Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan pesat, terutama melalui aktivitas e-commerce yang berperan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelaku e-commerce, pendapatan e-commerce, investasi, dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 (masa pandemi) dan 2023 (pascapandemi). Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan cross-section. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020, pelaku e-comerce dan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pada tahun 2023, pelaku e-commerce dan investasi sebagai variabel yang tetap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan pendapatan e-commerce dan TPAK tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital pascapandemi memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is driven by the rapid development of digital technology, especially the internet, which is transforming the marketing landscape. Swiss Holiday Tour and Travel Malang, which still relies on conventional promotions and inconsistent social media, faces challenges in expanding its market reach and building a professional image. Therefore, developing a website as an efficient promotional tool is a strategic solution. The main objective of this research is to develop a website as a promotional medium for Swiss Holiday Tour and Travel Malang using Wordpress. Additionally, this study aims to evaluate the website's quality based on user perception using the WebQual 4.0 method, as well as measure its effectiveness as a promotional tool. By achieving these objectives, it's hoped that Swiss Holiday Tour and Travel will have an informative, attractive digital platform capable of stimulating purchase interest and customer loyalty. This research uses an action research method with research stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The respondents in this study were 16 people, with details of 2 marketing experts, 2 design experts, 1 owner, and 10 customers. The research findings indicate that the developed website is highly effective as a promotional medium, with a WebQual score reaching 87% on an "Highly Effective" scale. This confirms that the design of the Swiss Holiday Tour and Travel Malang website is of good quality and ready for publication. For future research, it's recommended to measure the business impact quantitatively or to develop the website's functionality. https://swiss-holiday-travel.my.id/

Abstract

The growth of technology in the current digital era has changed the way people consume TV series entertainment. Disney+ Hotstar as one of the main streaming platforms in this streaming market. In the world of marketing Disney+ Hotstar requires an effective marketing plan to attract consumer attention. The objectives of this study are (1) To determine the influence of E-WOM on the decision to subscribe to the streaming platform on Disney+ Hotstar. (2) To determine the influence of Brand Image on the decision to subscribe to the streaming platform on Disney+ Hotstar. (3) To determine the influence of Service Quality on the decision to subscribe to the Disney+ Hotstar streaming platform (4) To determine the influence of E-WOM, Brand Image and Service Quality on the decision to subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 108 respondents. The results of the study show that (1) E-WOM has a positive but not significant effect on the Subscription Decision. (2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Subscription Decisions. (3) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Subscription Decisions. (4) Simultaneously, E-WOM, Brand Image, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Subscription Decisions.

Abstract

The expansion of modern retail is often feared to affect the performance of micro-businesses, particularly threatening the income and business sustainability at the local level. This study aims to analyze micro-business income in the face of modern retail competition, taking a case study at Toko Cahaya Bone in Lamonae Village, Wiwirano District, North Konawe Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The data used is secondary data in the form of gross circulation (gross income) reports of Toko Cahaya Bone during the period of 2022 to 2024. The results showed that the business's gross circulation experienced a consistent increase. The total gross circulation was recorded at Rp2,250,000,000 in 2022, increased to Rp2,385,000,000 in 2023, and rose again to reach Rp2,650,000,000 in 2024. In conclusion, the presence of modern retail does not always have a negative impact on micro-business income. Micro-businesses are able to survive by utilizing business closeness with local consumers, social relationships, and flexibility in adjusting products according to market needs, which become their advantages in social capital and relational marketing.Keywords: Income, Micro Business, Modern Retail, Gross Circulation, Social Capital..

Abstract

Delaying school responsibilities is a common behavior among students, known as academic procrastination, which can adversely impact their performance and mental health. This research seeks to examine how peer support influences academic procrastination in students by analyzing previous studies. A descriptive literature review of several pertinent scientific articles has been utilized for this purpose. The findings reveal that peer support significantly affects students' academic procrastination. Supportive peers who provide motivation, engage in collaborative learning, and offer emotional backing can help lessen students' procrastination. On the other hand, negative peer surroundings can lead to an increase in procrastination behaviors. Furthermore, aspects like motivation for learning, self-discipline, and effective time management also play a role in either reinforcing or diminishing this connection.In summary, peer support is a crucial element in helping students combat academic procrastination. It is, therefore, essential to foster a positive peer atmosphere in educational settings

