This research compares the presidential election systems between Indonesia and Türkiye with a focus on differences in electoral systems and election processes. Indonesia applies a direct election system where the people elect the president, while Turkey uses a system where the president is elected by parliament. The research results show that voter participation tends to be higher in Indonesia, while Turkey has a presidential election process through parliament. In addition, Indonesia has more open and accountable practices in the presidential election process compared to Türkiye. The role of electoral institutions such as the KPU in Indonesia and YSK in Türkiye also shows differences in authority and independence. A deep understanding of these differences provides valuable insight into the development of political systems and presidential elections in both countries.

The purpose of this study is to explain how Indonesia and Malaysia, two countries that have certified halal products, do so.The Organizational Authority for Halal Assurance (BPJPH) oversees halal certification in Indonesia. LPPOM MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) handled this task in the past, marking the beginning of a public movement with state support. Its main objective is to protect Muslims from illegal goods. In contrast, JAKIM (Malaysia Islamic Progress Quarter) takes care of it in Malaysia. While both aim to provide Muslims in both countries with access to safe and secure halal, there are significant differences in how these two agencies in two different countries implement halal certification. in food consumption and the smallest amount possible. This study utilizes a library research methodology, using various sources to help clarify the issues at hand. The findings of this study show how the halal certification process in Malaysia and Indonesia is comparable as non-governmental organizations first handled certification before governmental organizations took control. Laboratory testing is one area where the two countries differ; in Indonesia, it is conducted by LPPOM MUI, whereas independent laboratories with accreditation conduct the testing in Malaysia.

The company's information system currently still utilizes Microsoft Excel in processing inventory quantities. For example, in the process of inputting data on incoming goods, when large quantities of goods come in, a painstaking admin is needed to input the incoming goods. If there is no admin who is diligent in inputting, it is very possible that typos will occur which will result in redundancy or loss of data when inputting incoming goods. Redundancy or loss of data caused by the admin's lack of diligence can result in differences in the amount of inventory in the system and physically. When using applications currently, data cannot be stored centrally in a database, so the risk of data loss caused by admins may occur. Data loss in question is when the admin intentionally or unintentionally deletes data or overwrites data which can result in differences in the amount of inventory. Missing one cell in Microsoft Excel can result in data regarding inventory quantities being incorrect/incorrect.

International humanitarian law stipulates that parties to conflict must not use weapons and methods that violate this law during war. The prolonged conflict between Israel and the Palestinians has led to various violations of international humanitarian law. These violations include excessive use of military force against civilians, attacks on civilian infrastructure and sieges that cause disproportionate human suffering. The study aims to examine violations of international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians in armed conflict. The research method used was a literature review, with the main source of peer-reviewed journals in the last 10 years. These findings indicate that Israel has violated the principles of international humanitarian law in its attack on Palestine, the principle of separation between military and civilian targets. The attacks on civilians, hospitals, and other civilian facilities indicate violations of humanitarian law. In addition, the study also highlights the role of international organizations and non-governmental agencies in defending civil rights and documenting violations. The study emphasizes the importance of the protection of civilians and the enforcement of humanitarian law in situations of armed conflict. By examining the various case studies and reports available, the study aims to provide policy recommendations to improve compliance with international humanitarian law and strengthen protection mechanisms for civilians in conflict areas. This research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the legal implications of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and offer practical solutions to alleviate human suffering in the future.
