Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, discount, and product quality on customer satisfaction in the Lung.eraa online shop business in Surabaya. The research focuses on how these three variables affect customer satisfaction levels. Affordable prices encourage repeat purchases, while discounts play a significant role in increasing purchase intention. Additionally, good product quality is a key factor in creating customer satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who are Lung.eraa customers. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, meaning that better pricing strategies lead to higher customer satisfaction. Discounts also show a positive and significant effect, demonstrating that attractive discount offers can enhance consumers' purchase intentions. This study contributes to the development of marketing strategies for online businesses by emphasizing the importance of managing price, discount, and product quality to improve customer satisfaction. Recommendations are provided for businesses to continuously improve these three aspects to maintain customer loyalty and expand market share in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought profound changes to healthcare marketing strategies, particularly in building patient loyalty through more personalized, responsive, and technology-driven communications. This study focuses on the contribution of AI chatbots as part of a hospital's digital marketing strategy in building patient loyalty. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological method, where data was obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation of patients who had used chatbot services. Thematic analysis identified five key themes: ease of access to information, service personalization, sense of security and trust, limited empathy, and positive impact on service reuse intentions. The results show that AI chatbots function effectively as an initial communication medium capable of increasing patient trust and emotional engagement, although they have not completely replaced human communication, especially in situations requiring high empathy. These findings indicate the need for a hybrid strategy that combines technological efficiency with human involvement, so that communication remains adaptive and effective. Furthermore, the development of Natural Language Processing-based chatbots is crucial for increasing the sensitivity, relevance, and quality of interactions. Conceptually, this study enriches the understanding of digital marketing in the healthcare sector, and practically provides recommendations for hospitals in strengthening patient loyalty strategies amidst the increasingly rapid flow of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of brand love in the relationship between service quality and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), with a focus on Gojek users in Denpasar City. The background of this research is grounded in the increasing competition within the digital transportation service industry, where service quality serves as a key determinant in fostering customers’ emotional attachment to the brand (brand love), which in turn encourages consumers to share their experiences through electronic word of mouth. A total of 115 respondents participated in this study, selected using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, with 30 percent distributed online via Google Forms and 70 percent offline. The findings reveal that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-WOM, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand love, (3) brand love has a positive and significant effect on e-WOM, and (4) brand love mediates the effect of service quality on e-WOM. The theoretical implications of this study reinforce prior research findings through the lens of the Consumer Behavior Model. Practically, the results highlight the importance of consistently improving Gojek’s service quality to nurture brand love, which ultimately motivates customers to voluntarily share their experiences via digital media in the form of e-WOM.

