Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion and store atmosphere as independent variables on the impulsive buying of visitors Jadi Baru Kebumen Department Store. In taking the sample, non-probability sampling method was used with purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to prospective respondents through various social media. Based on the results of the questionnaire, data from 100 respondents was obtained which was then processed using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression methods, namely there was a finding that the promotion variable had a negative influence on impulsive buying. Meanwhile, the store atmosphere variable has a positive influence on the impulsive buying of Jadi Baru Kebumen Departement Store visitors. The results of this research can have implications for managers to be able to evaluate the promotional strategies they apply and pay attention to and improve the store atmosphere at Jadi Baru Kebumen Departement Store

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of infrastructure that runs rapidly and results in competition between companies. Therefore the company must be able to survive and improve its business performance to attract more investors to invest. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of stock valuation and stock returns in a company as the basis for making stock investment decisions whether undervalued or overvalued by using one of the stock valuation analyzes, namely the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. from the Sea Transportation SubSector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 Period. The results of the analysis in this research are that the condition of the shares of LEAD and MBSS in 2017-2021 is undervalued where the market price is lower than the fair price, so investors should buy these shares. Meanwhile, BBRM, BLTA and HITS 2018 and BBRM, HITS and PTIS in 2020 are overvalued where the market price is higher than the fair price, so investors should sell the company's shares.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty at Warkop Berkah Big's Family. The sample of the research were the customers of Warkop Berkah Big’s Family, as many as 100 respondents, and using purposive sampling with descriptive analys tehnique, validation, reliability, multiple liniearregression and hypotesa test. The results showed that quality service has a tcount value of 3.646 > ttable 1.660 which has a positive effect on customer’s loyalty. Satisfaction has a value of tcount 8.592 > ttable 1.660 which has a positive effect on customer’s loyalty. Quality service and satisfaction have value Fcount 79.090 > Ftable 3.089 a positive effect on customer’s loyalty. This the hypothesis is H1 and H2 accepted. So it can be concluded that quality service and satisfaction effect customer’s loyalty in warkop berkah big’s family. So H3 is accepted

Abstract

Recruiting can have the biggest impact on revenue in expanding organizations. Optimus Consulting is a local based start-up company in human resource offers executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, end-to-end mass hiring such as Management Trainee hiring program, and digital recruitment platform that helps recruiter to manage and monitor hiring process. The goal of the research is to develop a successful approach for recruiting and selecting the sales team in order to boost sales revenue. Throught a qualitative data analysis, the study found that sales team recruitment process are essential and will impact directly to the performance and the achievement of the particular sales. To address with the opportunities, Optimus should focus on improving the current recruitment process into new recruitment process with some new steps are adding into it. Some of the steps are technical assessment, simulation (case study and role play), background checking and medical check up. By addressing these opportunities, Optimus can effectively find the right sales talent to strengthen the sales team in order to increase the sales revenue and achieve its yearly target.

Abstract

One of the biggest FMCG companies in the country is Unilever Indonesia, which has already operated in Indonesia for more than 80 years. They have established their leadership in the Indonesian market since they have huge penetration even in the rural areas, and they have designed logistical and supply chain systems, especially in general and traditional trade and markets. However, since the 2010s, Unilever has faced huge competition, especially from local competitors in particular the home care, beauty, and personal care business categories. In the span of 10 years, their market share declined by almost 3.5%, while other small local manufacturers increased it by almost 7%. The study aims to identify the current product communication and claim regulatory and compliance review discussion called Local Claim Forum (LCF) flaws and loopholes, including the improvement area, propose the improvement plan for the LCF process, and propose the implementation timeline for the LCF process. The data analysis method(s) used are qualitative data analysis using thematic analysis. The study found that 1) effective communication is the main part to be improved in the socialization framework. 2) Knowledge and information documentation are the main concerns that need to be addressed in the externalization framework. 3) IT utilization and digital cloud storage are the main action plans for improving the Combination Framework. 4) LCF guidelines and additional training are needed to improve the internalization framework of the process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial ratios and Economic Value Added on Market Value Added in Islamic Commercial Bank BUMN in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2017-2019. The samples used were three companies with a purposive sampling method. The research data analysis stage is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study simultaneously showed that CAR, BOPO, FDR, NPF, and EVA affect the Market Value Added. Partially CAR and FDR has no effect on stock prices. NPF affecting the Market Value Added. This means that every increase in NPF will raise Market Value Added, while BOPO and EVA has a negative influence on Market Value Added, meaning that any increase in BOPO and EVA will reduce Market Value Added.

