Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Market Orientation and Product Innovation on Marketing Performance in Micro Trade Business in South Sulawesi. The type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques were carried out by document and questionnaires. The population in this research are micro business actors in the trade who registered at Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, amounting to 244.592. The sampling method used is Slovin with an error rate of 10%, which is obtained 100 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS version 25 application which consisted of validity and reliabilition tests to test the research instrumen as well as descriptive data analysis tests and inferential statistical analysis to test existing hypotheses. The results showed that market orientation was in the very good category, product innovation was in the good category, and marketing performance was in the very good category. The results of inferential analysis show that there is a significant influence between market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of micro trade business in South Sulawesi

Abstract

Community Participation-Based Tourism Development Strategy (Study on Hutan Pinus Bulu This research aims to determine the tourism development strategy of the Hutan Punus Bulu Tanah based on community participation in Mattampawalie Village. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. Community participation-based tourism in the Hutan Pinus Bulu Tanah tourism, Bone Regency. The result of this study indicate that the tourism development strategy of the Hutan Pinus Bulu Tanah is based on community participation. The Mattampawalie Village community who are members of the Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Labongke, which is a tourism management institution, have fully participated at every stage of partiscipation. The results of the SWOT analysis carried out can be ascertained that the Hutan Pintus Bulu Tanah tourism needs to implement an aggressive growth strategy for the Growth Oriented Strategy, because it is in an area of ​​strength and opportunity. Aggression must be done as much as possible, in order to increase growth and achieve maximum progress. The need to follow market developments, so that they can continue to survive in the competition and take a participatory approach to the community and government so that a more harmonious relationship can be established, mutual trust in each other and can build good cooperation.

Abstract

The use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar public university. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Aris Baharuddin).This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of social media and product innovation either partially or simultaneously on the development of micro-enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. The population of this research is the micro business actors in the trading sector in Luwu Regency. Determination The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of samples obtained is as many as one hundred respondents, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five which consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results showed that the use of social media in the very good category, product innovation in the good category, and business development in the very good category. The results of the reference analysis show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the use of Digital Marketing has on the competitiveness of SMEs in Bone Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive type of research with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data of this study were obtained from the results of data processing using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Digital Marketing Utilization and MSME Competitiveness in Bone Regency have a significant influence. This is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression test and a correlation coefficient test of 0.600, which means that the relationship between Digital Marketing Utilization and MSME Competitiveness is good/strong. And the Coefficient of Determination Test R^2 was obtained at 0.360, which means that the influence of Digital Marketing Utilization on MSME Competitiveness in Bone Regency obtained a value of 36.0%, while the remaining 64.0% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Effect Cyberloafing on Employee Performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. Thesis. Business Administration Science Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Sirajuddin Saleh). This study aims to find out how the description and whether there is an effect cyberloafing on the performance of employees at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables.variable cyberloafing , the indicators used are e-mailing activity and browsing activity. As for the employee performance variables using indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the secretariat of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province which consisted of three sub. section namely sub. general section, staffing and law, sub. finance and sub. part of the program totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Krejcie table, which is 36 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each cyberloafing and employee performance are in the quite and very good categories. Based on the determinant coefficient test, there is a very small effect between the two variables, which is 16.3%. Based on the simple linear regression coefficient, it shows a negative value, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is negative. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between cyberloafing on employee performance.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions in e-commerce for students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State University. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of brand ambassadoronto students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State University, to determine the level of purchasing decisionsonto students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State University, and to find out the influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions in e-commerce for students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State University. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outinDepartment of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State University. Sources of data in the study arestudent atDepartment of Administrative Sciences, Makassar State Universityin June to July 2022. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the brand ambassador is in the very good category. The indicators on the purchasing decision variables are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a very strong relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there are The Influence of Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions in E-Commerce for Students in the Department of Administrative Sciences.

Abstract

In the business world, it is inseparable from marketing theory. Marketing in In the business world, it is inseparable from marketing theory. Marketing in business is very important to introduce the goods or services offered to the general public. To offer products or services can be done by using existing social media by branding the products we have. The problem that then arises is how the marketing strategy applied by the cultivators related to fish cultivation on Jl. Tamalabba Manggatiga Paccerakang in increasing family economic income. Then what are the determinants of the marketing of fish farming products at that location. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the research were processed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the marketing strategy implemented was a combination of the marketing mix, namely producing 4 indicators, namely product, distribution, promotion, and price. What was then carried out was a direct promotion process where the system went directly to the field to introduce what fish farming was like, hatchery to the product ready for harvest at what age and size. Then regarding the determinants of food produced by fish farming in that location, it can be seen from internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and then external factors (opportunities and threats).

Abstract

Knowledge and expertise are some of the factors that affect employee performance, to achieve company goals, employees must be able to meet these performance standards. Every company has a different way so that its employees can have the knowledge and skills needed to support the process of achieving company goals. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of education and training on employee performance at PT. Julia Multimedia Nusantara Makassar, partially or simultaneously.. This research is quantitative using multiple linear regression method, with the help of SPSS 25 software. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Data retrieval using a saturated sample technique because the population is less than 100, then all members of the population are used as samples, totaling 35 employees. The results showed that partially the education variable had no effect on employee performance, on the contrary the test results for the training variable showed that partially there was a significant effect on performance. While the education and training variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a strong correlation level.

Abstract

4P Marketing Mix Strategy in Increasing Sales of PT Intan Pariwara Palopo. Thesis of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Business Administration Study Program, Makassar State University. Supervised by Herlina Sakawati and Andi Muhammad Rivai. This study aims to identify and analyze the 4P marketing mix strategy in increasing PT Intan Pariwara Palopo's sales. To achieve this goal, this study used a qualitative approach, this study took 10 (ten) respondents, consisting of Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, postal sales, warehouses and consumers. Data collection procedures used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that PT Intan Pariwara Palopo has implemented a good and effective marketing mix strategy in accordance with the theory of Kotler & Keller. In implementing the marketing mix, PT Intan Pariwara Palopo conducted product, price, place and promotion research to determine a marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist facilities on the level of visitor satisfaction in the object of research on Bintang Galesong Beach Baths, Takalar Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study was 83 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of validity tests and reliability tests on research instruments, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate where tourism facilities are in the good category. For indicators on the variable level of visitor satisfaction is in the good category. based on the correlation test there is a strong/high relationship, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between tourist facilities on the level of visitor satisfaction at the Bintang Galesong beach bathing object, Takalar Regency.
