Abstract

In the current era of globalization, Human Resources (HR) is one of the supporting factors to complete work and is a factor in the success of a company. This will be a problem for employees, especially in terms of experience and training status because it will have an impact on employee performance in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously between training and work experience on employee performance. The technique used in this study is to identify the effect of partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) between training variables (X ) and work experience (X ) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Osi Electronics batam. Data collection techniques on This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Osi Electronics Batam with 158 samples.The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) in the summary model which can be seen from the R Square of the training variable, work experience and employee performance are 0.676or 67.6% and while the t-test on the training variable (X ) has a arithmetic value of4.737and t table2.6079 where obtained t count > t table, and the significance value is 0.000 below 0.05 and the work experience variable (X ) where it is obtained that t count > t table, and the significance value is 0.000 below 0.05 Based on the results of the simultaneous test, Fcount is 161.410In this test, the correlation between training and work experience on employee performance was obtained. This statement is supported by a calculated F value greater than F table, and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. This indicates that the variables of training and work experience stimulants have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This review intends to decide the impact of the Separation (X1) and Situating (X2) factors at the same time and somewhat on Customer Purchasing Interest at Espresso Corner in Batam City. The technique for gathering information is through a poll study with an example of 120 respondents. The logical technique utilized is various relapse examination. The aftereffects of the review acquired a huge and constructive outcome of separation (X1) on customer purchasing interest (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan customer PT. Nusantara Card Semesta Batam. Metode penilitian yang pergunakan pada penelitian ini yakni metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunkan análisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya nilai R Square sebesar 0,650 atau 65.0% dari hasil tersebut diketahui kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan customer sebesar 65.0% dan sisa selebihnya 0,35 atau 35.0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis. Hasil pada uji t yaitu kualitas pelayanan mempunyai nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung 3.408 > t tabel 1.984 maknanya yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan customer. Variabel ketepatan waktu mempunyai nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 dan t hitung 4.258 > t tabel 1.984 maknanya yaitu variabel ketepatan waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan customer, Berdasarkan uji F hasil yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 90.197 > f tabel 3,09 maknanya variabel kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan customer.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important part in the continuity of an institution or institution. State Elementary School 010 Sagulung is an educational institution in which there are employees who are civil servants or honorary. One of the factors that educational institutions have good quality is the discipline of their employees. There are several factors that affect human resources, which are work supervision, work performance and discipline. The purpose of this research was to assess the impact of work supervision and work discipline together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 010 Sagulung Batam. The population in this study were teachers of SD Negeri 010 Sagulung Batam. Total samples in this research were 40 utilize non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, statistical test. The results showed, between colleague: (1) work supervision had a positive and meaningful impact on teacher performance; (2) work discipline has a positive and meaningful impact on teacher performance; (3) work supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and meaningful impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

Health is one aspect that determines how high or low the standard of human life is because health is needed to support all activities of a person's life. The establishment of the puskesmas must be a means of administering public and individual health using promotive and preventive methods to achieve the highest degree of public health. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of services and facilities together on patient satisfaction at Tanjung Sengkuang Health Center. The population and sample in this study found 100 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis,. The results showed, among others: (1) service quality has a good and meaningful impact on patient satisfaction; (2) facilities have a good and meaningful impact on patient satisfaction; (3) the quality of services and facilities simultaneously has q good and meaningful impact on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is find out how the influence of brand image and servicequality on customer satisfaction at PT Indokaca Mitra Fortuna with saturated samplingtehcniques that are all existing customers so as to get a sample number of 104 respondens.The method of collecting data is by a questionaire that is distributed directly. Data qualitytest in this study using validity test and reliabilty test, classic assumption test and influencetest in this study using coefficient of determination analysis and multiple linear regressionanalysis, while hypothesis test in this study using (t test) and (F test) using SPSS softwareprogram version 26. The result of coeffiicient of determination (R2) obtained is the variablebrand image and service quality affects 78.6% of customer satisfaction. from the results oft and f tests, it could be concluded that partially the brand image and service quality has asignifiicant effect on customer satisfaction, as well as simultaneously the brand image andservice quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job description and discipline on employeeperformance at PT Kinco Prima. Used a type of research with a population of 106 people.Used a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used is the saturatedsample, meaning that all the population is sampled. The data is processed using SPSSversion 26 with the results of the study it is known that Job Description has a arithmeticvalue > t table that is 6.486 > 1.98326 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 which means thatthe quality of the Job Description product has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, t arithmetic discipline is known. > t table that is 6.709 > 1.98326 with asignificance of 0.000 <0.05 which means that discipline has a positive and significant effecton employee performance. And Job Description and discipline together have a positiveand significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the Ftest with a value of (F count) 99.898> 3.08 (F table) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. And R square value is 0.660.Keywords: Dicipline; Employee Performance; Job Description.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of auditor accountability, independence, and work experience on audit quality at the Riau Islands Representative Office of the BPK. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in the Riau Islands Representative Office of BPK as many as 40 auditors. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method, as many as 40 respondents. The data used are primary data and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to test the established hypothesis. This study shows the results that the accountability variable partially has a significant effect on audit quality at the Riau Islands Representative Office of the BPK. Meanwhile, the independence variable and auditor's work experience partially have no significant effect on audit quality at the Riau Islands Representative Office of the BPK. However, simultaneously the variables of accountability, independence, and work experience of auditors have a significant effect on audit quality at the Riau Islands Representative Office of the BPK.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every company that is established cannot deny that the competition is getting tougher, especially in this increasingly advanced era. The development of a company is strongly influenced by the quality of its human resources. Therefore, it is important for companies to strive for good performance from employees. One of the factors that affect employee performance is the motivation and compensation received by employees. If the company is able to pay attention and provide the right motivation and adequate compensation in accordance with the employee's work responsibilities, then the performance given by the employee will be even better so that it will be easier for the company to achieve its goals. Vice versa, employees who lack motivation and appropriate compensation from the company tend to have poor performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT Cendana Han Wijaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, by distributing questionnaires as a data collection tool. In this study using saturated sampling techniques, where the total population of 142 people became the sample studied. The results of the study indicate that motivation and work compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with F arithmetic greater than F table (55.700>3.06) and the sign value is not more than probability (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

Profitability is the main goal in establishing a company. Profitability is a ratio that can measure the company's ability to obtain operating profits. This study aims to examine and examine the effect of Cash Management (Cash Ratio), Accounts Receivable (Receivable Turnover) and Inventory (Inventory Turnover) on the Profitability (ROA) of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative research with research data taken in the period of 2016-2020. The total population is 30 companies with a total sample of 7 companies. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods used in this study include multiple linear analysis with partial test hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and coefficient of determination test carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 program. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence between cash management on profitability where the significant level is 0.071 > 0.05 and the value of Tcount < Ttable (1.868 < 2.0395), accounts receivable has a significant negative effect on profitability with a significant level of 0.032 < 0.05 and the value of Tcount < T table (-2.250 < - 2.0395) , inventory has a significant positive effect on profitability with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Tcount > T table (6.505 > 2.0395). In the results of the f-test of cash management, accounts receivable and inventory simultaneously affect profitability with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (18.137 > 2.9). While the results of the adjusted r-square determination test show that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
