Abstract

This research was carried out based on the phenomenon in MTS SA Darul Istiqomah, which shows that there is aggressive behavior among students. Aggressive behavior is a form of behavior characterized by an attack to intentionally injure or bring down another person. Aggressive behavior can arise in students because of several things, one of which is parenting given by parents to children. Formulation of the problem is how the influence of parenting parents with sub-variables authoritarian parenting, democratic, permissive to aggressive behavior in students. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence authoritarian, democratic, permissive parenting had on students' aggressive behavior. The samples used in this study were class IX students in Darul Istiqomah SA MTS as many as 25 students. The variables studied in this study are the parent parenting variable and students' aggressive behavior. Data collection is done by using questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this multiple regression analysis are Y = 21,836 + 1,073 X1+ 0,393 X2 + 0,963 X3. The results of the analysis show that there are simultaneous contributions of 62.7%. This shows that there is a positive influence between authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting toward partial aggressive behavior. While the sub parenting style that has the greatest influence on the emergence of aggressive behavior is authoritarian parenting.

Abstract

Masyarakat yang hidup di daerah zona rawan banjir memiliki kesiapsiagaan tersendiri yang berbeda-beda tiap wilayah. Biasanya hal itu dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran masyarakat terhadap risiko dan pengalaman akan bencana banjir (Sutton dan Tierney,2006). Mengingat pada tahun 2007, Bojonegoro pernah dilanda bencana banjir besar yang setidaknya menenggelamkan 80% wilayah Kabupaten Bojonegoro (AntaraNews, 2007). Sehingga sasaran yang ingin dituju adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi berbagai fase bencana banjir dan analisis keruangan berbasis GIS. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis keruangan berbasis GIS. Studi ini difokuskan pada kesiapsiagaan yang ada di enam kecamatan terdampak banjir di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Indikator-indikator yang akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapsiagaan adalah yang umumnya digunakan di beberapa kajian terdahulu yaitu (1) pengetahuan dan sikap, (2) rencana tanggap darurat, (3) sistem peringatan dini, (4) mobilisasi sumber daya, dan (5) modal sosial (Sutton dan Tierney,2006). Dari hasil Pemetaan Tingkat Kesiapsiagaan Masyarakat terhadap berbagai fase bencana Banjir di Kabupaten Bojonegoro maka dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata Tingkat kesiapsiagaan berada pada level sedang-tinggi, hal ini dibuktikan oleh perolehan analisis kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara yakni rata-rata berada pada angka 3-4. Sehingga penelitian ini penting dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap berbagai fase bencana banjir di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Abstract

The Samin community which has various traditions and cultures can be categorized as one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia. The Samin community is a group of people who follow the Samin Surosentiko teachings that emerged during the Dutch colonial period. As one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia, the Samin community has cultural values that are different from other communities. For more than 100 years the Samin people have experienced changes in the social and cultural institutions that they have been following. Samin community life is influenced by the geographical conditions of the area where they live. So what they do must have something to do with the nature where they live. This research was conducted at the Samin community in Japanese Village, Margomulyo Sub-district, Bojonegoro District, using descriptive qualitative research. the analysis process will be carried out using an interactive analysis model (Miles and Huberman in Sutopo, 2002). In this analysis model, the three components of the analysis are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. So the results obtained in this study are to know the ability of the Samin community to interact with the environment and nature that deserves to be appreciated. The Samin community in its development has gone through various kinds of pressures, especially external pressures. Limited geographical conditions and also distant areas make the Samin community try hard and optimistic to survive.

Abstract

In line with human resource development as a national development priority, teacher performance appraisal is increasingly strategic in preparing quality human resources for the global era. The problems that occur in the process of evaluating teacher performance appraisal of quality standards for teachers in schools, especially at SMP Ar Roudloh Jegulo, are still subjective. To reduce the nature of the subjectivity, it is necessary to design a teacher performance appraisal system using the SAW method as a basis for decision making. The SAW method is a multi-criteria decision-making method. The number of criteria is what makes it difficult for management to give weight to each criterion. Therefore, a decision support system is needed, which is looking for the best alternative with the SAW calculation process to determine teacher performance recommendations. In teacher performance appraisal with the objectives achieved in this study, namely the creation of adequate teacher performance and can assist schools in making relevant decisions for teacher performance appraisal using the SAW method with the hope of improving the performance and achievement of other teachers. The data collection method used is literature study and interview. The system development method used in this system is the SAW method. With this system it is intended to simplify and accelerate in determining employee performance appraisal at SMP Ar Roudlo Jegulo and it is expected that according to user needs.