Abstract

The main problem analyzed in this study is how large and significant the contribution of the realization of the direct expenditure budget of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Aceh Regency to Regional Original Revenue was during 2018-2022. The aim is to determine the progress of budget realization and Regional Original Revenue, as well as Direct Expenditure Budget Participation on Regional Original Revenue obtained by the agency. To solve the above problem, Seconds data was collected at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Aceh Regency, then the data was analyzed with a determinant coefficient and tested with a t-test at a confidence level of 0.05. The results of the study found that the development of budget realization during 2018-2022 decreased by 19.93% per year as a result of a decrease in direct expenditure by 20.44% per year, thus causing a decrease in Regional Original Revenue by 0.05% per year. In addition, the realization of direct expenditure is positively correlated at 24.3% with a contribution of 5.90% but not significant. For this reason, it needs to be optimized through intensive levy levies to obtain greater direct budget realization in the future.

Ruko Botania in Batam Center is an area where the author's activities are carried out. It should be noted that MSMEs in Indonesia have a very important impact on the role of the economy, Mr.Ong's Bangka Pangsit Noodle MSME is a business engaged in the culinary food sector. This UMKM was opened in 2010 at Botania Garden. The concept of digital marketing originates from the internet and search engines on websites. Creating an Instagram account for the promotion of Mie Pangsit Ayam Bangka Mr.Ong in the form of a product photo that has been designed to include Instagram and a Whatsapp number, and a Facebook contact as well as a Google Maps link which will make it easier for consumers if they want to visit the place of business directly. the instastory feature is also used so that the account's followers can find out the latest info from Mie Pangsit Bangka Mr.Ong, namely @miepangsitbangka.mrong. The purpose of implementing digital marketing for Mr. Ong's Bangka Pangsit Noodle business is so that this business can be better known by the people of Batam. Apart from that, creating social media accounts is also free. Social media will make it easier to interact with customers

Abstract

In terms of financial records, the government has established the preparation of financial reports for MSMEs, namely SAK EMKM (Standards for Financial Accounting for Micro, Small and Medium Entities). Financial reports are generated through a procedure that is commonly referred to as the accounting cycle. This study aims to describe the application of accounting standards to small and medium enterprises of dodol entrepreneurs in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of seven MSME dodol entrepreneurs in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that MSME dodol entrepreneurs in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency have not yet implemented it accounting standards as a whole up to the reporting stage accountability in a period, business actors only do Keeping proof of transactions and recording ordinary journals. This is due to by several obstacles, including the lack of knowledge of business actors regarding accounting records, the assumption that between owners and employees are close relatives, and because the educational background of dodol business actors related to accounting is very low.

Abstract

Students as part of educational institutions are required to be able to develop various potentials optimally. In reality, students often face their assignments and appear reluctant and delay doing them. This study aims to seek dominance the effect of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on academic procrastination. The type of research used associative quantitative research, research that asks the relationship between 2 or more variables. this study used a causal relationship. the population in this study totaled 215 from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 class. the sample in this study totaled 140 which were collected using random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect of self-regulated learning on academic procrastination with the result tcount > ttable (13.391> 1.977), there was no significant negative effect of self-regulated learning on student academic procrastination with the results tcount < ttable (1.606< 1.977), there is a simultaneous effect of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on student academic procrastination with the results Fcount>Ftable (239.889>3.08) and obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.778 or 77.8% while the remaining 23.8 % is influenced by other variables not tested in this study. The number of respondents is not as much as expected and researchers experienced difficulties when distributing questionnaires to respondents.
