Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Siwalempu Village, Donggala Regency. (2) reviewing and measuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu Village, Donggala Regency. (3) future efforts so that program implementation runs effectively. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. Sources of research data consist of observations, interviews, results of recording in the field and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) the implementation of the BSPS Program in Siwalempu village has been going quite well. (2) the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu village, Donggala district has not been effective. This can be seen from the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu village, which has not been fully achieved due to the fact that the program has not been fully used referring to the established mechanisms and procedures. This self-help housing stimulant assistance program is able to improve the social life of residents by helping residents in need.

Abstract

Corporate culture or corporate culture are the values ​​that are adopted, implemented, and maintained within a company. An organization with a strong culture will influence the behavior and effectiveness of employee performance. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how culture influences employee performance creativity. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the influence of culture on the creativity of employee performance has a significant and large effect. There is a positive and significant influence between creativity and employee performance, meaning that high or low creativity will affect high or low employee performance. It can be concluded that culture serves as the social glue that helps hold the company together by providing proper standards for what employees should say and do. Culture can also affect the creativity and performance of employees. For companies it is important to improve performance and build employee culture and creativity through achieving the implementation of an activity or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization or company.

Abstract

The marketing strategies is one of way to win a sustainable competitive advantage both for companies that produces goods or services. The marketing strategies can use as a basic in order to preparing of the companies planning. As a views from the problems which are exists in the company. So it is necessary to comprehensive plans to be used as guideline of the segments company in carrying out its activities, the other reasons that demonstrates the importance of marketing strategy is increasingly tough competition the company in general. This study aims to: obtain an overview of the marketing strategies used by MSMEs Rumah Makan Ibu Lili improve its competitiveness and to determine how effective implementation of marketing strategies. The experiment was conducted in MSMEs Rumah Makan Ibu Lili at Borobudur. Data collection methods used in this study is documentation, interview, observation and descriptive research. The results of an analysis of the effectiveness of the marketing strategies showed the increased of total sales of year to year and became references the marketing strategies in competitions between traditional food companies.

Abstract

Guerrilla marketing is a marketing strategy that was developed in the early 1980s by Jay Conrad Levinson. The idea behind guerrilla marketing is to use unconventional and low-cost tactics to promote a brand or product. This study aims to describe the implementation of guerrilla marketing in Europe and describe the impact of guerrilla marketing on purchasing retention. The method used in this study is the literature review research method which provides output to existing data, as well as an elaboration of a finding so that it can be used as an example for research studies in compiling or making a clear discussion of the contents of the problem to be studied. Based on the research results, it can be seen that it is an innovative marketing strategy that has gained popularity in Europe. This low-cost method can be very effective in promoting a brand or product. Guerrilla marketing can have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Its unconventional and creative approach can create memorable experiences for consumers, leading to emotional connections with brands and influencing purchase decisions.

Abstract

Character education applied aims to improve the quality and result of education implementation that leads to the achievement of integrated and balanced students’ character building according to the graduate competence standard. In order to measure the success of character education, an integrated evaluation is conducted which covers: 1) context evaluation that comprises of policy basis, needs’ perception and purpose of character education program; 2) input evaluation that comprises of strategic planning, organizational structure design, implementation procedure, and resources availability of character education program; 3) process evaluation that comprises of coordination, implementation, and supervision of the character education program enforcement; and 4) product evaluation which comprises of the achievement and impact of character education program. The evaluation of character education program is conducted in order to give reinforcement, improvement, and to measure the success of the character education program implementation carried out by education institution.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how culture influences the implementation of international marketing strategies. The research used in the preparation of this research is qualitative research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written understanding that is observed. Because the research used fully emphasizes library data collection, this type of research is called library research. The results of this study market location is one of the things that traders consider as the cause of market competition and social class, culture and subculture have a significant influence on consumer behavior when making purchases. Culture plays an important role in shaping consumer behavior, for example the way they communicate. Communication has an important role for the success of business competition. Communication is much influenced by cultural factors. So that culture is one of the keys to a company or organization being able to penetrate the international market. Culture has many interconnected components. From these different parts, a deep understanding is needed. These cultural elements influence international marketing, including: Material of Life, Language, social interaction, aesthetics, religion, education, value system.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of customer satisfaction which is thought to be due to facility factors and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of facilities and service quality at Suko Kopi Padang. This research is descriptive quantitative with sampling techniques using purposive sampling and a sample size of 371 respondents based on the Slovin formula. This research data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validation and reliability. Based on the results of the research analysis, it is concluded that the results of the t-test, for the facility variable (X1) produce a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of the facility variable on customer satisfaction. And for the results of the t-test for the service quality variable (X2) results in a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is an influence of the service quality variable on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the f-test, the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that simultaneously the facility variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) have an effect on customer satisfaction. Facility variables (X1) and service quality (X2) have an influence of 56.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion in this study, it can be concluded that in order to examine more deeply the impact of tourism on the creative industry, it can be seen from two aspects, namely the creative industry. As for the creative industry aspect in tourism activities, it can be seen from the skills and talents of individuals who are full of a wealth of knowledge able to create jobs by exploiting intellectual property. Then in the aspect of the impact of the synergy of tourism and the creative industry can be seen in several things, namely: (1) Impact on the national economy, (2) Impact on the workforce, (3) Impact on increasing IPR, (4) Impact on the emergency of start ups, (5) Impact of increasing product export value, (6) Impact on cultural preservation, (7) Impact on social tolerance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of positioning and location on purchasing decisions at cafe shops. This study used a sample of 100 respondents from cafe shop consumers. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that positioning and location have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with an R-Square value of 68%. This shows that when the location and positioning partially effect are good and supportive, it will be able to increase the number of sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of investment knowledge, motivation and risk variables on the millennial generation's interest in investing in Securities Crowdfunding Sharia Gallery investment. Research using a quantitative approach. The technique of data collection was carried out using purposive sampling, and the sample used was 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method used in this research analysis is a linear regression analysis method. The results of the Knowledge t test research (X1) show that partially knowledge influences the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. Motivation (X2) that partially motivation influences the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. Risk (X3) that partially does not affect the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. The results of the f test show that simultaneously knowledge, motivation and risk affect the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding.
