Abstract

The study aims to increase the relative contribution of science learning to the achievement of national education goals. Internalizing the value of monotheism in scientific material will not reduce the level of scientific scholarship itself. This research is a qualitative study that is a literature study (library research) that uses books and other literature as the main object. In fact, these studies can improve the quality of science material. Science as a means to develop cognitive potential, science can also grow the potential of conscience (affective). This scientific material will be able to instill confidence in everything that exists in nature. Everything that is essentially created by God, Almighty God. This belief can drive against beliefs about submission, characteristics, and order of things that Allah created (sunnatullah), so that humans can learn them. All this will enable the growth of a positive attitude, the awe of the greatness, power, and love of God, a motivation to give thanks, increase faith and devotion to Allah Almighty. Internalization of the value of monotheism in science material can be done through the disclosure of values/wisdom/meaning/nature of the scientific material based on Islamic values

Abstract

Metacognitive is one of the important factors must have by student. This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning model on students' metacognitive sklills and find out the students' responses about it’s implementation. This research is a pre experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this study was grade 3rd of biology education students. The instrument in this study is an essay and metacognition descriptor rubric to assess students' metacognitive skill, then questionnaires to obtain data on student responses that implemented the CORE learning model. Based on the results of the paired sample t test on student metacognition scores obtained sig. 0.00 <0.05, it means that there are differences between the results of the student's pretest and posttest. Then, based on N-gain analysis pretest and posttest data, it is known that the N-gain value is 0.71, it’s means high increase category,. Then the result of pearson correlation test to analyze correlation between cognitive learning outcomes and student metacognitive skills obtained sig. 0,00, it means that there was a correlation between the two of them. Based on some of these analyzes it can be concluded that the CORE learning model influences students' metacognitive skills on lipid material. This was supported by the results of a questionnaire showed that students gave positive responses about the application of the CORE learning model, it was known from questionnaire data, more than 85% of students felt the CORE model had a positive impact on learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model kooperatif think talk write berbantuan media leaflet pada materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa, lembar observasi proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah siswa dengan kategori aktif pada siklus I sebesar 60,61% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 75,76%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,76% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 87,88%. Persentase proses pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 94.44% dengan kategori baik dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 100% dengan kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan pembelajaran kooperatif think talk write berbantuanleaflet dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perubahan lingkungan di kelas X MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.

Abstract

Efforts to manage the recycling of paper waste into new paper have been carried out in recent times. It takes a tool or machine that is able to effectively and efficiently recycle used paper into new paper. There are several factors that affect the effectiveness of paper recycling machines, one of which is the paper thickness. One method that can be used to analyze the factors that influence paper thickness in the paper production process using a paper recycling machine is regression analysis. Regression analysis is data analysis techniques in statistics that is used to examine the relationship between several independent variables and dependent variable. However, if we want to examine the relationship or effect of two or more independent variables on a dependent variable, the regression model used is a multiple linear regression model. This study purposes are to analyze the factors that influence paper thickness using a paper recycling machine using multiple linear regression and to inform the modeling about that. The results showed that the factors that affect the paper thickness optimization are destruction and press phase.

Abstract

There are lack of science student worksheet based on inductive thinking in the education system are. So the purpose of this study is to create appropriate and good student worksheet teaching material using inductive thinking model in science learning, and to test whether there are differences in students' critical thinking by using science teaching materials based on inductive thinking model compared to conventional teaching materials in SDN 66 Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is R&D (Research and Developmet), which was developed using the Borg and Gall model proposed by Sugiyono. The instruments in this study werequestionnaire and essay test. The data analysis technique used is the "t" test. The results of the study that teaching materials are appropriate according to the material experts , teachers and the product is also good according to students. Teaching material about force in science using LKS based on inductive thinkingmodel can improve the critical thinking of SDN 66 students in Bengkulu City. This is also evidenced by the results of the "t" test obtained at sig 0.00 <0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference between students who use science teaching materials based on inductivethinking models with conventional teaching materials at SDN 66 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

