Abstract

This article aims to analyze the management of Rindu Hati Tourism Village from the perspective of Maqashid Syari’ah. The economic aspect of Islam is focused on the analysis of Maqashid Syari’ah, namely Hifdz Din (maintaining religion), Hifdz Aql (guarding reason), Hifdz Nasl (keeping offspring), Hifdz Nafs (guarding the soul), Hifdz Maal (keeping property). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of field research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data analyzed by looking at the Maqashid Syari’ah aspect. The research results show that the management of Rindu Hati Tourism Village, from the perspective of Maqashid Syari’ah, has not met the five criteria of Maqashid Syari’ah as a whole. Still, only a few activities have been seen that lead to the maintenance of Maqashid Syari’ah.

Abstract

G.C.C. countries use oil as a significant source of state revenue because the G.C.C. region is a collection of world oil-producing countries. However, since the world oil price slumped from 2005-2008, governments have changed course by imposing taxes on their citizens. The point of this study is to argue the G.C.C. countries that have changed their tax-free system in their economy into countries that apply taxes today. Then, the views of some Muslim scientists related to taxation are related to changes in tax policy in G.C.C. countries. The qualitative method is used in this paper with a critical approach and analysis of several kinds of literature and financial reports relating to changes in tax policy in the G.C.C. area. The results of this study explain that the G.C.C. countries compile a value-added tax of 5%, which is applied to several basic needs such as food, clothing, water, and electricity bills. Later, some Muslim scientists agreed on the existence of taxes for the common good, a source of revenue for public facilities and services.

Abstract

The study aims to measure the performance of national zakat management and its impact on poverty alleviation in Indonesia for the 2021 period. National Zakat Index (N.Z.I.) 2.0, formed based on macro and micro dimensions, is used to measure the performance of national zakat management. The General Poverty Index (GPI), with headcount index, income gap ratio, poverty gap, sen index, and F.G.T. index, and the B.A.Z.N.A.S. Welfare Index (B.W.I.), with indicators of the poverty line, had kifayah. Nisab zakat is used to measure the impact of zakat management on poverty alleviation in Indonesia for the 2021 period. The result show (1) The performance of the national zakat management for the 2021 period is considered very good, with an N.Z.I. value of 0,88. (2) Based on the GPI and B.W.I. indicators, the management of national zakat in the distribution sector has been able to improve the welfare of mustahik and alleviate poverty in Indonesia for the 2021 period

Abstract

Policymakers, the Public debt is a problem that the monetary and fiscal authorities have long been concerned about. The amount of public debt concerning fiscal viability and the financial crisis has received a lot of attention recently. This study's goal is to examine and evaluate how the function and impact of debt, both external and internal, on the macroeconomic situation of various countries. The researcher will present several cases of empirical evidence regarding the impact of debt on the socio-economics of a country. The main focus of this research discussion is on the theoretical study of debt and the impact of debt in various countries in the region, as well as the views of Islamic thinkers on public debt. A library study was the research methodology employed. by collecting, identifying, and analyzing articles and related references (literature review) related to the focus research. Furthermore, researchers will examine several cases of portraits of various empirical evidence concerning the country's socioeconomic debt. The findings demonstrate that an Islamic state will be successful based on its ability to collect taxes, alms, and other required and optional sources of income, as well as revenue from public works projects, real estate, and natural resources. To achieve a balanced budget and prevent wasteful spending, the state will implement the middle-at-tawasuth principle.

Abstract

Peer to Peer (P2P) sharia lending is a type of fintech used by sharia fintechs that utilize technology services. This research aims to analyze the development of fintech peer to peer lending sharia using the maqashid sharia approach. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, through three stages, namely orientation, exploration and focused literature study. The results of this research show that there are seven types of sharia peer to peer lending registered at the OJK, and of the seven P2P lending fintech, the mechanism used is by the MUI DSN Fatwa No: 117/DSN-MUI/II /2018 regarding information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles, this shows that fintech P2P Sharia Lending in Indonesia has fulfilled the maqasid of sharia and has clear legal protection. However, what is needed now is efforts to increase literacy about P2P Sharia Lending in the community.

Abstract

Financial technology has become an opportunity and a problem for the public sector and SMEs or Indonesian micro, small and medium enterprises in recent years, especially those in the city of Padang. This research aims to analyze the effect of privacy and security on the intention to use LinkAja’s payment financial technology. The problem is that fewer people use the LinkAja fintech payment application compared to DANA, GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay. LinkAja noted that its market share has the smallest transaction value of the total value of e-wallet transactions in IndonesiaPrimary data is needed, and distribute the questionnaire through a google form program. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of one hundred and thirty-six respondents. Using the Smart PLS program, this study includes a measurement model assessment (MMA) program, descriptive analysis, and structural model assessment (SMA). Results show that privacy has a positive effect and significance on intentions to use financial payment technology. Security also positively and significantly impacts using monetary payment technology for SMEs’ Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of Islamic Banking In Indonesia with the IsIamicity Performance Index approach with the ratio of P.S.R., Z.P.R., E.D.R., and I.I.C. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of the annual report statements of Islamic banking for the 2016-2020 period. The samples in this study were three banks. The results show that the Profit Sharing Ratio (P.S.R.) of B.C.A. Syariah Bank and Bank MuamaIat Indonesia get a good predicate with a value of >30%. In the Zakat Performance Ratio (Z.P.R.), all samples get an insufficient predicate with a discount of <35% The EquitabIe Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) Qardh and Donations, all models received a vague predicate with a value of <35%. The equitable Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) of all samples of the workforce also received an unfordable predicate with a value of <35%. fair Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) The net profit of all pieces received an insufficient predicate with a value <35%. In the ratio of Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income, all models get an excellent predicate with a value of >35% and an average of 99.98%

Abstract

The transfer of the status of Islamic religious universities has the aim that Islamic education has breadth in developing general science based on Islamic science. Among practitioners and activists, this is known as scientific integration. In addition, transformation (alih status) has a very significant impact on all sides. Especially human resources, the main thing is lecturers. This study analyzed the readiness of lecturers' human resources at I.A.I.N. Bengkulu. This study used primary and secondary data—mapping and analyzing the real data of lecturers both in quantity and quality. The results showed that I.A.I.N. Bengkulu has lecturers who are lacking in quantity and low in quality. To solve this problem, UIN FAS Bengkulu must have a roadmap for developing lecturer competencies. The roadmap is structured correctly and done consistently. During the first five years, I.A.I.N. Bengkulu became UIN FAS Bengkulu was strongly encouraged to focus on the development of lecturers and returned to be carried out consistently for the next five years. If it is not done, it will have an impact on the development of the institution in the next ten years.
