Abstract

Fluctuations in the debt-to-equity ratio of manufacturing companies for the 2016-2020 period indicate that the company's own funds are not consistently used. Fluctuations in net profit margin result in fluctuations in price to book value. This fluctuating PBV has an impact on the company's image. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of DER and NPM on PBV by using secondary data on annual financial reporting. The sample used purposive sampling method. a population of 51 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector from 2016-2020 obtained a sample of 8 companies. Analysis of research data using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination. DER has a significant effect on PBV with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, t count 5.849 > 2.026. NPM has a significant effect on PBV with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, t count 5,790 > t table 2,026, if tested together DER and NPM have a significant effect on PBV with a number 0.000 < 0.05, F count 35,223 > Ftable 3. 24.

Abstract

In running a business that is very important and needed for companies, namely consumers. Because with the presence of consumers, activities can also run, but these will last longer if they can be matched and matched by the regional desires of telebut consumers. Companies that are able to maintain customer satisfaction and product quality are very profitable in the competition between companies. The purpose of this research is to know The Effect of Consumer Satisfaction and Product Quality on Consumer Trust in PT Citra Sublindo Aditama. The population and samples used in this research are consumers from PT Citra Sublindo Aditama, totaling 150 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires or quantitative methods which then the results obtained by respondents through SPSS software version 25. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that 1) There is a significant to positive effect between consumer satisfaction on consumer trust, 2) There is a significant to positive effect between product quality on consumer trust and 3) There is a significant to positive effect between consumer satisfaction and product quality against consumer trust

Abstract

This study was conducted determine the effect of discipline and work motivation onemployee performance at PT Dirga Satria Pratama. This research is a quantitative studyand data obtained through questionnaires. Population this study is total number ofemployees . The number samples this study were 110 people. The questionnaire distributedby researchers to respondents was 110 respondents. Data collection technique used issaturated sampling technique the sample taken a whole in the population. Primary datacollected from questionnaire result distributed. Result in this study indicate the disciplinedvariable has positive effect of 0.421 and significance of 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount has value5.395 > ttable 1.98238 on employee performance variables at PT Dirga Satria Pratama.Work motivation variable has positive effect of 0.349 and significance of 0,000 < 0,05 andtcount value of 5.182 >ttable 1.98238 on employee performance variables at PT Dirga SatriaPratama. The disciplinary and work motivation variables together have positive andsignificant effect on employee performance variables at PT Dirga Satria Pratama andsignificance of 0,000 < 0,05 and Fcount 101.721 > ttable 3.08.

Abstract

The purposes of researches means to analyze impact of Currents Ratios also Debts Equity Ratios on Returnon Equity in manufacture company list on Indonesia Stocks Exchanges for periods 2016 -2019. In generatingcompany's profit level, one indicatoring used is Returned on Equity. The research use an associativequantitatives approachs. The population were 30companies. The sample use is 14companies use purposivesampling methods. Secondary data as a data collection technique using descriptives analysis in the form ofannual financiasl report for year 2016 till 2019 periods. Results of the study explain is partiallies CurrentRatios has no impact of Returns on Equity as indicates by significances values of0.066. Debt Equity Ratioshas an impact on Returns on Equity indicate by significances valueable of0.002. Simultaneouslly CurrentRatio also Debts Equity Ratios has a significances impact of Returns on Equity. The coefficient ofdetermination of 14.9% mean that Currents Ratios also Debts Equity Ratio variable may explains of Returnson Equity variables also remainings 85.1% is explain by others variable not explained on this researches.

Abstract

The developing technology has made the internet a basic need. The internet has an important role in supporting the development of e-commerce in conducting online transactions. E-commerce such as marketplaces have sprung up, making it easier for people to meet basic needs and make decisions when they want to make purchases of a product more easily and effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of ease of use, trust and advertising on the buying interest of e-commerce shopee customers in Batam. The population in this study is the people of Batam City who use the shopee website with a sample of 385 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection using a questionnaire.

