Abstract

The QC team provides innovation improvement ideas conducted by other departments until the output is produced perfectly using the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA), while the QC function in the context of sales and after-sales here is to control the service process of each dealer to comply with company standards. QC team must have a qualified knowledge and ability which described the ability including providing services, responsive, trustworthy and have empathy in running relationships in the team and consumers. One of the techniques that can be used today for Quality Control Sales and After Sales is the technology called Customer Relationship Management system (CRMs) which will facilitate qc work in terms of fulfilling the components of PDCA. Therefore, each QC team must have the appropriate level of education qualifications, technological operating skills and analytical power to be able to affect the productivity of the company.

Abstract

Pregnancy puts a mother in a condition that is prone to stress due to physical and psychological changes. Mothers with high stress levels are at risk of experiencing complications to the mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium.To analyze the effect of the class of pregnant women and the class of pregnant women plus psychoeducation on cortisol levels and stress levels of pregnant women using a systematic review method.This type of research is a systematic review with the method used is PRISMA. The literature studied ranged from 2015 to 2020. KIH can reduce stress levels and cortisol levels of pregnant women. The search results obtained 25 research articles.The results showed that KIH plus psychoeducation can reduce stress levels and cortisol levels and improve psychosocial well-being compared to standard KIH and antenatal care.

Abstract

Women with PCOS experience hormonal disorders and vitamin D deficiency. Levels of vitamin D have a negative correlation with hormonal factors of PCOS.Analyze the effect of vitamin D on hormonal factors in PCOS.Search for articles through the Science Direct, PubMed, and Pro Quest databases. Inclusion criteria were publication with a randomized controlled trial design, women with PCOS, vitamin D intervention. The results measured were levels of LH, LH / FSH, TT, FT, SHBG, and DHEAS.12 studies were analyzed. Vitamin D significantly affected LH levels (WMD, ̶ 2.16; 95% CI, ̶ 3.87 to ̶ 0.45, P = 0.01), and LH / FSH ratio (WMD, ̶ 0.28; 95% CI, ̶ 0.38 to ̶ 0.19, P <0.00001) but did not significantly affect the levels of TT, FT, SHBG, and DHEAS.Vitamin D affects the levels of LH and LH / FSH ratio in PCOS.

Abstract

Indonesian government implemented large scale social distancing with the limitation of major public activities, except vital sectors, to control the transmission of Covid-19 since its first case on March 2020. The new normal period forced people to be ready for taking individual measures to protect themselves from the virus transmission, such as washing hands, wearing mask, avoid crowds, or even taking nutrient supplement to improve their immune system. This study aims to investigate the role of media and Covid-19 risk perception on driving the supplement intake. An online survey based on social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) was completed by 715 participants on June 2020. The results showed that the supplement intake was differed by age, educational background, occupation, nutritional status, Covid-19 risk perception, television, and social media news (p-value < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplement intake is driven by risk perception on Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the sales force competency development model (Sales) in the digital age. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative method by conducting interviews with 2 subjects who are salespeople in a department store. Based on the results of research that has been done show that the sales force competency development model (sales) in the digital era has implemented the Generic Competency Model for Salespeople from Spencer & Spencer. This competency model consists of twelve generic competencies. The suggestion from researchers is that as a salesperson who is the spearhead of the company, a salesperson is expected to be able to continue to improve their competencies, this can be done by transferring knowledge through training, or learning through other media that can support their competencies in doing so. product selling and increasing their performance.

Abstract

The habit of CHLB in school-age children can be influenced by various factors, including knowledge, attitudes, parental education level and the availability of infrastructure that supports students' CHLB. This study aims to determine the factors associated with CHLB in elementary school students. The study was conducted in February-August 2019 in all northern elementary schools in Kramatwatu District with a sample of 170 grade 5 elementary school students who were taken by purposive sampling. This study used a cross-sectional design with bivariate analysis. This study shows that as many as 45.3% of respondents have a bad CHLB, the level of education is in the high category (SMA), have a good level of knowledge (80%), a positive attitude (51.8%), good infrastructure (70%) and there is a relationship between the availability of infrastructure and CHLB . The availability of infrastructure encourages changes in CHLB in elementary school students.

Abstract

Secretaries play a particular role in supporting the company leaders to carry out their tasks.. Therefore, it is important for secretaries to continuously conduct competency development, considering that in Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 technology advancement are very likely to replace humans’ works. The writer has conducted research of competency on the Secretaries of the Board of Directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). This purpose of this research is to understand the proper competency development for the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This research was carried out using qualitative descriptive method by utilizing secondary or existing data. This research concluded that the competency of the Secretaries of the Board of Directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) has met the demands of Industrial Revolutio Era 4.0, although some training programs are still required.

Abstract

Oral presentation preparation material as one of the materials to hone speaking skills is very important to be mastered by students. The objectives of this study were: 1) To describe the effective communication preparations for the oral presentation preparation material for the Nursing Undergraduate students of STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. 2) Describe the results of the implementation of effective communication of the oral presentation preparation material for the Nursing Undergraduate students of STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the number of data sources as many as 40 undergraduate nursing students. The data collection technique used by the researcher was the assignment sheet. The results of this study indicate that all students are able to make effective communication preparations with interesting and actual topics, and are able to apply effective communication stages well

Abstract

Malnutrition is a condition in which the body does not get enough nutrition to maintain health. There were 59 cases of malnutrition in Padang City in 2019. By finding cases early, the handling of children under five will be done more quickly. The health cadres have an important role in relation to early detection of malnutrition. To determine how much the cadres knowledge increased after being given cadre training. This type of research is analytic research design with Quasy experiment pre-test and post-test. The sample in this study was 20 cadres who were taken by using of the sampling technique cluster random sampling. the data obtained that there is no significant difference in cadres knowledge about PHBS with p value 0.317, and there is a significant difference in cadres knowledge about malnutrition with p value 0.001 and post nutrition with p value 0.008.

Abstract

Covid-19 cases in Indonesia are still increasing. Covid-19, both symptomatic and asymptomatic, needs special handling so that the healing process runs with procedures. This case report discusses a patient who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 at the hospital after undergoing 14 days of self-isolation at home. The patient was admitted because the CT value did not change from the first day to the 14th day and after taking the X-ray the results showed pneumonia. The patient was asymptomatic but had high blood pressure at the time of examination at the hospital. This case report discusses nursing care in this patient.
