Abstract

In today's highly competitive culinary industry, one of the most important strategies to attract and retain customers is product differentiation. Differences can provide value and set a business apart from its competitors. Examples of differentiation include innovative menu items, premium raw materials, distinctive flavors, and brand image. The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between product differentiation and customer loyalty at Kinikawa Coffee Shop in Pangkal Pinang. As part of a quantitative research plan using survey techniques, questionnaires were distributed to one hundred active customers. The validity and reliability of the research instrument were examined, and simple linear regression analysis of the data was performed using SPSS software. The findings of the study indicate that customer loyalty is positively related. Customer loyalty to Kinikawa increases along with their opinions regarding the company's efforts to stand out from the competition.. This research highlights the importance of using differentiation tactics when building lasting relationships with clients, especially in the local coffee shop industry facing tight and fluctuating competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in MSMEs in the digital era. The research background highlights the importance of BSC as a comprehensive performance measurement tool amid the challenges of digitalization. The research method uses a mixed methods approach with data collection through case tracking of MSMEs that implement BSC. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to identify constraining and supporting factors and measure the influence of BSC on MSME performance. The findings show that BSC can improve MSME performance through balancing the perspectives of finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. Implementation constraints include limited resources and digital literacy, while support comes from the government and technology adoption. The implication of the research is the need for conducive ecosystem support and a BSC model tailored to the needs of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal quality audits, leadership, and madrasah commitment on service quality at MAN 1 Lamongan. In an era of increasingly fierce competition in education quality, madrasahs are required to continuously improve and innovate their educational services. Internal quality audits are an important tool for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an institution, while effective leadership and madrasah commitment are the main pillars in fostering a culture of sustainable quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all educators and educational staff at MAN 1 Lamongan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables (internal quality audit, leadership, and madrasah commitment) and dependent variables (service quality). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on service quality. Partially, internal quality audit has a positive influence through improved evaluation systems and continuous improvement. Effective leadership creates a conducive work environment and encourages active participation from all madrasah components. Meanwhile, the madrasah's high commitment to the institution's vision and mission further strengthens efforts to provide excellent service to students and the community. Thus, collaboration between the audit system, leadership, and madrasah commitment is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services at MAN 1 Lamongan. This study recommends the importance of strengthening quality management capacity and consistently involving all madrasah components in the process of improving service quality.

Abstract

this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the management of public goods in improving the quality of public services in Indonesia. Public goods have nonrivalry and nonexcludability characteristics, which means it can be used by many people simultaneously without reducing mutual benefits, and cannot exclude anyone from its use. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, reviewing economic theories and public policies and national regulations related to public services. The results showed that good public goods management, such as infrastructure and basic services provided by the state, contributed directly to the effectiveness and quality of services to the community. However, there are still challenges in the form of limited resources, lack of supervision, and not optimal utilization of public assets. Therefore, increasing governance and strengthening of regulations is crucial in realizing equitable, quality and sustainable public services.

Abstract

Research aimed at examining the impact of leadership, competence and compensation on work performance at PT. Kelindo. The research method is quantitative descriptive and verification, involving 38 respondents through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using an ordinal scale through multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that employee responses to leadership are quite good, competence is high, competence is quite capable, and work performance is quite high. Simultaneously and partially, leadership, competence, and failure have a significant positive impact on work performance. These findings illustrate that increased employee performance can be encouraged through effective leadership, appropriate competencies and fair increases, and can be used as material for strategic consideration in HR development at PT. Kelindo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the digital marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by considering the roles of business networking and market orientation as intervening variables. The research is motivated by the importance of MSMEs adapting to the dynamics of digital marketing in the era of technology-driven economic transformation. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed, involving 70 respondents from the food and beverage sector who are members of ASIPA in Serang Regency, Banten. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software.The results show that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant direct effect on digital marketing performance, although the direction of the influence is positive. However, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on both business networking and market orientation. Furthermore, both business networking and market orientation were found to have a positive and significant effect on digital marketing performance. These findings indicate that business networking and market orientation serve as intervening variables that strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and digital marketing performance. This study offers important implications for MSME actors and policymakers in enhancing MSME competitiveness

Abstract

This study of the literature examines the interaction between blockchain technology and moral considerations, with a particular emphasis on its impact on tax compliance. Blockchain's incorporation into tax systems creates both new ethical options and concerns as it continues to transform data security, transparency, and traceability. This paper explores the ethical dimensions of tax compliance within digital environments through a qualitative literature review. The study reviews previous research on the relationship between taxpayers' moral ideals, ethical decision-making, and perceptions of tax justice and the intrinsic properties of blockchain, such as immutability and decentralization. According to the findings, moral factors—such as social norms, individual ethical frameworks, and trust in institutions—have a significant impact on how taxpayers behave in blockchain-based settings. The review also emphasizes how blockchain can improve voluntary tax compliance by increasing transparency, but it can also have drawbacks if moral considerations are ignored. This study provides a conceptual framework for researchers and policymakers who want to create tax systems that are both ethically sound and technologically sophisticated by combining insights from interdisciplinary studies.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain and examine the impact of the following factors on dividend policy in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2023 period: profitability ratio, ownership structure, capital structure, and company size. The study employed the following variables: the dependent variable (Y), which is Dividend Policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); the independent variable (X) is the Profitability Ratio proxied by Return on Assets (ROA); the ownership structure proxied by Institutional Ownership (KI); the capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); and the company size proxied by Ln (TA). Purposive sampling was used to gather the sample for this investigation. Ten businesses were chosen as research samples based on the criteria and data processing procedure outlined. The study's findings show that the profitability ratio, ownership structure, capital structure, and company size all have an impact on dividend policy at the same time. Dividend policy is influenced by the profitability ratio to some extent. In part, the dividend policy of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2023 period is unaffected by ownership structure, capital structure, and company size.

Abstract

This study is to investigate and evaluate the impact of the following factors on the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER): the Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Natural Logarithm of Total Assets (LnTA), and Sales Growth (SG). Since this kind of research is expressed in numerical values that reflect the size of the variables under study, it can be categorized as quantitative research, as previously explained. There were 95 research data points available for testing out of the total observations. Ln (Total Assets) has no influence on DER, CR has a negative effect on DER, ROA has no effect on DER, DOL has no effect on DER, and SG has no effect on DER, according to the results of the t-test hypothesis. The DER value is significantly impacted by Ln (Total Assets), CR, ROA, DOL, and SG all at the same time, according to the results of the F-test hypothesis. According to the coefficient of determination analysis, the R-square value is 0.201, or 20.1%, meaning that Ln (Total Assets), CR, ROA, DOL, and SG can account for 20.1% of the variation in DER. Other variables or circumstances influence the remaining 100% - 20.1% = 79.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is Buying and Selling Murabahah and Greetings: A Review of the Literature Review. This research method is a type of literature research; This means that the information materials used come from library sources in the form of books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, newspapers, journals, This form of research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively describe. In this study, the author optimally used two data sources related to this research, namely. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. The main source of this research is books and scientific journals on the Knowledge of the Role of Waqf. At the same time, this research is supported (secondary) by the work of other thinkers . The results of the study This agreement is very relevant for the agricultural sector because it provides initial funds for farmers to produce agricultural products. In addition to providing financing solutions, the Salam contract is also a sharia alternative to avoid exploitative ijon practices. These two contracts have a strong legal basis from the Qur'an, Hadith, as well as fatwas of DSN-MUI and PSAK, and have been proven to make a real contribution to the economic development of the ummah, especially through the Islamic financial system.
