Abstract

This study investigates the importance of time management practices in enhancing individual and team productivity in workplace settings. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, a survey was administered to a diverse sample of employees across various industries to assess the impact of structured time management strategies specifically goal setting, planning, perceived time control, and time allocation on productivity outcomes. The results revealed significant positive correlations between effective time management practices and key productivity indicators, including task completion rates and adherence to deadlines. Analysis using Cronbach's alpha confirmed the reliability of the measurement instruments, with all sections achieving values above the threshold of 0.7. Furthermore, construct validity was ensured through the application of the validated Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) and alignment with recognized productivity metrics. This research contributes to the existing literature by empirically demonstrating the quantifiable effects of time management on productivity and addressing gaps in understanding the relationship between these variables. The findings underscore the necessity for organizations to implement structured time management interventions to enhance performance and efficiency, offering practical implications for workforce development. Future research should explore the long-term impacts of these practices and their applicability across different cultural contexts, as well as the potential moderating factors influencing the time management-productivity relationship.

With an insight from various programs such as healthcare reforms, entrepreneurship support, infrastructure projects and social safety nets among others, the study determines the various aspects that influence the success of a program. The outcomes show that the four health care reforms and the six-entrepreneurship support are the optimum and efficient programmed displaying mean utility score of 4. 25 and 4. 15, respectively. On the other hand, the infrastructure projects and the social safety nets have comparatively lower effectiveness scores which indicate potential areas of improvement. Based on the cost analysis done, it is clear that the ministry can get the highest economic return by supporting entrepreneurship support prompting the need to support it. The study also shows that there have been great strides in the use of programmed evaluation through integration of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and big data analytics. These technologies increase the effectiveness, efficiency and credibility of assessing the impact of program. Besides, the research supports that programs are well-aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the context of healthcare reforms and entrepreneurship. The research presented here covers for similar research works by giving a comprehensive quantitative comparison of different types of programs so as to inform improvement on program deployment among the policymakers. The results help to gain more insights into program performance and generate practical suggestions that can help in obtaining and expanding the successful societal impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of trade wars on global supply chains and economic growth, focusing on the economic and business disruptions caused by escalating tariffs and protectionist policies. Using quantitative data from official sources such as the World Bank, IMF, and WTO, the study examines key metrics including trade volumes, GDP growth, tariff rates, and supply chain performance between 2016 and 2020. Methods such as descriptive statistics, difference-in-differences analysis, regression analysis, time series analysis, were employed to assess the impacts of the trade wars, particularly between major economies such as the United States and China. The results show a significant decline in trade volumes and GDP growth during the peak years of the trade wars, with both countries experiencing severe supply chain disruptions, evidenced by increased lead times and rising production costs. The findings underscore the negative economic consequences of protectionist measures, which extend beyond the countries directly involved, affecting global trade relations and supply chain resilience. The study concludes by highlighting the need for policymakers and businesses to address trade tensions through international cooperation, enhanced supply chain strategies, and sustainable economic development policies.

Abstract

This research aims to first assess FinTech’s effect on the worldwide banking industry, specifically in terms of adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, of key applications. In this context, a quantitative, cross-sectional survey was completed with 478 respondents, comprising banking professional and FinTech users from North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The study measured the impact of digital payments, online lending, blockchain solutions and robot advisors on customer conversion rates and quantum fund. The study shows that FinTech applications have a positive impact on banking productivity and customer satisfaction levels, especially in the developed countries because of sound legal environment and technologies. Thus, for Africa and Latin America, which have a relatively low level of FinTech development, the following problems are relevant: accessibility and security. These challenges can be effectively captured by t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression, the study suggests the requirement for a regional approach to improving the function of FinTech in global banking. Consequently, this study adds more comprehensive and comparative view to the existing literature on the impact of FinTech on the global banking systems and underscores the need for regulatory changes in promoting sustainable FinTech growth. In conclusion, this research makes important contribution to the literature regarding the role of FinTech for improving the inclusiveness and effectiveness of the global financial ecosystem.

Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of a number of policies that exist in the labor market and seek to answer the following question: How successful are those policies to train the unemployed people, subsidize their wages, and briefly match them to jobs? In the context of the current study, a survey was carried out on 500 unemployed individuals following the use of a quantitative research design to determine their employment status before and after participation in the intervention program. Data collection included a structured employment outcome and demographic questionnaire alongside the secondary data from records of the official tertiary programmes for cross-checking. Data analyses, comprising of descriptive and ANOVA, established that employment result varied with the type of intervention, with skills training showing the most favourable results. In addition, the results show that successful labor market measures to promote employability depend on the design, which needs to be adjusted according to the target population. The current study enriches the existing literature by presenting findings on the effectiveness of the interventions and filling the gaps of the variability of the demographic characteristics of the subjects. Accordingly, future research for long term effect of such intervention is needed, and also ways it can be made more effective for diverse population groups.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of social media presence on the consumer’s buying behavior and their allegiance to the brands which are represented on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Because social media is now becoming one of the most important marketing platforms, it is important to understand how it impacts a consumer’s decision. Survey research method was used and cross-sectional quantitative approach was used whereby data was collected from 500 actively using social media users aged 18-45 years. The interaction between SM interaction, buying behavior, and brand patronage was determined using descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation, Multiple regression and ANOVA. To recap the findings, the study shows that the overall interaction with social media through multiplied advertisements, endorsement by influentials, and active use of brand content is very much positively linked to consumers’ expenditure and brands’ steadiness. Furthermore, the investigation proved that the sharing platforms like Instagram and TikTok, which provide more of the picture and video content, have a stronger impact on the client’s impulsive buying and short-term behavior compared to the traditional media. Further, brand communities and customized customer engagements through the social media platforms played central roles in creating lasting customer relationship and customer loyalty. This research indeed tries to fill the foregoing lacuna in the literature by providing the empirical investigation into the correlation between social media consumption and consumers thus underlining the relevancy of the interactive communication and digital marketing for maintaining customer continuity and loyalty. These insights are useful for any organizational entity who would like to implemented social media as a marketing tool for promotional campaigns as well as customer retention.
