Abstract

Pancasila as the ideology of the nation embodies positive values for the life of the beloved Indonesian people, values that align with the law, the 1945 Constitution, and 'Bhineka Tunggal Ika' (Unity in Diversity). In the governance of national life based on Pancasila as an ideology, it emphasizes togetherness and unity in the societal values, combating ideologies that contradict Pancasila. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize Pancasila values as a means of preserving these values. The current rise of radicalism needs vigilance against its influence, especially among the younger generation including those in Islamic boarding schools ('pesantren'), an obligation to instill the entirety of Pancasila values, especially among the youth. In national and state life, togetherness and unity as stated in Pancasila values are absolute principles that must be adhered to by the younger generation as well as responsible citizens across all segments of society. Misguided ideologies such as radicalism should be combated, similar to practices in other countries, whether under Continental European legal systems or other legal frameworks, which always prioritize their positive legal principles in adopting a nation's ideology

Abstract

This article highlights the importance of using information technology to achieve good governance in Batam City government. Transparency, accountability, public participation, and efficiency in government are all components of good governance. The use of information technology can encourage transparency by making government data and information more easily accessible. In addition, information technology increases accountability by providing an electronic reporting system that is accurate and timely. Digital systems that enable online public participation increase public participation. Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook are examples of online social media that are currently very easy to access. Mass media, such as advertisements, banners, billboards and pamphlets, are another type of information delivery medium. The method used in this scientific article is data analysis. The material provided in this topic is communicated through a descriptive approach by directing or indirectly using various intermediary media. Online intermediaries are really needed by the government to reach all communities now and for future prospects. Online intermediary media is the most perfect media to reach all levels of society. By using technology to automate administrative tasks, information technology increases efficiency. The use of information technology in the Batam City government is a strategic step towards creating a more open, accountable, responsive and efficient government which is expected to benefit all the people of Batam City

Abstract

Garbage or household waste is a type of waste that originates from daily activities in the household such as plastic packaging, food waste, used bottles and cans, and other unused items, excluding feces and specific waste. If household waste cannot be managed properly it can have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. The impact of household waste also affects water quality pollution so that it will also affect health. Discarded organic waste can rot and produce methane gas which contributes to climate change. The regulation governing the environment, especially the management of household waste or waste, are regulated in PP No. 81 of 2012 concerning the Management of Household Waste and Similar Types of Household Waste. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method in which the author attempt to describe and analyze the impact of waste or household waste on environmental pollution

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction of CUJK Batuaji using the Fuzzy Logic approach, focusing on four main variables: service quality, product quality, price quality, and atmosphere quality. The Fuzzy Logic approach was chosen because of its flexibility in handling uncertain and ambiguous data, as well as its ability to provide a more accurate picture of customer satisfaction levels. Data is collected through surveys filled out by customers, with each variable assessed on a scale of 1 to 5. The assessment results are converted into fuzzy values and analyzed using predefined fuzzy rules. The inference process was carried out using the Mamdani method, and the final results were defuzzified to obtain a representative crisp value. The research results showed that: Service quality received a score of 78.65, which is in the "High" category; The product quality received a score of 79.37, which is also in the "High" category; Price quality scored 79.13, with the same category, namely "High"; Ambience quality, with a score of 80, is also in the "High" category. With all variables in the "High" category, the overall satisfaction level of CUJK Batuaji customers can be categorized as "Very Satisfied". Based on these findings, several recommendations are provided to maintain and improve service quality, including regular monitoring, staff training, product innovation, competitive pricing, and maintaining comfortable facilities. The Fuzzy Logic approach has proven effective in providing a comprehensive picture of customer satisfaction, which is expected to help CUJK Batuaji achieve continuous improvement in service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the technology readiness of Generation Z accountants in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research employs a quantitative approach involving 220 Generation Z accountant respondents in Batam City, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected via questionnaires utilizing a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLS-PM) with Google Colaboratory in the R programming language. The findings indicate that technology readiness significantly influences Generation Z accountants' adoption of AI. Perceived usefulness has been proven to be the dominant factor driving technology adoption, while perceived ease of use does not have a significant impact. These findings underscore the importance of technology readiness and perceived benefits as primary drivers in AI acceptance. The study recommends enhancing training and education regarding AI usage in accounting to strengthen the readiness and interest of Generation Z accountants towards this technology.