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada Proses Pembelajaran di Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi database jurnal terindeks seperti Google Scholar dan Sinta, dengan rentang waktu publikasi antara tahun 2021 hingga 2026. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelusuran adalah: “Kurikulum Merdeka”, “Merdeka Belajar”, “Proses Pembelajaran”, “Implementasi Kurikulum”, dan “Profil Pelajar Pancasila”. Berdasarkan hasil telaah terhadap berbagai jurnal mengenai implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan inovasi pendidikan yang memberikan fleksibilitas tinggi dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan menekankan pendekatan yang berpusat pada peserta didik, penguatan karakter melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila, serta pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21. Secara umum, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, seperti meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa, pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan kontekstual, serta berkembangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan kemandirian siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap perkembangan Kurikulum Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi GARUDA dan Sinta, dengan rentang publikasi artikel antara tahun 2023 hingga 2025. Untuk memperoleh artikel yang relevan, peneliti menggunakan kata kunci: Kecerdasan Buatan, Artificial Intelligence, Kurikulum Pendidikan, dan Dampak AI dalam Pendidikan. Hasil telaah terhadap dua puluh jurnal menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan. AI terbukti mampu mendorong transformasi kurikulum dari yang bersifat konvensional dan seragam menjadi lebih adaptif, fleksibel, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik. Melalui personalisasi pembelajaran, efisiensi pengelolaan kurikulum, inovasi pengalaman belajar, serta perluasan akses pendidikan inklusif, AI berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan abad ke-21. Selain itu, AI juga mendorong perubahan peran guru dari penyampai informasi menjadi fasilitator dan pembimbing berbasis teknologi, serta menuntut kurikulum untuk memuat literasi AI sebagai kompetensi inti peserta didik.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk berperan dalam kegiatan pengabdian di instansi pemerintah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan tujuan mendukung pelaksanaan administrasi perkantoran guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar, pengarsipan dokumen, pengelolaan data, serta tugas umum perkantoran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan ketertiban administrasi dan efisiensi alur kerja, sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan MBKM memberikan manfaat bagi instansi mitra dan menjadi sarana pembelajaran kontekstual bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven the emergence of the digital economy as a new driver of economic growth, including in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of the digital economy as a driver of national economic growth. The method used is a literature study (library research) by reviewing various sources in the form of relevant scientific journals, books, and official reports. Data analysis techniques were conducted using descriptive qualitative techniques through the process of collecting, categorizing, and interpreting the results of previous research. The results of the study indicate that the digital economy has a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and encouraging business innovation. The use of digital technologies such as e-commerce and fintech has been proven to increase productivity and income, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Furthermore, the digital economy also plays a role in maintaining the stability of economic activity during times of crisis and encouraging economic inclusion by increasing access to a wider market. The development of the digital economy still faces various challenges, such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and disparities in access between regions. Therefore, government policy support, equitable digital infrastructure development, and improving the quality of human resources are needed to optimize the potential of the digital economy. Thus, the digital economy can become a key pillar in driving inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap program Koperasi Desa Merah Putih pada periode Juli–Oktober 2025 dengan menggunakan 5396 tweet sebagai sumber data utama. Proses penelitian mengikuti alur kerja sistematis meliputi crawling data, preprocessing teks, pelabelan sentimen berbasis leksikon, pembagian dataset, vektorisasi TF-IDF, pelatihan model Random Forest, evaluasi, serta visualisasi word cloud. Sentimen dilabeli menggunakan metode lexicon-based dan kemudian diklasifikasikan melalui algoritma Random Forest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa opini publik didominasi oleh sentimen negatif sebesar 87.19%, diikuti sentimen positif sebesar 12.8%, menggambarkan adanya harapan terhadap penguatan ekonomi desa sekaligus kekhawatiran mengenai efektivitas pelaksanaannya. Evaluasi model menghasilkan akurasi 90%, presisi makro 0,91, recall makro 0,60, dan F1-score makro 0,63, menunjukkan performa klasifikasi yang baik meski keseimbangan antar kelas masih perlu ditingkatkan. Word cloud menampilkan dominasi kata seperti merah, putih, koperasi, desa, dan kopdes, yang menegaskan fokus publik pada identitas program serta relevansinya bagi pembangunan ekonomi desa. Kemunculan istilah ekonomi, masyarakat, rakyat, dan pangan mencerminkan ekspektasi peningkatan kesejahteraan, sementara kata presiden, menteri, dan pemerintah menunjukkan keterkaitan program dengan agenda kebijakan nasional. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai persepsi publik dan menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan transparansi, komunikasi publik, dan efektivitas implementasi program. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan metode pelabelan hybrid atau model deep learning serta memperluas cakupan data untuk menghasilkan analisis sentimen yang lebih akurat dan seimbang.
