In this case, consumers play a key role in determining the products they desire, thus ensuring quality. product is matter Which important And need noticed Every company wants to get maximum results and be able to compete. in market. factor determinant Which influence interest repurchase Among these factors, product quality and price are factors that can determine whether customers will repurchase. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the influence quality product And price to repurchase customers at the Sempol Kasa MSME. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The results of the study show that partially Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase of Sempol Kasa MSME customers with a coefficient value of 0.270 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And Price influential positive and significant impact on repurchase of Sempol Kasa MSME customers with a coefficient value of 0.366 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. simultaneous quality Product and Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase, the significance value is 0.000, less than 0.05. After testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R square value is known. as big as 0.632 so own meaning that variables Quality Product and Price simultaneously have an influence of 63.2% on Repurchase customer MSMEs Sempol Gauze And the remaining 36.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Fundraisingor zakat fund collection is the process of collecting zakat funds issued by muzakki which are then managed by amil zakat bodies or institutions and given to mustahiq zakat. The problem in this study is the lack of understanding of Fundraising strategies as optimization of zakat funds, causing BAZNAS Cirebon City to identify the most efficient and effective method of collecting zakat funds. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of Fundraising zakat funds in BAZNAS Cirebon City, explore the implementation of Fundraising zakat funds used in BAZNAS Cirebon City, analysis of Fundraising strategies can optimize zakat fund collection in BAZNAS Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative approach that is described to obtain data on Fundraising strategies as optimization of zakat fund collection in BAZNAS Cirebon City. The data collection technique in this study uses direct observation of zakat fund collection activities at BAZNAS Cirebon City, interviews with the chief executive, head of the collection division, head of the human resources and general division and collection staff. Data analysis techniques using miles and huberman are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study in BAZNAS Cirebon City in the strategy of Fundraising zakat funds, Fundraising implementation and optimizing zakat fund collection in BAZNAS Cirebon City. So that the programs can be enjoyed by the people of Cirebon City there is a program from BAZNAS Cirebon City.

Abstract

The level of extreme poverty is influenced by several factors, namely education, health, per capita income, economic growth. From these factors, researchers conducted research on 3 (three) factors, namely economic growth, education level and per capita income that influence the level of extreme poverty. This study uses a quantitative research approach using secondary data from the BPS of Kuningan Regency for the period 2013-2022. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in Kuningan Regency. Education level has a positive and significant effect on the extreme poverty rate in Kuningan Regency. Per capita income has a positive and significant effect on the extreme poverty rate in Kuningan Regency. As well as economic growth, education level and per capita income have a positive and significant effect on the extreme poverty rate in Kuningan Regency with a calculated F value of 158.938 > F table 4.760 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.The coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) showed a percentage of 41.4%, indicating that economic growth, education level, and per capita income significantly influence the level of extreme poverty. The remaining 58.6% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

The world economy, including the food industry, is experiencing very rapid development in this era of globalization. Understanding customer desires at low prices is key to being able to outperform competitors. This study was conducted with the aim of determining customer satisfaction at the AB Chicken fast food restaurant in Cirebon Regency which is influenced by the variables of service quality and product price. Purposive sampling , a type of associative quantitative research, is the sampling strategy chosen for this study. The data used in the study are primary data from a sample of one hundred respondents who are customers of AB Chicken fast food in Cirebon Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis is method Which used. Findings study disclose that quality service (X1) And price product (X2) own influence in a way positive And significant to satisfaction customer (Y). Besides That, findings more further demonstrate that in AB Chicken Regency Cirebon, satisfaction consumer can influenced by quality services and product prices simultaneously

