Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of increasing investor interest in stocks included in the LQ45 index. This study aims to test the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Price to Book Value on stock prices. In this study, the variables Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Price to Book Value act as independent variables, in addition, the dependent variable used is stock price. The sample in this study was the LQ45 index companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023 with a total sample of 123 samples. Sample selection was based on the purposive sampling method with criteria and requirements determined by the researcher. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show that Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Price to Book Value simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, the Liquidity variable has a negative effect on stock prices while Leverage, Profitability, Price to Book Value does not affect stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and motivation on the work productivity of employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Donggala Branch Office, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study consisted of 39 employees, all of whom were respondents because the number was relatively small. The results of the analysis show that work culture and motivation significantly influence work productivity, with an F significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Partially, work culture has a significant influence on work productivity with a t significance value of 0.036 (< 0.05), as does work motivation with at significance value of 0.009 (< 0.05). Thus, both independent variables, namely work culture and motivation, were statistically proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The coefficient of determination value of 72.3% indicates that the variation in employee work productivity can be explained by these two variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 27.7% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study, such as organizational culture, compensation systems, and other managerial factors. These results emphasize the importance of a positive work culture and strong motivation in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of special autonomy and the establishment of new autonomous regions (DOB) on regional economic development planning in Papua through a systematic literature review approach. Special autonomy has provided significant fiscal support for local development, while regional expansion aims to improve public service delivery and accelerate progress in underdeveloped areas. The findings reveal that despite increased budget allocations, development outcomes remain constrained by weak governance, limited institutional capacity, and suboptimal community participation. The creation of DOB has added layers of complexity to development planning due to fiscal fragmentation, administrative burdens, and coordination challenges between regions. This study highlights the need for stronger interregional coordination, financial governance reforms, and enhanced involvement of indigenous communities in planning processes. The implications underscore that the success of decentralization policies depends not only on resource distribution but also on institutional quality and synergy across government levels. Furthermore, this study identifies research gaps regarding the long-term effects of DOB policies and calls for empirical studies to enrich the understanding and effectiveness of economic development planning in Papua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of welfare (X) on job satisfaction of non-permanent employees (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Office. This study is a population study, namely using the entire population as a sample, namely 30 non-permanent employees, while the data collection methods used are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and library research. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis conducted, this study concludes that individually (partially) the independent variable, namely welfare, has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by a simple linear regression equation: Y = -2.998 + 0.708X The results of the simple correlation coefficient analysis obtained R of 0.911, meaning that there is a very strong correlation between welfare (X) and employee job satisfaction (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Office. The coefficient of determination (R2 Square) of 0.829 means that around 82.9% of welfare (X) is influenced by the variable Job Satisfaction (Y). While the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this study by (100-82.9)% = 17.7%. Furthermore, the results of the partial test (t-test) show the t-count value for the welfare variable (X) of 11.666 which when compared to the t-table of 2.04841, then welfare (X) has an effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Office, the t-count value is > t-table..

Abstract

This study involved 59 respondents who were representatives of PT Solusi Energy Nusantara service users. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty both partially and simultaneously. The research method used a quantitative approach consisting of research instrument testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the Service Quality variable on the Customer Loyalty variable. There is a positive and significant effect of the Corporate Image variable on the Customer Loyalty variable. There is a positive and significant effect of the Customer Satisfaction variable on the Employee Performance variable. There is a positive and significant simultaneous effect of the Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Satisfaction variables on Customer Loyalty. The simultaneous determination value shows that the variation in changes in Customer Loyalty is influenced by Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Satisfaction by 71.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Si Apik android-based application can be applied to MSMEs to meet the needs of the accounting system when they make financial statements. This study studies the Micro Enterprises of East Samirejo Village located in Ercut Sei Tuan District. This Micro Business has an Android smartphone with at least 3GB of RAM and has been operating for at least three years. Micro Enterprises may also not have financial records manually. Qualitative descriptive research is of its kind. Data and information collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis. The results of the study show that Micro Business actors can use the Si Apik application to record transactions and report finances easily and simply. The app can also be used on a daily basis, and micro entrepreneurs can report their finances with standards, which makes it easier for them to apply for capital loans to financial institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital payment in improving financial efficiency among micro-enterprises in Semarang City. The advancement of financial technology provides faster, easier, and more transparent transaction alternatives, which have the potential to enhance financial management for business actors. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 micro-business owners who have implemented digital payment systems such as QRIS, e-wallets, and mobile banking. The results show that digital payment usage significantly affects financial efficiency, as evidenced by improved financial record-keeping, better cash flow management, and reduced transaction costs. These findings highlight the importance of adopting digital financial technology as a strategy to enhance financial performance, especially for micro-enterprises in Semarang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence women's decisions to work in the informal sector in Lendang Belo Village, East Lombok Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with binary logistic regression analysis techniques on 33 adult female respondents. The results of the study indicate that of the four independent variables analyzed, namely age, number of family dependents, education level, and household income, three of them have a significant effect on women's decisions to work in the informal sector, namely the number of dependents (p = 0.030), education level (p = 0.045), and income (p = 0.039). Meanwhile, the age variable does not have a significant effect (p = 0.119). The logistic regression model used is proven to be statistically feasible (Hosmer and Lemeshow test: p = 0.733; Nagelkerke R² = 0.655) and has a predictive accuracy level of 81.8%. These findings indicate that household economic pressures are the main driver of women's participation in the informal sector, while age is not a determining factor in this context. This study provides the importance of the formulation of women's empowerment policies based on rural contextual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Profitability (X1), Company Size (X2), Opportunity (X3) on Financial Report Fraud in Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.The research method used is quantitative. The population of the study was 70 Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The research sample used 14 companies based on purposive sampling. Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset, Company Size, Opportunity, Financial Report Fraud is proxied by Earning management. Regression analysis uses logistic regression.The results of the study indicate that profitability has no effect on financial statement fraud. The variables Company Size and Opportunity have a negative effect on financial statement fraud. In the Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capability for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capability is a mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. This Innovative Capability aims to improve the performance of human resources of lecturers working in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 human resources of lecturers. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive influence between Transformational leadership on the Performance of Human Resources of Lecturers and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capability has also been shown to moderate the relationship between Transformational leadership and the performance of Human Resources of Lecturers. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to improve the performance of lecturer HR, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturer innovation capabilities.
