Focus and Scope Focus Room of Civil Society Development (RCSD) is a community service-oriented journal that focuses on advancing theories, research, and practices in community participation and empowerment. The journal explores innovative approaches to fostering active participation of communities in development initiatives, integrating science and technology to create sustainable and resilient societies. RCSD encourages submissions that bridge the gap between theory and practice, emphasizing collaborative efforts across various fields to enhance community participation and empowerment. Scope The term "community participation" in RCSD refers to activities that involve community involvement in decision-making, capacity building, and empowerment to address societal challenges. The journal welcomes studies and innovations from various fields, including but not limited to Economy, Education, Health, Environment and Engineering. Economy This scope includes research and initiatives that promote economic development and empower communities to actively participate in strengthening their economic resilience. Topics may include: Community-led development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs); Participatory economic innovation for local empowerment; Capacity-building programs for economic resilience; Community-driven creative and sustainable product development. Education This scope covers studies and programs that enhance educational theories, models, and practices to foster active community participation in knowledge and skill development. It includes formal, informal, and community-based educational approaches. Abstract

Measurement of land development at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Buton is carried out to determine the condition of the land that will be used as a reference for developing, structuring land and planning from the University. Measurement method using the Theodolite tool.  With the division of  benchmark  points (BM) in accordance with the conditions in the development land of the Faculty of Engineering. The measurement results can be used as a reference to carry out development planning appropriately. Processing is carried out in several stages, starting from literature studies, field surveys, data collection, measurement, data processing, to results and conclusions. The measurement process is carried out in several stages ranging from the manufacture and installation of benchmark  (BM) benchmarks, BM point determination, site up Theodolite tools and detailed measurements. The results of this service activity are in the form of a development site plane plan image, elevation plan, and  3D view image. The measurement images can be used as a reference in carrying out future development of the land development of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Buton.

Abstract

Sumber daya perikanan di Desa Baruta Analalaki Kecamatan Sangia Wambulu sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, salah satu diantaranya ikan teri. Namun sejalan dengan tingginya hasil tangkapan ikan teri menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam sistim pengelolaan terpadu aneka produk yang berbahan dasar ikan teri sehingga akibatnya berpengaruh pada tingkat penjualan nelayan karena sering terjadi hasil tangkapan lebih. Tujuan dari PkM adalah untuk membantu mitra dalam pengolahan produk ikan teri untuk menghasilkan pendapatan, pengembangan mata pencaharian alternatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengelola ikan teri menjadi aneka makanan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di desa baruta analalaki, kecamatan sangia wambulu kabupaten buton tengah. Metode pelaksanaan melalui survei, pendampingan dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan dimulai dari tahap perizinan, persiapan alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam pengolahan abon ikan teri. Selanjutnya proses penumbukan ikan teri menjadi halus dicampurkan dengan racikan bumbu kemudian digoreng hingga masak selanjutnya dikemas dan pemberian label produk. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan baik dihadiri oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga (IRT) yang telah mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan dasar tentang penanganan dan pengolahan hasil produk perikanan serta desain label produk yang diberi nama “Abon ikan teri khas Desa Baruta Analalaki”

Abstract

Combining face-to-face meetings, in this case in class, with electronic learning can increase the contribution and interactivity between students. Through face-to-face students can get to know fellow students and their accompanying teachers. This familiarity greatly supports virtual collaborative work. Improving the quality of education at SMK 1 Al-Safitri is one of them by conducting online learning (in the network). E-Learning can be interpreted as a science of learning without having to use printed paper/hand out the material presented. On average, people working in the field of e-learning, especially from the fields of education, psychology, and computer science, know and use Moodle. teacher accounts that provide teaching topics or provide other subject matters besides being able to provide teaching topics there are several advantages of this Moodle LMS, namely there is a quiz feature, or videos.

