Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a web-based application as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for elementary school students to address challenges in conventional teaching methods that lack engagement. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects were sixth-grade students from elementary schools in Banjarbaru City, with data collection conducted through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Evaluation was carried out using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pretest-posttest methods to assess the application’s effectiveness. The findings reveal that the application effectively enhances students’ motivation and learning outcomes, with an average score increase of 10 points. Statistical tests indicated a significant difference between conventional and application-based learning (p < 0.10). The application features interactive audio, animations, and visuals, making the learning process more engaging. UAT results demonstrated that the application meets quality and user comfort standards. This study concludes that integrating technology into PAI learning offers an innovative solution for improving students' understanding of religious values. Further development is recommended, including the addition of interactive features, broader trials, and integration into mobile platforms to enhance application accessibility.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning for deaf students at the SLB Negeri Kandangan. This research is field research, with a qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were three Islamic religious education teachers who taught at the SDLB, SMPLB and SMALB levels. The object of this research is the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning for deaf students at SLB Negeri Kandangan. The results of this research are the strategies of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in learning for deaf students at SLB Negeri Kandangan, namely deductive, expository, classical, behavior modification and group strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the potential application of the VAKT method (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Tactile) in introducing Hijaiyah letters to hearing-impaired students at SLBN Kandangan. A qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design was employed to delve into this topic. The research subjects were the classroom teachers for hearing-impaired students at the school. Data were collected through interviews and observations and then analyzed to understand the implementation of the VAKT method and its impact on students' learning. Findings reveal that this method utilizes multisensory approaches, such as visuals through pictures and colorful letter cards, auditory cues through pronunciation or lip movements, kinesthetic activities like physical exercises, and tactile experiences using embossed letter materials. The teacher also successfully adapted the method to accommodate the diverse abilities of students, including those with residual hearing, multiple disabilities, or hyperactivity. Furthermore, the VAKT method increased active participation and memory retention of Hijaiyah letters, creating an inclusive, interactive, and meaningful learning experience.

Abstract

The Islamic education environment is all conditions and external influences on the progress of education in order to shape individuals and develop the potential of students so that the goals of Islamic education are achieved. This research aims to determine the role of Islamic education in the household environment, school environment and community environment. This research uses the library research method, namely research carried out in a library where the research object is sought through a variety of library information in the form of books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, documents and so on. In carrying out educational development, indirectly between households, schools and the community there has been close cooperation in educational practices. In the household environment, parents lay the foundations of education, especially in terms of personality formation, moral and religious values ??from birth. Then it is continued and developed with various materials in the form of knowledge and skills carried out by the school. Parents of children monitor and assess the results of this school's education in daily life and in the community environment and participate in controlling, distributing and developing and improving it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the content of Islamic educational values contained in the novel. Because Islamic education values are very important to be instilled in order to have an understanding of Islamic education, diverse learning resources are growing rapidly following the current development of the times, so that it becomes a new challenge for Islamic education. Novels are one of the alternative learning resources that are full of the values of Islamic education. In order to find out the value of Islamic education contained in them, a qualitative approach method is used through library research. The results obtained in the novel Soedirman & Alfiah: The Romantic Stories of General Soedirman and Alfiah by E. Rokajat Asura are the educational values of Worship, Akidah and Akhlak.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of group guidance services in increasing the understanding of class VIII students at BP Darush Sholah Middle School regarding the dangers of drug abuse. A research approach using a Quasi Experiment with a Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design was used to test whether group guidance services could increase students' understanding of the dangers of drug abuse. Two groups were selected using purposive sampling, namely students in class VIIIA and VIIIB at SMP BP Darush Sholah. Each group consists of 10 students. Group guidance services are applied to the experimental group, while group guidance services are not provided to the control group. Data on students' understanding of the dangers of drugs was collected using a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov Smirnov Two Independent Samples with the help of SPSS version 20.00. The findings of this research are (1) there was a significant increase in students' understanding scores about the dangers of drugs after being given group guidance service treatment, (2) there was no increase in students' understanding scores about the dangers of drugs who were not given group guidance service treatment, (3) there were differences significant score of students' understanding of the dangers of drugs in the experimental group compared to the control group. Abstract

This study aims to explore innovative learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) applicable to Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in public schools and to evaluate their impact on the quality of teaching and learning processes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicated that ICT-based media, such as interactive videos, Islamic educational applications, and e-learning platforms, enhance students’ understanding of PAI materials and encourage active engagement in learning. Challenges included limited technological infrastructure in schools and insufficient teacher training in ICT utilization. To address these issues, teacher training, improved technological facilities, and support from various stakeholders, including the government, are recommended. This study concludes that ICT-based learning media innovations have significant potential to improve the effectiveness of PAI instruction, provided they are supported by adequate preparation and resources.

Abstract

This research develops interactive multimedia-based learning media for multiplying fractions for grade 4 students at SDIT Al Ghazali Palangka Raya. The goal is to improve students' problem solving abilities. This research uses the ADDIE development model, and involves interviews with teachers to get input in the media development process. The research results show that the learning media developed is effective in improving the problem solving abilities of 4th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstract: This article explores the potential application of artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting inclusive education at the primary school level. The study employs a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, analyzing relevant scholarly articles published between 2019 and 2025. The findings reveal that AI plays a strategic role in creating adaptive, personalized, and responsive learning environments, particularly for students with special needs. Technologies such as recommendation systems, learning robots, and voice- and text-based platforms are found to be effective in enhancing accessibility and participation in learning. However, the implementation of AI also faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among teachers, and the lack of supportive policies. This review recommends continuous teacher training, the development of inclusive policies, and cross-sector collaboration to optimize the use of AI in inclusive primary education. Abstract

This research aims to determine how the use of the think pair share learning model by the subject teacher of Akidah Akhlak at MI Al-Muslimun Tigarun, Amuntai Tengah District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The type of research used is field research, while the research approach used is a qualitative research approach. The subjects of this study were grade VI students at MI Al-Muslimun Tigarun. While the object of this study is the use of the think pair share learning model by the subject teacher of Akidah Akhlak at MI Al-Muslimun Tigarun, Amuntai Tengah District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The results of the study showed that the think pair share learning method in learning Akidah Akhlak at MI Al-Muslimun Tigarun was implemented systematically and effectively. Teachers play an active role as facilitators and mentors, while students show a positive response because this method helps shape social character. Despite the challenges, the implementation of this method has a positive impact on the learning process.