Abstract

In the advancing digital era, efficiency and accessibility are increasingly crucial in various fields, including badminton. Badminton attracts individuals from diverse age groups and skill levels, appealing to both men and women. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based badminton court booking application to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processes at the GOR Kota Tanjungpinang. The software development methodology employed in this research is the Waterfall Method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling. The Android-based Badminton Court Booking Application is created using TypeScript language with the React Native framework and Firebase as the database platform. The Android-based Badminton Court Booking Application developed using React Native facilitates more responsive and interactive administrative processes and information access. Integrating the application with Firebase as the backend ensures data management reliability and user authentication, storing data in both document and image formats. As a result, the Android-based Badminton Court Booking Application provides more robust validation for managing court booking activities and offers enhanced functionality for users.

Abstract

Yayasan Harapan Ibu RA. Insan Harapan is a religious foundation for early childhood education and has been established since 2016 with a building area of ​​400 m2. Yayasan Harapan Ibu RA. Insan Harapan still utilizes information technology to support various activities including having a WhatsApp group. In addition to using the WhatsApp group, each child is also given a liaison book whose function is to convey information to guardians, but the use of this liaison book is still ineffective because guardians often do not read it so that the child lags behind his friends, and to find out how the child is developing at school each guardian usually asks his teacher directly. The results of the child development monitoring report are given to guardians periodically every semester. Most schools still carry out monitoring manually, the form of reporting using books takes a long time both in terms of recording and searching for student data when needed. Another problem experienced by Yayasan Harapan Ibu RA. Insan Harapan is the absence of a media in the form of a website, in recording various data related to school information, recording educational institution activities, conveying information on child development in teaching and learning activities, updating student data and other related matters takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based early childhood development monitoring information system using the waterfall method, to facilitate parents and teachers to have harmony in monitoring children's development and facilitate school academic activities. PHP is used to develop the website, and MySQL as a database server. UML (Unifield Modeling Language) to define requirements, create analysis and design, and describe architecture in object-based programming.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the management of credit application data management and management of prospective debtor eligibility data and credit scoring data at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Nusantara, Tanjungpinang City, which does not yet have a computerized system that is integrated between marketing, the assessment section and the team leader. Where each credit application data for each prospective debtor and credit scoring data and verification results are processed and summarized in Microsoft Excel and each application document is still summarized manually. With the conditions and descriptions mentioned above, it is very possible that the data collection process will experience errors and mistakes and even documents can be scattered or lost. So that the marketing and assessment sections concerned have difficulty taking action because the documents have been scattered or lost. Currently, credit application data management is carried out manually, where the process of submitting credit application documents is carried out directly, then the management of prospective debtor data, credit scoring is summarized into Microsoft Excel. As a result, marketing assessments become slower and other work is disrupted. So the author took the initiative to create a system that is able to adequately manage all credit application data management processes using the Waterfall method in designing software that will be used by all users of the designed system. To make it easier and accessible anytime and anywhere, the system is designed based on a website, so that notifications regarding the continuation of the credit application are directly entered and displayed automatically in the system, especially for each prospective debtor who has made a credit application, whether the application is approved or rejected. In designing the system, the author uses PHP (Programing Hypertext Prepocessor), framework (LARAVEL) as a system design media.

Abstract

Indonesia has now entered the ASEAN economic era which requires companies to maximize profits through cost efficiency and good management. Inventory management is crucial in the manufacturing industry to optimize production and maintain timely availability of raw materials. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the inventory management of soybean raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at Pak Udin's Javanese Tofu Factory in Batam City. The aim is to identify the most efficient way to manage soybean inventories, by minimizing total inventory costs and ensuring optimal availability of raw materials for the continuity of factory operations. This research adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews with Mr. Udin as the factory owner, direct observation at the factory location, and analysis of related documents such as production reports, raw material purchase data, and storage costs. Case study techniques are used to gain an in-depth understanding of existing inventory management practices. Implementation of the EOQ method at the Javanese Tofu Factory has resulted in significant cost savings in soybean inventory management. By using EOQ, factories can determine the optimal order quantity based on ordering costs, carrying costs, and stable demand from the market. Implementation of EOQ also helps in maintaining adequate inventory levels and avoids additional costs due to excess or shortage of inventory. Pak Udin's Javanese Tofu Factory faces several challenges in managing soybean supplies, such as fluctuations in raw material prices and variations in market demand.