Abstract

Kementerian Agama mewajibkan setiap Madrasah menerapkan Raport Digital Madrasah sebagai pengolahan raport yang dapat diakses dari luar sekolah dengan Aplikasi RDM, diharapkan setiap guru dapat mengimputasi nilai dengan memanfaatkan jaringan Komputer yaitu internet. Aplikasi RDM dapat mendukung program Madrasah Digital di Kementerian Agama, guna memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan akurat kepada seluruh warga madrasah khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Baubau. Namun demikian dalam implementasinya, aplikasi RDM yang diluncurkan belum sepenuhnya dapat langsung digunakan oleh pihak madrasah (mitra). Mempertimbangkan keterbatasan pengetahuan mitra dalam penggunaan aplikasi RDM,  maka pengabdian ini dilakukan sehingga mitra dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini secara optimal. Aplikasi rapot digital Madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Baubau menggunakan private server menggunakan jaringan indihome dengan IP Publik yang disediakan oleh jasa telekomunikasi.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are several regions that have great potential in the agricultural sector, one of which is Lampeantani Village, Rarowatu District, Bombana Regency. The local government is well aware of the potential possessed by the region so it is very supportive of activities related to the agricultural sector, because the number of problem areas is large, the handling needs to be done on a priority scale. One way is to provide a picture of a work plan to repair the existing canals in Lampeantani Village. The implementation of Community Service activities, namely the working drawings of the irrigation canal, is running very well and smoothly according to the previous activity plan. This activity began with outreach with the Village Government, then continued with site visits and field measurements. The result of this community service is a drawing of an irrigation canal plan. Based on the results of the implementation of this PKM, it is hoped that the Lampeantani Village Government can immediately carry out work based on the existing drawings.

Abstract

The water for the rice fields comes from the Iwoi Sangia spring. The water flows in irrigation canals that are not feasible so that a lot of water is wasted. Water flows out of the canal through cracks in the walls. This resulted in water not being distributed optimally to the farmers' paddy fields. Through this program, we took the initiative to repair damaged irrigation canals. It is hoped that after the existence of good irrigation canals, water will no longer seep in vain so that irrigation coverage can be wider, irrigation canals become cleaner, and can initiate program plans with government assistance. The method of implementing this activity contains steps to realize the objectives of the community service PKM proposal. Community Service activities, especially the planning of tertiary irrigation channels, were carried out very well and smoothly in accordance with the previous planning activities. This activity begins with interaction with the Village Government and continues with site inspections and field measurements. The result of this community activity is the delineation of irrigation canal plans and budget plans, which will facilitate irrigation work for the Village Government.

Abstract

Pembangunan sanggar tari di Kelurahan Ngkaring – Ngakaring Kota Baubau dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi harapan masyarakat terkait ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana untuk pelestarian seni dan budaya yang ada dimasyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang seni tari. Perencanaan pembangunan sanggar tari di Kelurahan Ngkaring – Ngakaring Kota Baubau dilakukan dengan melibatkan masyarakat dengan memberikan masukan tentang masalah dan hal-hal yang diperlukan dalam sanggar tari tentang kebiasaan atau adat istiadat yang berlaku di daerahnya. Proses perencanaan dilakukan dengan metode survey lapangan, diskusi, penyusunan denah dan tampak, evaluasi dan penetapan gamabr rencana, serta melakukan estimasi rencana anggaran biaya. Perencanaan sanggara tari dibangun dengan luasan 57 m2 (6 m x 9,5 m) dengan pembagian ruang empat ruangan utama yaitu ruang pementasan, ruang penari, ruang alat dan area kosong. Rencana anggaran biaya bangunan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan sebesar Rp. 200.000.000.

Abstract

Based on its geographical position, Pasarwajo District has regional boundaries, namely: Kapontori District, Wolowa District, Wabula District, South Buton Regency, Flores Sea and BauBau City. Kondowa Village is one of the villages in Pasarwajo District whose population is mostly transmigration. The area of Pasarwajo District is 3.77 KM2. Kondowa Village only has 1 access road to connect with Holimombo Jaya Village so the community took the initiative to build a new road that will be an alternative route to go to the opposite village. The results of the debate resulted in the design of the Kondowa Village Road and the materials that will be used for the construction of the village road which is then agreed upon with the length of the road to be worked on, which is 2,715 meters long. The Kondowa Village Government hopes to collaborate with the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Buton to continue helping design planning in the building industry.

Bak penampung air merupakan bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai penampungan air bersih yang bersumber dari mata air kemudian disalurkan ke unit layanan atau sambungan rumah melalui jaringan perpipaan.  Dalam istilah lain bak penampung disebut juga Reservoar merupakan salah satu unit distribusi pada Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM). Program pengabdian masyarakat khususnya pada bidang teknik sipil merupakan bentuk inplementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi langsung kepada masyarakat dalam upaya mempercepat dan meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan yang ada di daerah. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, digunakan konsep desain yang baik dan metode pendampingan layanan jasa konsultasi desain pada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat agar tujuan program ini bisa tepat guna sesuai yang direncanakan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengabdian ini berupa gambar desai (Shop Drawing) dan Rincian anggaran biaya yang digunakan pada pembangunan bak penampung yang ada di Desa Matanauwe Kecamatan Siotapina Kabupaten Buton.
