Abstract

The study's foundation is the swift growth of the snack food sector with an emphasis on brownies, particularly the Brownies Cinta MSME in Karanganyar, which struggles to manage digital tactics and cultivate a brand identity to expand consumer choice. With trust acting as a moderating variable, the goal of this study is to investigate how brand image and digital marketing affect consumer decisions. Using a quantitative approach, 33 respondents participated in multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). SPSS Statistic Version 25 software was used for statistical testing. The results of the study demonstrated that, although digital marketing had no discernible effect on purchasing decisions, brand image did. Furthermore, the association between digital marketing and brand image on purchase decisions was not effectively moderated by customer trust. The study's conclusions highlight how crucial MSMEs are to developing a strong brand image through consistent product quality and visual communication, as well as enhancing digital marketing tactics to better draw in customers and increase their interest in making a purchase. Additionally, this study demonstrates that consumer trust is still important even though it hasn't been statistically demonstrated to be a moderator. As a result, businesses must uphold their reputation and transparency in their digital interactions.

Abstract

Global brand competition and the importance of product quality are key factors in shaping consumer loyalty, especially among students as young consumers. This study aims to analyze the influence of global brands and product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of the research is a student of the University of Palangka Raya as a consumer of the Indomie brand. The approach used is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, based on data from 75 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on loyalty and mediates the relationship between product quality and consumer loyalty. In contrast, global brands do not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction or loyalty. These findings emphasize that product quality has a more dominant role than global brand image in shaping consumer loyalty to Indomie.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of job analysis strategies in broadcasting companies and how their implementation can improve organizational effectiveness and the quality of information broadcast. Job analysis is important in human resource management because it provides clarity regarding the tasks, responsibilities, and competencies required for each job position. This study employs a qualitative case study method on broadcasting companies using interviews and observations; therefore, the focus of the research is on how job analysis strategies are applied in broadcasting companies. The results indicate that job analysis strategies help establish an efficient organizational structure, clarify the job descriptions of each position, and serve as a foundation for recruitment and training processes. Additionally, job analysis can minimize the spread of fake news by placing human resources in positions that match their competencies. Another important finding is that job analysis directly impacts the professionalism of the editorial team and the quality of information broadcast to the public. Thus, job analysis strategies not only contribute to human resource management but also to the credibility of broadcasting media in the digital information era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the direct village fund cash assistance program for the community in Tonuwotan Village, West Adonara District, East Flores Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary and secondary data, as well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were 30 people, including 5 people from Tonuwotan government and 25 community recipients of the program. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program for the Community in Tonuwotan Village, West Adonara District, East Flores Regency has been effective, characterized by understanding the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals, real change, where the benefits have been felt by the community, namely that there is a positive impact from the benefits of Village Fund BLT which can help the community meet their daily needs or basic needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of fixed asset management at the Manpower and Transmigration Service, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenaggara Province. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary and secondary data, as well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. There were 8 informants in this research, including the Head of Department, Treasurer of Goods and Head of Division as well as 5 personnel staff at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of Belu Regency. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of fixed asset management at the Belu Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service has indicators that are effective and those that are not yet effective. The implementation that has been effective is based on the indicators of program objectives and accuracy of program targets. Implementation that has not been effective is in the indicators of program socialization and program monitoring. Program socialization is seen as ineffective because the sub-focus of the intensity of socialization cannot be understood and management is not running well.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management through a literature review approach. The purpose of this study is to identify the concepts, challenges, and implementation strategies of entrepreneurship grounded in Islamic values within the management of Islamic educational institutions. The review reveals that entrepreneurship in Islamic education is not solely oriented towards economic aspects but also emphasizes ethical values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. Such integration has the potential to enhance the independence, innovation, and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. However, structural and cultural barriers remain significant challenges that must be addressed through strengthening entrepreneurship curricula based on Islamic principles, capacity building of human resources, and supportive institutional policies. This study concludes that the integration of entrepreneurship in Islamic education management is a strategic necessity to respond to the dynamics of modern education and to develop adaptive and visionary institutions.

Abstract

The advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution demands strategic transformation in education, particularly in managing educational service entrepreneurship. This article aims to explore how digital-based managerial strategies can be implemented in educational entrepreneurship through a comprehensive literature review approach. The method employed is a systematic literature study based on recent scholarly sources relevant to digital entrepreneurship within educational contexts. The findings reveal that the implementation of digital entrepreneurship management requires organizational readiness, technological adaptation, and innovation in the design of entrepreneurial learning programs. Additionally, collaborative organizational development and theory- and data-driven program evaluation are critical components for ensuring sustainability. The design of new entrepreneurial programs that are adaptive and experiential is also essential to building a competitive educational entrepreneurship ecosystem. These findings imply the urgent need for a strategic repositioning of educational entrepreneurship management to respond to global dynamics and prepare human resources who are innovative and responsive to digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wallet usage on consumer savings behavior and spending patterns in Indonesia. In the digital era, e-wallets have become a commonly used transaction tool due to their convenience, speed, and various promotional features offered. However, behind their convenience, e-wallets also pose new challenges in personal financial management, such as increased consumer behavior and decreased savings intentions. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional survey design to understand the relationship between the intensity of e-wallet usage and consumer savings and spending habits. The results of the study show that ease of transactions and digital incentives can encourage spontaneous consumption behavior and weaken awareness of the importance of saving. However, with adequate digital financial literacy, e-wallets also have the potential to be a tool in managing finances wisely. This study emphasizes the importance of digital financial education so that people can utilize financial technology in a healthy and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research analyzes the managerial strategies of banks in Makassar in facing economic uncertainty with qualitative approach and case study design on five representative banks. The research was conducted in five stages: preparation, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation study, data analysis using thematic techniques and local economic contextual analysis, and validation of findings through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that banks in Makassar adopt adaptive strategies, focusing on strengthening internal management (organizational restructuring, human resource development, and technology-based control systems) and external collaboration (partnerships with fintech, research institutions, and educational institutions). Strategic differences between nationalbanks that are more flexible to local markets and multinational banks that excel in integrated systems and structured risk management were also found. The findings result in a contextualized managerial strategy model and practical recommendations for risk management and service innovation in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Amplang MVM, a traditional snack business in Makassar, Indonesia. Driven by increasing competition in the local snack industry, this research aims to provide insights into consumer behavior toward locally produced food products. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 respondents selected via Slovin’s formula, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that both product quality and brand image have a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction, with product quality contributing more dominantly. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that these two variables explain 35.2% of the variation in satisfaction. The study emphasizes the importance of maintaining high product standards and strengthening brand perception to enhance consumer loyalty. These results offer practical implications for small businesses in the traditional food sector to develop sustainable strategies in a competitive market.