Abstract

Research result show that variables quality product own mark statistics T as big as 4,940 prob 0.000 ≤ 0.05 which means that quality product influential significant regarding halal labels, quality products also affect decision buy back , matter This proven with The t-stat value is 6.391, prob 0.000 ≤ 0.05, the halal label variable influences decision buy back , thing This proven with mark t statistic of 2.502 and p value of 0.015 ≤ 0.05, and the variable quality product No influential to decision buy back through halal label, thing This proven with Sobel test value of 0.223 ≤ t table 1.984.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how KSPPS Al-Ishlah Mitra Sejahtera Dukupuntang Branch implements strategies to improve Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to find out the obstacles and efforts in implementing strategies to improve the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The results of this study are that KSPPS Al-Ishlah plays a role in terms of improving the business of MSME actors for members and the community around KSPPS, the income of cooperative members increases, especially MSME actors, reviving businesses that are almost dead or declining and reducing unemployment rates, and there are several obstacles faced by KSPPS Al-Ishlah Mitra Sejahtera Dukupuntang branch towards improving MSMEs, namely the increasing number of members, installments that are stuck from members which cause capital turnover to be hampered and the limited capital owned by MSME cooperatives.

Abstract

In Indonesia, coffee shops are developing very rapidly, starting to open in all corners of the country, from urban to rural areas. As a result, many coffee shop industries have emerged that offer a variety of coffee products. They also have a comfortable atmosphere and all the amenities needed to relax. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Himalayan coffee shops. This research uses a quantitative approach and association research with a sample of 100 Himalayan Coffee Visitors. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The power analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 23 software. The research results from partial analysis show that price has a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneous calculation results show that Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Store Atmosphere (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) of the Himalayan Coffee Shop.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the beverage business is growing rapidly and experiencing various increasingly innovative changes, this has led to increasingly tight competition in the beverage business. To face this competition, businesses that create distinctive flavors, affordable prices and have a variety of menus can attract consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, price and menu variations on the repurchase decision of Mao-mao beverage products on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. This study uses associative research and a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon consisting of 4 majors totaling 2,398 people. The technique used in taking the number of samples was Taro Yamane and obtained a sample of 95 respondents, and Cluster Sampling was used to determine the number of each sample based on the major. Determination of respondent criteria used the Purposive Sampling method. The results of the study showed that the taste variable had a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that taste had a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions, the price variable had a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that price had a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions and the menu variation variable had a significance value of 0.023 <0.05, meaning that menu variations had a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions and simultaneously a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that taste, price and menu variations together had a significant positive effect on repurchase decisions for Mao-Mao drink products among FEBI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon students.

Abstract

This article will explore the spread of COVID-19 which has an impact on the family economy in Indonesia. The lack of literature on family businesses during the economic crisis caused by the Coronavirus outbreak shows that this study is very important for family-run businesses. Business opportunities and prospects remain open to every family, but this requires a change in strategy in managing its business that is facing changes in work culture and the community's first choice in meeting needs. The qualitative method was used to read the initial phenomena about the family economic and business conditions of the COVID-19 in Indonesia with secondary data sources from reputable international publications, the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 of Indonesian and WHO Coronavirus Disease, and the ideas of business practitioners. The conclusion of this paper is that the prospects of a family-run business are very open and even have the opportunity to succeed in the COVID-19 period by carrying out basic intervention dimensions that support smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth in family businesses: survival and longevity, firm growth, innovation, internationalization, and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Gesik Village, Tengahtani District, Cirebon Regency, is renowned for its productivity due to the presence of numerous industries and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with its flagship product being 'kerupuk melarat' (a type of traditional Indonesian crackers). This 'kerupuk melarat' home industry plays a pivotal role in absorbing labor through job creation, thereby reducing the existing unemployment rate, particularly within Gesik Village itself, by recruiting workers from the local community. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of wages, capital, and production value on labor absorption in the 'kerupuk melarat' home industry in Cirebon, specifically in Gesik Village, Tengahtani District, Cirebon Regency. This research employs a quantitative method using a saturated sampling technique. There were 32 respondents, owners of 'kerupuk melarat' home industries in Gesik Village, who were the subjects of this study. The results of this research indicate that the wage variable does not significantly influence labor absorption partially, while the capital and production value variables partially significantly influence labor absorption. Furthermore, simultaneously, the wage, capital, and production value variables significantly influence labor absorption.
