Abstract

: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze research related to the Human Development Index (IPM) and open unemployment to poverty in Indonesia in 2012-2022 for 10 years. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the HDI research (X1) having a significant effect on Poverty (Y) in Indonesia in 2012-2022. The Open Unemployment Rate (X2) has a significant effect on poverty (Y) in Indonesia in 2012-2022. Simultaneously the independent variables, namely HDI (X1) and the Open Unemployment Rate (X2) have a significant effect on poverty (Y) in Indonesia in 2012-2022.

Abstract

This study investigates the view of Islamic law and law number 28 of 2014 concering regulations for using other people’s pictures to be used as promotional media and how it should be so that other people’s portraits can be used as promotional media. This research is a litertature reveiw, it shows that it violates several things in islamic business ethics, the commercial use of the people’s portraits violates things such as dishonesty, lack of transparency because they have used other people’s portraits without permission. Indonesia has regulations in the form of law to prohibit this, namely law number 28 of 2014 in the first point violates article 9 number 3 which. If concluded as follows “any person without permission of the creator is not allowed to use the creation for profit”, article 12 everyone is prohibited from using other people’s portraits for commercial use without permission from the person being photographed or their heirs. Based on some of the previous things, the outhors draw the conclusion that there is harmonization between law in Indonesia and the Islamic economy, namely providing protection for one’s rights.

Abstract

The consumer trend to use environmentally friendly products is increasing. This movement is known as “green consumerism or green awareness”. Sasirangan cloth is one of the products that is expected to support green awareness. Entrepreneurs have many challenges to realize the green concept as a whole in their business. Banjarmasin is known as the City of a Thousand because the river has become the lifeblood of the Banjar people. So it is important that the quality of the river is also a concern. Through this paper, it can be seen the implementation of green marketing that can be carried out by MSME players by outlining the initiatives of Islamic marketing approaches. This study uses qualitative research methods by understanding the phenomenon of green awareness and analyzing the overall actions of MSME actors in making Sasirangan cloth. In the processing of Sasirangan Fabric there is a process that produces waste. There are still many Sasirangan cloth MSME actors who dispose of the liquid waste directly into the river without filtering which can cause pollution and decrease in water quality. This is against the concept of Islamic marketing. To start green marketing, Sasirangan Fabric MSME actors can adopt an environmentally friendly Islamic marketing concept. The management of liquid waste from the processing of Sasirangan cloth can be part of the production cost. Another alternative, what can be done by SMEs Sasirangan Fabric in implementing green marketing, namely in the production process using natural dyes that are more friendly to the environment.

Abstract

This journal examines the customary practices of the Banjar community in conducting "sighat akad" (contractual declaration) during transactions, which involve not only using the phrase "sell" or stating the price of the item as "I sell this shirt for fifty thousand,"but also adding the phrase "sell as is". The purpose of this research is to understand the perspective of the Shafi'i school of thought regarding the legal status of the contract of sale using the phrase "sell as is" in the Banjar community's practices. The research methodology employed in this study is field research with descriptive analysis, where data is collected through interviews and literary sources regarding the contractual agreements of buying and selling, which are then compared with the theories from the Shafi'i perspective. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that according to the Shafi'i school of thought, the contract of sale using the phrase "sell as is" is permissible due to the mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer. This perspective aligns with the main objectives of a contract, which include the presence of mutual agreement, clarity of the object and terms, rightful ownership, and immediate payment and delivery.

Abstract

This paper departs from the author's academic anxiety regarding the diversity of buying and selling practices with the addition of conditions carried out by some people. The emergence of conditional buying and selling practices is based on debts, but to be able to avoid practices that are prohibited in Islam, that's why legal tactics are carried out. There are two conditional practices that the author presents, the first is conditional buying and selling practices in this case the seller has the right to be able to repurchase the goods from the buyer based on a mutually agreed upon time. The two practices are conditional buying and selling with the strategy of reselling at a cash price but below the buying and selling price carried out with a credit system. This type of research is empirical normative research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results in this study when viewed from the pillars of the sale and purchase contract, it can be said that they have been fulfilled. In the first case, this practice, in pure writer's opinion, was carried out on the basis of mutual assistance so that it gave birth to benefits for the parties, as reflected in the parties who made the transaction, no one was harmed. However, in the case of the second buying and selling practice it does not reflect any benefit, because the strategy in this practice is very clear that it is taking advantage of other people's circumstances to gain profit.

