Abstract

Company value is the value of the company's management performance in reaping profits which includes supporting factors which will later be seen from the company's stock price. The purpose of this study was to determine whether profitability, liquidity and firm size affect firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this study are return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR) and firm size to price book value (PBV). The population in this study amounted to 193 companies engaged in manufacturing which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples selected by outlier test and also purposive sampling were 10 companies that were eligible to be tested using SPSS v. 25. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the T test show that Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity (CR) and Firm Size (Firm Size) have no effect on Firm Value. The results of the F test analysis show that the variables of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size together have a significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

In companies in the field of industry need to make efforts to process quality and safe productswhen used by consumers. Then the company needs to pay attention to marketing strategiesin the progress of a product in the future, to increase sales and generate profits for thecompany. If the image and quality of the product is marketed well, it will certainly increasebrand loyalty. Here are the factors that affect brand loyalty, namely brand image, brandquality, and brand trust. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Brand Image,Brand Quality, Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty on Philips Brand Products. The sample numberof 100 people and respondents were consumers of Philips light products in Batam city usingpurposive sampling techniques. The type of research used is a quantitative approach withmultiple linear regression analysis tools.The results of this study show that Brand Image,Brand Quality, and Brand Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty onPhilips Brand Products and proven truth. While partially Brand Image, Brand Quality, andBrand Trust have a significant effect on the Brand Loyalty of Philips Brand Products andproven to be true. In conclusion, partially and simultaneously it was proven that Brand Image,Brand Quality, and Brand Trust had an effect of 52.9%. The remaining 47.1% were affectedby other variables not studied in the study.Keywords : Brand Image, Brand Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic that is hitting the world, including Indonesia, has caused higher business competition, forcing every company’s management to prepare various strategies take practical steps to ensure the company's survival during times of crisis. One of the strategies used by the company is to manage human resources to support operational activities effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the effect of work stres, direct compensation, indirect compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Pionika Automobil in Batam partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this research were employees of PT. Pionika Automobil, totaling 150 people. The number of samples was calculated using the slovin technique which resulted in 109 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS version 22 program. The tests in this study were data quality test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, T test and F test. The results of this research shows that work stress and direct compensation have a partially insignificant effect on performance, whereas indirect compensation has a partially significant effect on performance. The results of the f test reveal that work stress, direct compensation, and indirect compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pionika Automobil.

Abstract

In business competition in the era of globalization, a company can have good Human Resources (HR) so that it can increase optimal output. Human resources are the most important part in the running of a company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work Experience, Achievement, and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously on Job Promotion at PT JP Technology. The population in this study were all employess of PT JP Technology with using a saturated sampling is entire populations as a sample who founds 112 people. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and statistical test. The results showed, among others: (1) Work Experience partially positive and significant effect on Job Promotion; (2) Partial work performance has a positive and significant effect on Job Promotion; (3) Work Discipline partially has positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) shows that work experience, work performance and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of solvency, firm size, audit opinion, on audit report lag in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last 5 years, 2016-2020. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last 5 years, 2016-2020. This study uses a technique in determining the sample, namely the perposive sampling technique. There are 28 companies as samples and 140 data to be processed. The data collection method was obtained by the documentation method from the information on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the data analysis method is descriptive statistical method, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the T test analysis prove that Solvency has a negative effect on Audit Report lag, Company Size has a negative effect on Audit Report Lag, audit Opinion has no effect on audit report lag. Simultaneously the effect of Solvency, Firm Size and Audit Opinion on the audit Report Lag has a significant value on the audit Report Lag.

Abstract

E-sport also known as competitive games, is a new sport with many enthusiasts especially among teenagers.The influence of technological and the internet advances on the general public is unavoidable.There are several factors that influence teenagers purchasing decision on e-Sport. This study aims to determine the factors that influence teenagers purchasing decisions on e-Sport.The method used in this research is quantitative research and online questionnaire distribution.The population and samples used in this study amounted 104 respondents and 100 samples.The questionnaire contains individual characteristics and 36 statements which are measured using likert scale.This study uses the spss program to process data. Based on the results of data processing in this study, the average number of motivation, skills, and behavior variables included in the scale between 3,41 < n ≤ 4,20 (agree category).This statement shows that each variable in this study has a significant effect on teenagers purchasing decision on e-sport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting information system on the use of raw materials in increasing the effectiveness of PT Gelflex Indonesia's internal inventory control whether it has been implemented properly or not. Accounting information systems are very useful for companies, not only in controlling the use of raw materials, accounting information systems will also facilitate the company's operational activities. Qualitative method is the method applied in this research by using interview and observation data collection techniques and literature review. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the accounting information system at PT Gelflex Indonesia has been running properly, it can be seen from the division of the organizational structure, but there are still errors made by the production department, in which the employee or leader incorrectly enters the number of inputs in the system, resulting in mismatch of the actual amount that is still available with the amount that has been inputted into the system. From the results of the research, the researchers suggest that further research needs to be carried out with supervision and training regarding the importance of implementing an accounting information system that is in accordance with applicable standards for employees in order to support the continuity of the company's production and business continuity in the future.

Abstract

Every company will always attempt to pursue the goals that they determine. The goals can be achieved if the company does not merely count on the superiority of technology, operating funds, available facilities, and infrastructure, bute they should also pay attention to numerous resource aspects that the company owns. This studies was aimed at testing and analyzed the Problems of Motivation and Communication on Employee Performance at PT Kristal Computerindo Perkasa. The technique utilized in this study encompassed a saturated sample or census comprising 104 respondents in total. The instrument utilized to measure the data encompassed 5 point likert scale.The analytical method utilized was multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 25. Grounded on the results, it was indicated that Motivation and Communication positively and significantly affect employee performance from t calculate > t table and its significant value accounted for <0.05; they simultaneously give positive and significant effects on employee performance.

Abstract

In generals, the term tax are no longer something foreign or rare heard by the people of Indonesia. In various mass media, let alone special media at the fields of economic, finances, and busines, we very often encounter or see or even read in the form of news, information or writing about taxes. The discrepancy in the number of registered and non-reporting taxpayers may be causing with much factoring. One of thems are in the use of e-filing and e-spt. This study aims for determining the effect of e-filing and e-SPT on individual taxpayers complianced at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. That researches designed using researches designed and quantitatives researches method. Data’s collections technique with distribute questionnaire to 100 individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. That resulting of these studies indicated that E-filing (X1) and E-spt (X2) partials and simultaneous has a significants effected on Taxpayer Compliance (Y). The results of the coefficient of determinations test show that E-filing (X1) and E-spt (X2) affect Taxpayer Compliance (Y) by 52,1 percents, and 47,9 percent is influencing by others variables that not examined in these studies.

Abstract

This study aims to further analyze the effect of net sales and operating expenses on operating profit, either partially or simultaneously in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, wholesale sub-sector.There is a discrepancy between theory and facts that occurs in the company's income statement, the fact is that net sales have increased but operating profit has decreased, and operating expenses have decreased but profits have decreased. Meanwhile, based on the theory, if the sales are higher, the profits will increase, and if the entity can reduce operating expenses, the entity will earn a larger profit.This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, with data collection techniques using secondary data taken from the company's financial statements from 2016 - 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, with a population of 41 companies and a sample of 10 companies. The results of this study indicate that partially the net sales variable (X1) has a significant effect on operating income (Y), and partially operating expenses (X2) has no significant effect on operating income (Y), simultaneously the variables of net sales and operating expenses significant effect on operating profit variable.