Abstract

Desa pungpungan merupakan desa yang memiliki berbagai macam tanaman buah, salah satunya adalah buah pepaya. Buah pepaya yang ditanam oleh masyarakat desa pungpungan berada disekitar samping kanan kiri rumah dan ada juga diperkebunan khusus pepaya yang berada di pinggiran sawah. Keripik pepaya merupakan makanan ringan atau camilan yang mudah dibawa kemana-mana dan memilik kandungan zat yang mampu melancarkan pencernaan. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masayrakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberpa metode atau langkah, yaitu dengan melakukan pemberian atau penyuluhan tentang manfaat dan berbagai macam bahan olehan buah pepaya, kedua, melaukan demosntrasi dan pelatihan pembuatan keripik pepaya, ketiga, pelatihan pengemasan bungkus keripik pepaya dan keempat evaluasi. Dalam pengabdian masayrakat ini para peserta menerima dan antusias dalam mengikuti pendampingan pengolan keripik pepaya. Selain itu juga, masyarakta memiliki motivasi untuk memiliki home industri keripik pepaya dan mampu mendesaian dalam pengemasan penjualan keripik pepaya.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, kami menyajikan hasil observasi level Kemampuan Berpikir Komputasional (Computational Thinking Skills /CT) di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada siswa tingkat SMP/MTS. Hasil observasi level CT ini berdasarkan hasil Bebras Challenge tahun 2021 yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Bebras Challenge adalah kegiatan tahunan yang diadakan oleh Bebras Internasional yang bertujuan mempromosikan cara berpikir Komputasional (CT) di level guru dan murid mulai tingkat sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah serta masyarakat luas. Tingkat Kemampuan CT Siswa SMP/MTS di Provinsi Jawa Timur diperoleh dari data hasil Bebras Challenge Tahun 2021 tingkat penggalang (SMP/MTS) setelah dilakukan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis keruangan berbasis GIS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat CT dari hasil Bebras Challenge tahun 2021 didapatkan bahwa tingkat CT siswa SMP/MTS di Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki level yang hampir sama dengan tingkat CT siswa di Indonesia. Siswa yang berada di area atau kabupaten sekitar kota besar memiliki tingkat CT yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kabupaten lain.

Abstract

Desa Sambongrejo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Di desa tersebut terdapat pabrik tahu yang dikelola secara tradisional. Tahu tersebut dijual secara langsung kepada para penjual lain ataupun konsumen lansung. Tahu yang diolah lebih lanjut tentunya memiliki nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi dan dapat meningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pemberian pelatihan produksi makanan berbahan baku tahu dan lomba memasak berbahan baku tahu. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK dan kelompok pemuda-pemudi karang taruna Desa Sambongrejo. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, perlombaan dan pelaporan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan beberapa produk makanan berbahan dasar tahu di antaranyaadalah keripik tahu, lontong tahu, lumpia tahu dan rolade tahu.

Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic, universities in Bojonegoro Regency, especially Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri University, are conducting online lectures. In the implementation of learning, it is different from conventional lectures so that the use of learning models determines the effectiveness of online lectures during the COVID-19 period. This study examines the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students' learning models through approaches to the use of learning media in online lectures, learning communication models, learning styles, and the effectiveness of online lectures. This research is specifically for Informatics Engineering students whose learning is not only limited to delivering material but needs to be carried out in practicum both in the laboratory and in the field. Along with the online learning process, some material that should have been carried out by research had to not be carried out. Given these obstacles, student perceptions regarding the effectiveness of online lectures that lead to learning models with learning media approaches, communication models, learning styles among Informatics Engineering students in Bojonegoro Regency determine the success of this learning process. With this, researchers examine the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students towards online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to determine student perceptions of online learning. This research uses Descriptive Analysis, namely to examine the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students regarding online learning models during the COVID-19 pandemic. Which online learning model can be known through several approaches, such as online learning media, learning communication models, learning styles and the effectiveness of online learning. Data obtained from observations in the form of giving online questionnaires. The samples involved were Informatics Engineering students at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sunan Giri Bojonegoro as respondents in this study. The output targeted in this study is Sinta 4 indexed National Journal Publications with research TKT 3.

Abstract

Desa Bayemgede terletak di ujung kabupaten kecamatan kepohbaru. Keberadaan lokasi tersebut, menjadikan desa Bayemgede lebih beragam dan memiliki potensi dalam berbagai bidang yakni segi pendidikan, ekonomi, keagamaan, dan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, keagamaan, dan kesehatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan observasi, analisis, dan mapping data. Hasil penelitian potensi dari bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, keagamaan, dan kesehatan mengalami peningkatan yang dibuktikan dengan etika perilaku masyarakat, menciptakan produk kripik tempe Bayemgede untuk UMKM, lebih relegius, dan lebih sadar akan hidup sehat. Kesimpulan dengan adanya KKN Unugiri Di Desa Bayemgede mengalami peningkatan dalam kehidupan masyarakat di berbagai bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, agama, dan kesehatan.

Abstract

The toughest challenge of education in higher education today, especially in Indonesia, is not only focusing on conventional issues of equity and fulfilment of access, infrastructure and financing of education, but also the quality of graduates who must have intellectual expertise in their fields as well as high morality and love for the country. Seeing these conditions, the availability of human resources with character and love for the country is a very important need. This is done to prepare for the global challenges and competitiveness of the nation and state today and in the future, Higher Education must be able to prepare a generation that has competence and good character (good character) and is useful for the nation and state, thus the strategy of strengthening character education and foreign affairs in learning by using the Project Based Learning learning model requires an integrated plan. The implementation of character education and Belanegara along with monitoring and evaluation must also be prepared as optimally as possible. the concept of character education and Belanegara programmatically with a good strategy such as moral knowing, moral modelling, moral feeling ang loving, moral acting, punishment, habituation. Should be applied in every university until students have an inseparable unity of good character (knowing, feeling, and acting) in everyday life.