Abstract

Interest in investing in students shows an understanding of the knowledge that has been learned. Understanding of investment by students can be seen through the interest in investing which is increasingly marketed from time to time. One way to determine student interest in investing is by analyzing investment knowledge and understanding. This research was conducted to determine the effect of investment knowledge and understanding on student interest in investing. The independent variable in this study is knowledge and understanding of investment. The independent variable in this study is student interest. The results showed that the investment knowledge variable had no effect on student interest. Investment understanding has an effect on student interest. The results of the F test show that investment knowledge and understanding of investment simultaneously affect student interest. The value of Adjusted R Square shows that together knowledge and understanding of investment contribute to student interest by 22.4% while the remaining 77.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: (1) determine the impact of organizational culture on employee worksatisfaction; and (2) determine the impact of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. assess theimpact of the workplace on employee job satisfaction. (3) assess the impact of employee motivation on worksatisfaction (4) Determine how company culture, work environment, and motivation affect employee jobsatisfaction.This is a quantitative study with a causal research design. The Slovin formula was used to calculatethe sample size, yielding a sample size of 183 persons.In this study, the hypothesis test is a multiple linearregression test.Given the significance value of 0.031<0.05 obtained from the data analysis, it can be inferredthat organizational culture has a considerable impacst on employees jobs satiisfaction. The significance valueof the environmental culture variable was 0.000< 0.05, indicating that environmental culture hat a significanceeffect on employee job satisfaction, while the motivational variable had a significance value of 0.000< 0.05,indicating that motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. With a significant value of0.000< 0.05, it can be inferred that organizational culture, work environment, and motivation all influence PT.Nov Profab's job satisfaction in Batam City

Abstract

A good leadership style is a leader must possess. Because leadership styles can be used as a way to interact employees. In a leadership that commands them to invite subordinates to perform their duties and work together to improve employee performance in the company to achieve personal and organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Leeco Bintang Perkasa. The independent variables used in this study are leadership style, work motivation and work discipline, while there is only one dependent variable in this study, employee performance. The study used a sample of 105 respondents drawn through a non-probabilistic sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, data validity test, reliability test, classical hypothesis test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multilinear analysis test, coefficient of determination analysis hypothesis Test t-test and f-test using SPSS 25 assistance. The analysis of this study shows that leadership style has a significant impact on employee performance, work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance, employee performance has a significant impact on employees, and all variables have a positive and significant impact.

Abstract

The studying whas carried out at the Erafone Grapari Telkomsel Batam Center, which is a special card servicing location for Telkomsel card holders that also sells various sorts of telephones. The owner of the firm prioritizes overall quality of the service in order to release the positive impression in the hearts of its clients; all categories of unhappy customers are always treated with extreme care in time to prevent disappointing them. Furthermore, numerous promotions are decided to offer to allow the client remember and use the things created. It is all done to ensure ensuring client happiness is maximized. The goal of this study was to examine the extent to which the company's service quality and promotions had an impact on customer satisfaction. In this study, quantitative approaches were used to solve existing problems by conducting interviews and surveys utilizing data observation techniques. The number of respondents in this survey was 202, and the Slovin formula was used to calculate the results. Finally, the findings of simultaneously evaluating the service quality and promotion variables on customer satisfaction show that service quality and promotion have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Personal or human resources in a company is one of the supporting variables in achieving goals. The most essential thing a firm can do to its help to grow the potential of its employees is to first measure employee satisfaction. Productivity, quality and service will all increase if employees enjoy their work. In this research, the independent variables are communication, motivation, and competence that affect job satisfaction. Researchers took quantitative methods in its preparation. Researchers based their findings on data gathered from PT Sinar Unggul personnel, there were 112 questionnaires distributed to respondents to answer which will be collected using the SPSS version 25 software.The results of tests conducted through SPSS version 25 prove that communication does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of multiple regression tests have a value of 0.291. The T_count value is 2.083 >T_(table )1.982 and the significance value is 0.04< from 0.05. Motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Multiple regression test results have a value of -0.262. T_count value -1.019 <T_(table )1.982 and significance value 0.311 > of 0.05. It can be concluded that H2, which is motivation partially has no effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Multiple regression test results have a value of 0.142. The T_count value is 0.464 <T_(table )1.982 and the significance value is 0.644 > from 0.05. Communication, motivation and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The value of f_count is 1.915 <f_(table )3.08 and the significance value is 0.132 > of 0.05. It can be concluded that H1 which is communication partially has an effect on job satisfaction, H2 partially has no effect on motivation, H3 partially has no effect on job satisfaction.