Abstract

This study examines the integrative influence of entrepreneurship training, retail marketing understanding, and the Job Creation Law on the level of work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Lampung. Quantitative methods were employed, involving 50 respondents selected through probability sampling from a total population of 80 students. The research instrument used an online questionnaire based on a 1-5 Likert scale, analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings revealed that each independent variable partially exerted a positive and significant influence. Entrepreneurship training contributed a t-value of 3.394 (sig. 0.001), retail marketing understanding recorded a t-value of 3.910 (sig. 0.001), while understanding the Job Creation Law resulted in a t-value of 2.372 (sig. 0.022). Simultaneous analysis showed that all three variables together had a significant effect, with an F-value of 31.451 (sig. 0.001). The research implications confirm that the synergy between entrepreneurial competencies, retail marketing expertise, and employment regulatory literacy forms an essential competency configuration in preparing students to face the challenges of the professional world.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the strategic programs implemented by the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of East Lombok Regency. MSMEs play a vital role in improving community welfare and driving regional economic growth. The local government seeks to strengthen this sector through various empowerment policies and initiatives. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe the efforts to develop MSMEs through the strategic programs of the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing their implementation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the strategic programs include enhancing human resource capacity, facilitating access to financing, expanding market access, and providing business mentoring. These programs have contributed positively to improving the productivity and independence of MSME actors. Supporting factors include government support, partnerships with financial institutions, and strong entrepreneurial enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors involve low digital literacy, limited managerial capacity, and challenges in the distribution of financial aid. Overall, the strategic programs of the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs play a crucial role in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of the Mawar Laundry MSMEs in Salakan Sraten as a representation of the condition of micro businesses in rural areas that still apply conventional financial management systems. Financial management has a strategic role in maintaining business stability, efficiency, and sustainability, especially for MSMEs that face limited human resources, access to capital, and accounting literacy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of transactions and business assets. Data analysis is carried out inducively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that Laundry Mawar has not implemented a structured financial recording system, with personal and business finances still mixed and daily transactions that are not documented in writing. The main causative factors include low accounting literacy, time constraints, traditional habits, and lack of external assistance. The study recommends the implementation of a simple cash recording system, account segregation, asset recording based on economic age, and periodic financial literacy training. These findings make a theoretical and practical contribution to the literature on MSME financial management in rural areas, emphasizing the importance of simple accounting as the foundation for the sustainability and competitiveness of micro enterprises.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap between the theory and practice of entrepreneurship education in Islamic elementary schools, which is generally still theoretical and not yet integrated with environmental issues. In fact, the green edupreneurship approach emphasizes the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit oriented towards social and ecological sustainability. This study aims to describe the implementation of the School Waste Bank program at MI Salafiyah Simbang Kulon 02 and analyze how these activities shape an environmentally friendly entrepreneurial spirit in students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with triangulation techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, waste bank managers, and students in grades I–VI. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the School Waste Bank program is effective in fostering ecological awareness, responsibility, discipline, creativity, and independence in students through activities such as sorting and managing waste as an economic resource. These activities also strengthen project-based learning and contextual social collaboration, thereby forming green entrepreneurial character in students from an early age. Thus, this program becomes a sustainable learning model that integrates entrepreneurial values and environmental awareness.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of tourists’ revisit intentions to Bali by examining the roles of destination image, push motivation, pull motivation, and tourist satisfaction. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 220 domestic and international tourists who had visited Bali at least twice. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that pull motivation has the strongest positive influence on both tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, indicating that external factors such as destination attractiveness, facilities, and natural beauty play a crucial role in encouraging repeat visits. Destination image also significantly affects tourist satisfaction, which in turn mediates its relationship with revisit intention. However, push motivation shows no significant effect on either satisfaction or revisit intention. These results highlight the importance of maintaining destination quality and positive visitor experiences to foster long-term tourist loyalty. The study contributes to a better understanding of how motivational and perceptual factors interact to shape revisit behavior in the context of Bali’s evolving tourism landscape.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic mechanisms for building competitive advantage in higher education institutions through a holistic approach that includes institutional positioning, communication channels, and value perception formation at the Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the study involved 361 respondents from various stakeholder groups. The results show that institutional positioning (coefficient 0.372) and communication channels (coefficient 0.411) have a significant impact on value perception formation. These two variables directly influence the university's competitiveness, with contributions of 0.287 and 0.245, respectively. Additionally, value perception proved to play a strong mediating role with an influence coefficient of 0.386. These findings emphasize the importance of an integrated and comprehensive marketing strategy in facing the contemporary higher education competition, highlighting institutional differentiation, responsive communication, and the creation of a positive value perception. This study provides both theoretical contributions and practical implications for higher education managers to improve their competitive position in the education market.

Abstract

It is a challenge for the maritime industry to optimize ship design in order to enhance economic performance and operational utilization by balancing specialization and flexibility. According to a comprehensive analysis of the literature conducted between 2020 and 2025, specialist ships like bulk and container carriers can reach cost reductions of about 30–40% with utilization rates of about 85–92%, although they are also susceptible to fluctuations in the market. However, flexible vessels, also known as multifunctional vessels, have greater capital and operational expenditures but offer stable revenue and good utilization. These disparities can be reduced by implementing digital technologies like artificial intelligence, digital twins, and machine learning, which will improve economic performance by 15% to 20% while reducing fuel and maintenance expenses. As a result, ship owners' risk tolerance, operational needs, and long-term vision all influence investment choices. In order to facilitate better decision-making in the evolution of the maritime industry period, this study proposes a comprehensive strategy combined with the four primary variables.
