Fiduciary as an agreement to follow the principal agreement of the parties to fulfill the achievements. If the execution process is not accompanied by a deed, the executor will show the court's decision. The formulation of the problem of how the debtor carries out the execution of the fiduciary guarantee that is not registered and what the legal consequences are for the execution of the collateral object under hand. However, with the aim of knowing the execution of the fidusion guarantee that is not registered. The research method uses a normative review / literature review which is descriptive analytical in nature. The results of the research are contained in a conclusion which shows that the execution can be carried out if there is a credit problem. If the guarantee is not made under hand and has not been registered according to statutory provisions, it will not have executorial power. The main factor is not registering it because of the high cost that causes the debtor not to register the Fiduciary Guarantee. In terms of its implementation, the community becomes more aware of the ins and outs, their rights and the consequences of taking credit using the fiduciary system
