Abstract

Annulment of a marriage is an action that states that the marriage bond that has been entered into is invalid according to the court's decision. The result is that the marriage is considered to have never existed. A marriage can be annulled if it does not meet the legal requirements. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with an empirical normative approach. The purpose of this paper is to understand the factors that cause marriage annulment and the legal consequences of marriage annulment on the status of children. The results of this research are that the effect of marriage annulment on the status of the child resulting from the marriage is called "my status" meaning that the child is not decided by the father and not decided by the mother, but remains a legitimate child. In child care, if the child is under 12 years old, the mother will care for him, whereas if the child is over 12 years old, the child can decide to go with his father or mother. So the child's status is called "my status".

Abstract

The research aims to address the issue of low activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes in students. To overcome this problem, the PESAT model is introduced in the learning process. The study focuses on teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking skills, and student learning outcomes. The research employs Classroom Action Research (PTK) and is conducted at three meetings. The subjects are students from Class IV A of SDN Manarap Lama 1 in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 22 students. The research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data analysis involves descriptive techniques, with results presented in tables, graphs, and percentages. The findings indicate that educators' activities receive a score of 32 based on the "Very Good" criterion. Student activity increases by 91% using the "Almost All Students Are Very Active" criterion. Critical thinking skills improve by 100% using the "All Students Very High" criterion. Learning outcomes also increase by 100% using the "Very Good" criterion. In conclusion, the use of the PESAT model leads to increased activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes. These results can serve as a reference for future research and the implementation of the PESAT model in educational settings..

Abstract

This research was conducted in Bungaraya Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The aim was to determine the learning motivation of elderly people in the literacy program in Bungaraya Village, and to determine the results of the literacy education program in Bungaraya Village. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. With a total of seven subjects coming from the community, with the condition that subjects other than village people include transmigrants who have lived in the village for decades, and are deemed capable of defining and explaining a problem solving process based on existing facts. The theories used are social action theory and motivation theory. Field research found that the learning motivation of elderly people in literacy programs is quite high and the results of literacy programs are very effective in eradicating cases of illiteracy. The government, administrators and tutors work together to continue efforts to eradicate illiteracy. The literacy program is an effective step for the government to always pay attention to its people in social, development and educational matters.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the phenomenon of online game addiction in teenagers in Sukaraja District, and the factors that cause the phenomenon of online game addiction in teenagers in Sukaraja District, what is the impact of the phenomenon of teenagers being addicted to online games in the District. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research results showed that the phenomenon of teenagers addicted to online games in Sukaraja District is a normal thing for teenagers who are involved in the world of online games. On average, those who are addicted to online games are school age children, starting from middle school, high school and college students, almost all of whom have experienced playing online games. Many things influence and cause this phenomenon to occur, starting from the teenagers themselves, parents or family, environmental factors, as well as the learning process followed by teenagers at school and also the influence of peer interactions. The impact of online game addiction has an impact on aspects of teenagers' lives which include health, psychological, academic, social and financial aspects.

Abstract

The novel "And the Rain Stopped" by Farida Susanty is a novel that tells the story of a man named Leo Strada who experiences depression and distrust of anyone. In this research, the author uses Carl Jung's psychoanalysis theory to analyze the novel. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Jung's psychoanalytic theory focuses on the concept of the unconscious and archetypes. The author finds that the novel "And the Rain Stopped" contains many archetypes that describe Leo Strada's experience in dealing with depression. The author also found that the novel describes Leo Strada's individuation process, which is his process of reaching psychological maturity. This study shows that Jung's theory of psychoanalysis can be used to analyze the novel "And the Rain Stopped". The theory can help us understand Leo Strada's experience in dealing with depression and his individuation process.

Abstract

Education in the era of digitalization has undergone significant changes with the use of technology-based learning media. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using technology-based learning media in the context of education in the digital era. The results of the analysis show that the use of technology-based learning media can increase student engagement, understanding of concepts, and learning motivation. In addition, this approach allows easier access to a wide range of learning resources and allows for more adaptive learning according to individual needs. However, the results also reveal several challenges, including the need for proper training for teachers and students, as well as the need to mitigate security and privacy-related risks in the use of technology. The study concludes that, while recognizing the positive potential of technology-based learning media, it is important to design and implement effective strategies to ensure that technology is used optimally in educational contexts.

Abstract

Discipline is a very important attitude for every person to have in order to be accepted in society. Of the many positive impacts that a person gets by being disciplined, of course there are also negative impacts that arise if they are not disciplined in an environment. The reason someone is not disciplined is because of their negative perception of those rules. So, so that students can comply with school rules, they must have a positive perception of the rules, so that a disciplined attitude will be formed in students. This research aims to determine the relationship between students' perceptions regarding the implementation of school rules and discipline attitudes of students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study were students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta, while the sample in this study was students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between student perceptions and student disciplinary attitudes. This can be seen from the correlation test results of 0.566 with a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p < 0.01) from the r table of 0.138 which states that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Students who have good ability to interact tend to be able to adjust to new environments and are comfortable in class. In contrast to students who experience problems in interacting, they tend to have difficulty in adapting so that feelings of pressure arise when in class. As a result, when in group activities or discussions, students tend to be passive, afraid to express their opinions, become quiet when in class, and prefer to do tasks individually. The informants in this study were nine grade X students and one counseling teacher at SMA Negeri Gondangrejo. In this study, researchers used interviews in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation and documentation in data collection. The conclusion that can be drawn is that there are two different perspectives related to the phenomenon raised by the researcher. The first is the perspective of informants who have good proximity or ability to interact with their peers. The second is the perspective of informants who have difficulty interacting with their peers.

Abstract

Self-control is an individual's ability to restrain momentary desires or urges that conflict with behavior that is not in accordance with social norms. Adolescents who have low self-control will also have a low sense of empathy and will not think about the long-term effects of the behavior they have carried out. Empathy is an activity to understand what other people are thinking and feeling, as well as what other people are thinking and feeling. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-control and empathy in class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sragen. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of SMP N 2 Sragen, while the sample in this study was class VII students of SMP N 2 Sragen with a total of 198 students as respondents. The results of hypothesis testing show that the hypothesis proposed in this research cannot be accepted, as evidenced by the absence of a significant or strong relationship between empathy and self-control in class VII students at SMP N 2 Sragen. This can be seen in the correlation test results obtained with a value of r = 0.318, with a significance of p = 0.818.

Abstract

Educators become one of the important figures in education because teachers are figures who act as educators and teachers during formal education. The welfare of educators in schools needs to always be strived for. Early childhood education (PAUD) is a process of coaching in children's growth and development from the age of 0 to 6 years, which is carried out thoroughly and includes all development by stimulating physical and spiritual development so that children develop according to their time optimally. To provide good stimulation to child development, a professional educator is needed. This study uses a form of qualitative descriptive research, where researchers try to find information that will be the topic of research by prioritizing verbal data. This study used a phenomenological approach. The results of this study showed that the well-being of the 7 subjects in the researcher is very good, it is evidenced by a good attitude of self-acceptance, personal improvement towards positivity, being able to establish positive relationships with others around him, having autonomy or being able to manage his life well and having life goals that lead to the world and the hereafter.
