Abstract

The election of local executive is a phenomena local event. Discourse about this phenomenon that direct election would bring good governance in local level. There is a proposition that derives from theoretical generalization of prosedural democracy and political recruitment need direct elections of local leader to bring the sovereignty back to the people; So it needs a recruitment process that reflect an active and optimal participation of the people, and to guarantee the contestations of candidates. Afterwards will emerge a leader that comform to the people?s preference. Participation of the people need to anticipate the growing of democratization not only to be a procedura. Democracy but a substantive Democracy.

Abstract

Copyright is the part of other rights, the regulation of which exists in law science called Intellectual Property Right. Copy right is the one of a creation?s author to his/her creation and copy. The author of a creation has full right to his/her creation and copy of his/her creation. This right included the one to make copy of his/her creation, of developing derivative product, and of transferring the right to others. Copyright prevails as soon as the creation is made. Copyright is unnecessary to be registered first. In fact in the field there are many breaches to this copyright so that a means is required to minimize this breach through the role of education, particularly Civic Education aiming to create a good citizen, the one Knowing (Cognitive), Willing (Affective) and Able to do (Psychomotor) everything becoming his/her right and obligation as a Citizen.

Abstract

Unlawful act can be interpreted narrowly and broadly. Unlawful act in the narrow sense (sometimes said to be formal legal violation) is defined as acts that only directly contrary to law (written) only. While in a broad sense, not only unlawful act defined as acts that are directly contrary to law (written), but includes actions that violate the rules are not written, which formed in the ground rules of decency, religious, and manners / ethics. Decency, good manners and ethics, which is one character can be developed and implanted in a person through character education. With someone has a character to prevent any improper action or actions against the law in this case of corruption. This requires the existence of the laws that govern and educational efforts in order to instill virtue, so that by virtue that they can think and act in accordance with moral norms and laws.

Abstract

This research was conducted as concerns against the traffic of Bandung is increasingly solid ESP. two-wheeled vehicle. It is caused by the increase of vehicles which are not accompanied by a good level of discipline. Two-wheel vehicle ownership from the socio-cultural community is a reflection of social status. The approach used in the study is qualitative method with Phenomenology. Engineering data collection done by observation or field observations, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, engineering data analysis done by stages in accordance with the phenomenological method. The findings of the research is two-wheel drive discipline internalization in Bandung can be realized by establishing: (a) the attitude of discipline as a development that comes from practice, mind control and the control of other persons, (b) the planting of a good understanding of the regulatory system for two-wheel drive disciplined behavior, (c) behavioural Attitude or behavior that reasonably indicate the seriousness of heart, to keep everything orderly and carefully.

Abstract

Learning innovation on Civic Education lecture around universities, especially Muhammadiyah universities, was so much needed in order that the applied learning and lecturing can practice the students? capability of critical and dialogical through the implementation of DDTC (Deep Dialogue and Critical Thinking) model so that it gave maximum contribution in accelerating process of democratic development. The result elemen-tary concept of study of teoritik of ability development critical thinking-dialogis student through the innovation and reorientation of study DDCT in lecturing PKN/CE which is in environment PTM. The learning model inno-vation is conducted that includes various special and general characters, such as: (a) Philosophical based constructivism and Para-digm changes in teaching, learning, and study. (b). The Judicial Base is: UUD?45, UU SPN, PP SNP, and Permen Mendiknas, SK Dirjen Dikti (c) The General Learning Characteristic; and (d) Specific Cha-racteristic of DDCT learning model.

Abstract

The implementation of the strengthening of character through the responsibilities of democratic parenting is implemented through: 1) Parenting democratic, 2) implementation of obligations, 3) Modeling, and 4) Planting of religion values. In practice there are several barriers experienced that came from the caregivers, and foster children such as: relationships influences from within and outside the orphanage, and the amount of caregivers is less than the amount of foster children. Although the implementation of the responsibility of strengthening character through democratic parenting  is less than the maximum but the responsibility is always shown in the form of foster children in everyday life, such as: 1) responsibility to God, for example by carrying out obligatory prayers, 2) responsibility self as body hygiene and 3) responsibility for the orphanage, for example, always keep the good name of the orphanage.

Abstract

Teachers can not leave the students during the learning takes place but must make the observation of students' learning activities and provide continuous reflection. Abstract

The aim of this writing the search for truth is the basis philosophy, philosophy of law and moral philosophy from the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia. The result is that the foundation of philosophy from the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia is protect all the Indonesian people and the entire homeland of Indonesia and to promote the general welfare clause 26 and the 1945 Constitution regarding the establishment of a citizen and resident. Philosophy of law from the foundation of citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia in a moral democracy led by wisdom of the policy / legal representative and primary / remembrance / of Law No 12 year 2006. Platform is the moral values of the Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain:  1) How the competence of civics teachers as implementation of psychomotor rating. 2) What are the inhibiting factors that experienced by civics teachers as implementation of psychomotor rating towards students at Junior High School 3 Kebakkramat Karanganyar.This method on this research is using a qualitative research approach. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data source obtained from informant, place, event and document. Sampling technique which used is purposive sampling. In this research, data collection techniques used to obtain and arrange data by interview, observation and document analysis. In the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) pedagogical competence of Civics teacher in implementing rating has been done, but it is not all explanation in each indicators done by civics teachers. In indicator implements rating, process evaluation, and study result, civics teachers have not done yet the administration of process rating and study result chronically by using various instrument. For the indicator of utilizing research result and evaluation to the interest of learning, civics teachers have done well. Also, the indicator doing reflective action of increasing quality of learning. Civics teachers have done it but civics teachers have not done yet research of class action that obtained by that reflective result to improve learning on civics subject. In addition, As for psychomotor rating showed by unsuitable RPP in the making of implementing in class. Teachers apply the psychomotor rating on RPP but it can?t be done yet in learning. Civics teachers in psychomotor rating using technique of rating for job, portfolio, and observation or self-judging; 2) The inhibiting factors that hampered by Civicsteachers on determining of Psychomotor Rating are: hampered by time, difficult to determine the indicator and evaluation aspects of learning materials, the number of students are big, using cognitivist teaching materials and conventional learning models.
