Abstract

In order to compete in the era of global competition, companies are required to improve various aspects of their quality. Not only focusing on natural resources, but human resources is also an absolute thing to be improved in order to achieve the goals that have been set. This research was conducted to determine the influence of human capital, training and performance appraisal on employee performance at Telunas Resorts. The samples taken in this study were 120 using probability sampling as sampling technique with the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data was collected through a google form questionnaire using likert measurement scale. The data is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of human capital on employee performance with a t value of 4,754 > t table (1,98063), there is an effect of training on employee performance with a t value of 2,904 > t table (1,98063), there is an effect of performance appraisal on employee performance with a t value of 6,564 > t table (1,98063) and there is an influence of human capital, training and performance appraisal on employee performance with an f value of 104,808 > f table (2,68).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of facilities and promotions on the decision of staying at the Pacific Palace Hotel. This research is quantitative with a population of 11,826 and a sample of 100 people obtained using the slovin formula. The questionnaire is the instrument of this research. Data processing uses SPSS 26 and from the calculation results it reveal that the facility produces tcount > ttable (3.763 > 1.9847) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so the facility affects the decision to stay. And tcount (4.386 > 1.9847) ttable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 for the variable of promotion which means that promotion owns a positive as well as significant impact on the decision of staying. The F test results display fcount > ftable (39.278 > 2.70) with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, so facilities and promotions own a positive and significant effect on the stay decision. The value of R Square is 0.447.

Abstract

The company was formed to make a profit, therefore the need for assistance from employee performance. Internal control and accounting information systems are also needed to increase the level of employee performance. This study uses data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to company employees as many as 116 respondents. The source of data in this study is primary using non-probability sampling method, the type of saturated sampling method and this research is quantitative. The analysis method uses the SPSS 25 software program. Referring to the results of the T-test in the study, it can be concluded: (1) Accounting Information Systems have an effect on employee performance. 2) Internal control has an effect on employee performance, it is known that the t arithmetic value is 4.311 > t table 1.981 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.015. The results of the F test where the accounting information system and internal control have a simultaneous effect on employee performance obtained the value of f count 22.209 > 3.08 f table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it is stated that simultaneously accounting information system and internal control together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine clearly how to application of the law to the parties who hace included a credit life insurance clause in the credit agreement with the bank. Based on the results of the research that the authors get, it can be concluded that in credit life insurance we know 3 (three) main parties that is the insurer (insurance company), the insured (debtor who bears his life), heirs. Life insurance which is an example of insurance with a certain cost where risk reimbursement will not be in accordance with risks experienced. Death is an event in life insurance. Which creates rights and obligations for the parties. In general, when the insured dies, the insurer has an obligation to provide compensation to the beneficiary (heirs) unless otherwise agreed. For the example, the debtor agrees to clause given by the bank, containing cooperation with the life insurance company to overcome the risks that occur. So in this case the bank acts as a policyholder (recipient) of the compensation.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to elaborate the effect of the quality of product and Brand Image on buying decisions to Cap Kaki Tiga drinks at PT Anugerah Perkasa Sejahtera. Quantitative research is this type of research with a population of 106 people by employing a saturated sample technique. The data was cultivated utilizing SPSS version 26 with the research result known that Product Quality owns t count > t table that is 7.979 > 1.98326 with a significant value at 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, product quality owns a positive as well as significant impact on buying decisions, t count Brand Image is known > t table that is is 5.471 > 1.98326 with a significance of 0.000 3.08 (F table) with a significant value at 0.000 < 0.05, and the R Square value is 0.758. Abstract

ABSTRACT Banking is a milestone for the economy of a country, including Indonesia because banking has a very important role. Therefore, it is necessary to implement risk management to offset the increasing risks faced by banks and to cover fixed costs or fixed expenses of the company. This study is to determine the effect of the application of risk management on the firm value of conventional banks listed on the IDX. The implementation of risk management is measured by three models. The first method uses the ratio of net interest margin (NETIM), non-interest margin (NONIM), provision for impairment loss (PROV) and uses the capital adequacy ratio (CAR). Then the second method uses the average value (AVG) of these ratios and the third method uses the principal Component analysis (PCA) value of these ratios. Then in analyzing the impact of the application of risk management on firm value using panel data regression analysis. The regression model used is the fixed effect model. The yield of the study show that each method of implementing risk management has different results. In the first method, NONIM and CAR ratios have a positive effect but there is no significant effect, NETIM and PROV have a negative effect but there is no significant impact on firm value. In the second method, the average value has a positive effect but there is no significant impact on firm value. In the third method, the PCA value has no significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) brand image and (X2 service quality on (Y) purchasing decisions at Alfamart Tiban Gaja Mada by using this Random Sampling technique 354. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire that (X1) brand image and (X2 ) service quality has a positive effect on (Y) purchasing decisions based on regression results and with an R Square value. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that (X1) brand image and ( X2) service quality proved to have a significant effect on (Y) purchasing decisions. Then through the F test it can be seen that the variable (X1) brand image and (X2) service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision variables with F count greater than F table

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the highest countries with internet users in the world. Around 175,4 million people of 272,1 million population are connected to the internet (Hootsuite Survey, 2020). The internet is used not only to access information, but also to spread the information itself. Around 94% from the survey says that smartphones are the most used device to access the internet. With the smartphones themselves spreading information is easier to do and it can be done from anywhere and anytime. The information can also be spread by social media or instant messaging application. That way there is a possibility that the information spread is not credible. To prevent the spreading of disinformation media literacy is needed. Literacy is one’s ability to read and write (Potter, 2019:51). In this case media literacy is the most basic skill needed to encounter the media exposure (Fitryarini, 2016:58). This research uses the descriptive quantitative design. This research uses the IBM SPSS 25 as data processing software. The result show that the t value for the independent variable media literacy (X) is 19,117 towards dependent variable perception (Y) with significance value 0,000. This shows that the t value 19,117 > t table 1,652 with significance 0,05, in conclusion H0 is declined and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Economic globalization requires the business world as one of the economic actors to improve in the face of increasingly fierce competition. In order to compete in order to maintain the existence of the business, the company must be able to utilize its resources in order to achieve results effectively and efficiently. That studies aims are determining the effected of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Giken Precision Indonesia. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 111 employes of PT Giken Precision Indonesia. The results of this studies indicated that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the coefficient of determining testing showed that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 87.6 percent, while the remaining 12.4 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Along with that developments this business worlds and also increasingly tough competition, a company must do something to survive and achieve the goals that have been previously set. Human resources (HR) are important at company cause humans resourcing will affect the desired output of the company, qualified employees are an advantage for a company, This study aims to determine the effect of job promotion, incentives and work motivation on the performance of PT Alco Dana Mandiri employees. That studies uses quantitative research methods where questionnaires are distributed as instruments in collecting data. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all employees who work at PT Alco Dana Mandiri, amounting to 116 people. The sampling technique that the researcher uses is the saturated sampling technique, where the data being tested is sourced from the entire population of employees with a total of 116 respondents. Data were collected and tested using SPSS version 26. The results showing this the variables of job promotion, incentives and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Alco Dana Mandiri.