Abstract

This study aims on the presence of SiMBA at BAZNAS South Hulu Sungai Regency, and the implementation of SiMBA in zakat management can make zakat management more effective, efficient, and improve the benefits of zakat to realize community welfare and poverty alleviation. The aim is to determine the implementation of SiMBA in optimizing zakat management at BAZNAS South Hulu Sungai Regency. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of SiMBA at BAZNAS South Hulu Sungai Regency has been able to optimize zakat management from the stages of collection, distribution, operations, and reporting, showing significant improvements due to supporting factors such as adequate internet network, data transmission capability, and supporting applications such as muzakki corner. it is also possible that there are inhibiting factors in SiMBA management, such as skilled human resources, internet network disruptions, and incomplete data provided by muzakki or mustahik, which prevents data input into the SiMBA application.

Abstract

Human beings are social beings who fulfil needs of life and need others, and also need technology to support them. Technology in this era demands an understanding of it, so, it can be used in every sector in life. This article discusses technology in the financial and banking sectors that is very beneficial and helps in the traffic of payments, that is, digitalization, which is an application based on digital. Banking financial digitalization is the application of a digital system on payment traffic services. The digitalization of the economy in general has a huge potential and allows to reach Indonesia to go digital. The result of this writing is that the positive thing of financial digitization is economic traffic that is increasingly fast and even, making Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) more expanding, can empower human resources. This can be seen from the disabled Gojek/grab partner, which is practical and very easy. Manufacturers efficiently reduce transaction costs and make the cost of printing cartel money low. In addition, the existence of digitalization, it is making some parties lose jobs by replacing them with machines, creating new jobs and making communities with low ICT skills in trouble, becoming less competitive in business, generating new types of crime like cyber-crime, it causes the closure of bank offices, creating monetary policy implications, the risks of the IT security used, a shift in public savings, and reducing the currency component in base money

Abstract

Muslim traders should have high interest in Islamic banking. However, the authors found gaps in the results of previous studies in various regions of Indonesia. Some traders are interested, but some are not interested in Islamic banks. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the interest of Muslim traders in the traditional markets of Kotabaru district, South Kalimantan province, towards Islamic banks. This research is field research with quantitative methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire developed from the AIDA approach (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). This study involved 100 traders as respondents. The results of this study show that the interest of Muslim traders in Kotabaru traditional markets is in the moderate category, so a more proactive approach and promotion from Islamic banks is needed.

Abstract

This research is undermined by the low literacy of economics, which is a problem for every individual, like buying without considering the needs of consumers. By increasing economic literacy in every individual in particular, students can improve towards increasingly rational economic literacy. As well as aiming to raise awareness about managing finance and realizing rational decision-making for economic well-being. This research used descriptive qualitative.The subjects of this research were students of the Sharia Economic Studies Program at STAI Darul Ulum Kandangan with different backgrounds and professions of parents. The results of the research showed that the literacy of economics students is capable. As for the order of the level of ability, that are private academic, honorary teacher, farm worker, unemployed, retired, private officer, or farmer. In this study, there are nine indicators of economic literacy that appear in students of Shariah Economics at STAI Darul Ulum Kandangan, namely, economic problems, markets and prices, supply and demand, the role of government, income distribution, comparative advantage, national income, inflation, as well as monetary and fiscal policy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how professional zakah is distributed in the UINSA Zakah Management Unit (UPZ) program as an effort to empower the economics of UINSA students. This research uses a qualitative approach method using descriptive analysis by directing researchers to the conditions to be studied and reviewing related literature. The data used in this research were obtained through observation and interviews and the data were analyzed using the triangulation method. The research results show the mechanism for distributing professional zakah in the UINSA Zakah Management Unit (UPZ) program as an effort to empower the economics of UINSA students and also explains data on zakah that has been distributed over the last 3 years. There are also obstacles found in the distribution of professional zakah funds. Such as the lack of interest of lecturers to participate in providing professional zakah funds to UPZ UINSA, mechanisms that must involve contributions from several parties, to the lack of precise distribution of funds according to the schedule set by UPZ UINSA, and obstacles in equalizing the amount of funds given to students. To deal with these obstacles, several solutions have been put forward, such as attracting the interest of lecturers or employees at UPZ UINSA, an understanding approach is needed for them which must be carried out by UPZ UINSA, providing appropriate learning or direction to students who wish to register for UKT assistance so that they do not Several errors have caused problems in the performance of UPZ UINSA, and more explanation or understanding is needed for professors who have channeled their professional funds to UPZ UINSA for changes in student targets and more appropriate amounts of aid funds so that they feel more useful.
