Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh volatilitas harga minyak dunia terhadap return saham perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain time series pada periode 2021–2025. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 14 perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan volatilitas harga minyak sebagai variabel independen dan return pasar (IHSG) sebagai variabel kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volatilitas harga minyak dunia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham sektor energi. Sementara itu, return IHSG berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap return saham. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 30,7% variasi return saham dapat dijelaskan oleh model penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor di pasar modal Indonesia cenderung lebih merespons kondisi pasar secara umum dibandingkan fluktuasi volatilitas harga minyak. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bahwa hubungan antara volatilitas harga minyak dan return saham tidak selalu signifikan, khususnya pada pasar negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and career development on employee loyalty at the National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol) of East Kutai Regency. The research background is grounded in the dynamics of employment status transitions from Regional Contract Workers (TK2D) to Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K), which significantly affected career expectations and work engagement levels in local government institutions. A quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential statistical design was employed. The population and sample consisted of all 61 employees of Kesbangpol East Kutai using total sampling (census) technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Results showed: (1) employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (t = 2.026; sig. = 0.047); (2) career development had a positive and significant effect on loyalty (t = 4.435; sig. = 0.000); (3) simultaneously, both variables significantly affected employee loyalty (F = 26.958; sig. = 0.000) with a contribution of 48.2% (R² = 0.482). These findings confirm that strengthening employee engagement through empowerment and participatory work, alongside developing a transparent and equitable career system, are key strategies for building employee loyalty in local government institutions.

Abstract

Personal data breaches pose a serious threat amid Indonesia's rapid digital transformation, involving government institutions and e-commerce platforms. This article examines the role and ethical responsibilities of IT professionals in preventing privacy data breaches, and proposes an integrated conceptual framework as a practical reference for practitioners. A systematic literature review was conducted on seventeen Indonesian-language scientific sources published between 2021–2026, analyzed thematically across three domains: regulation, professional ethics, and case studies. The review produces the Ethical-Technical Responsibility Framework (ETRF) identifying four dimensions of IT professional obligations technical-preventive, legal compliance, transparency-reporting, and continuous competence development operating across three levels: individual, organizational, and regulatory. Analysis of BPJS Kesehatan and tax data breach cases reveals that ethical failures, not merely technical ones, are the root cause of most incidents. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of a broken home on children's psychological well-being. A broken home refers to a family condition in which harmony is not maintained, conflicts occur, and may ultimately lead to divorce. Such conditions can affect children's psychological well-being, particularly in terms of their emotional state and personality development. This research employs a literature review method by collecting several articles from online databases such as Google Scholar, published between 2018 and 2022. The selected articles focus on the relationship between broken home conditions and children's psychological well-being. The findings indicate that there is a significant influence of broken home conditions on children's psychological well-being. Children who experience a broken home tend to develop more closed personalities and unstable emotions, which negatively impact their psychological well-being. This study concludes that broken home conditions have an adverse effect on children's psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to describe sarcastic language style, meaning, and function in PODHUB content on Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube channel. Theoretically, this research uses a descriptive approach, while methodologically it applies stylistic analysis with a qualitative design. The data source is Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube channel, and the researcher acts as the main instrument. Data collection techniques include watching videos, identifying and documenting sarcastic expressions, transcribing spoken data into written form, classifying the data, and describing it. Data analysis is conducted descriptively, and validity is tested through peer checking. The findings show irony (6), cynicism (14), sarcasm (18), satire (6), and innuendo (1), with sarcasm as the most dominant type. The meanings of sarcasm include humorous, entertaining, and serious elements. Its functions include expressing opinions, emphasis, information, prohibition, questions, commands, and comparisons. In conclusion, various types, meanings, and functions of sarcastic language are found in the content.

Abstract

Analysis of the Issuance of Health Certificates for Tugboats by PT Pelayaran Kartika Samudra Adijaya in Samarinda (supervised by Jumriani and Abdul Rahman). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing delays in the issuance of tugboat health certificates and the relationship between internal and external factors influencing the delays in the issuance of ship health certificates by the Port Health Office (KKP). The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted over a one-year period, from July 2024 to July 2025, at PT Pelayaran Kartika Samudra Adijaya. The results show that delays in the issuance of ship sanitation certificates are caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors include substandard ship sanitation conditions, such as poor cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a lack of sanitation supervision by the crew. External factors are related to the inspection process conducted by the Port Health Office, which requires corrective actions and re-inspection when non-compliance is found. The relationship between these factors indicates that low sanitation readiness increases the likelihood of re-inspection, thereby delaying the issuance process of ship sanitation certificates.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of physical archive guides in improving the effectiveness of retrieving Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) land record archives at the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The increasing volume of PTSL land records requires an effective retrieval system to support fast and accurate public services. However, the retrieval of physical archives often faces obstacles, particularly in identifying archive locations within storage boxes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by comparing archive retrieval conditions before and after the implementation of physical archive guides. The results show that the use of physical archive guides plays an important role in improving archive retrieval effectiveness, as indicated by faster retrieval time, easier archive identification, and more orderly archive arrangement. The implementation of physical archive guides serves as a simple yet effective strategy to support the retrieval of PTSL land record archives and can be used as a basis for further development of archive retrieval systems

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan sosial yang sering terjadi di kalangan remaja dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental. Perilaku ini tidak hanya menimbulkan luka fisik, tetapi juga berdampak pada kondisi psikologis seperti kecemasan, rendah diri, depresi, hingga gangguan emosional lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak bullying terhadap kesehatan mental remaja serta mengkajinya dalam perspektif teori belajar humanistik. Pendekatan humanistik menekankan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis, penghargaan diri, serta aktualisasi diri dalam perkembangan individu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bullying dapat menghambat perkembangan potensi diri remaja karena merusak konsep diri dan mengganggu proses aktualisasi diri. Dalam perspektif humanistik, lingkungan yang tidak aman dan tidak suportif akan menghambat pertumbuhan psikologis individu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran lingkungan pendidikan dan sosial yang mendukung, empatik, dan menghargai individu untuk membantu memulihkan serta menjaga kesehatan mental remaja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan bullying serta penguatan pendekatan humanistik dalam dunia pendidikan.