adanya dikotomi antara ilmu umum dan ilmu agama, padahal semua ilmu itu bersumber dari Al-Quran. Ada lebih dari 800 ayat kauniyyah Al-Quran namun pembahasan tentang itu kurang diminati. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain pembelajaran IPA terintegrasi Al-Quran dan nilai-nilai pesantren serta bagaimana implementasinya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka (library research) untuk menganalisis Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar IPA Terpadu yang ada di SMP/MTs Kelas VII, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berisi ayat kauniyah serta nilai-nilai pesantren. Hasil menunjukkan semua Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar memiliki potensi pengintegrasian pembelajaran IPA dengan Al Quran dan nilai-nilai pesantren. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai kerangka awal islamisasi sains dalam bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif biologi melalui model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bulu Kabupaten Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi, tes dan lembar observasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Data dan sumber data berasal dari siswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian dan guru mata pelajaran biologi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif sebesar 67% (19 siswa tuntas KKM). Hasil tersebut belum memenuhi indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80% (22 siswa tuntas KKM). Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif 85% (24 siswa tuntas KKM) sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yaitu 80%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif biologi.

Abstract

Solving science problems theoretically is sometimes difficult for students to do. This is because students have never been in direct contact with science problems. This study aims to develop student live worksheets based on problem based learning on optical instrument chapter The research method used reffered to the research and development by Sugiyono. This model has steps consisting of 10 steps: (1) Potential and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product trial, (7) Product Revision, (8) Usage Trial, (9) Product Revision, and (10) Mass production. This research was only carried out until the seventh step. This study used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaires and used qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques.The results of the validity of the student live worksheet had been declared very valid based on the results of the validation of the learning material experts who obtained a score of 85% with a very valid category, and media experts obtained a score of 77.08% with a very valid category. In addition, the student work sheet was declared very practical with a value of 97.22% without revision. Based on the students' responses, they scored 91.67% in the very good category. Based on these data, it can be said that the student live worksheet Based on Problem Based Learning on Optical Instrument chapter stated to be very valid and practical to be used as science teaching material in schools.

Abstract

Pembelajaran menurut peraturan harus berpusat pada mahasiswa. Dalam perkembangannya mahasiswa yang memiliki hal tersebut belum diketahui profil kognitifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profile kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa PGSD pada mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis kualitatif penskoran dengan koreksi terhadap jawaban tebakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Mahasiswa PGSD memiliki profil kemampuan kognitif pada mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar (IAD) sebagai berikut; (1) Mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo yang memiliki kemampuan kognitif yang sangat tinggi sebesar 7%, tinggi sebesar 40%, sedang sebesar 37%, dan kemampuan kognitif yang rendah sebesar 17%. (2) Mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo dalam mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar memiliki profil kemampuan kognitif berupa kemampuan mengingat (C1) sebesar 75%, kemampuan memahami (C2) sebesar 90%, kemampuan mengaplikasikan (C3)sebesar 57,50% dan kemampuan menganalisis (C4) sebesar 30%. (3) Kemampuan mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo dalam proses kognitif LOTS (Low Order Thinking Skill) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan proses kognitif HOTS (High Order Thingking Skill).

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika sangat berkaitan dengan proses kerja ilmiah. Belajar fisika seharusnya bukan sekadar unutk menghapal rumus, melainkan dirancang kegiatan khusus untuk menemukan materi yang dipelajari atau dikenal dengan istilah pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri. Salah satu materi fisika, Listrik Dinamis, akan lebih mudah dipelajari menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS Listrik Dinamis berbasis inkuiri. LKS berbasis inkuiri dirancang menggunakan pendekatan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D, dengan tahapan Define, Design, Develope, dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian berupa LKS Listrik Dinamis berbasis Inkuiri dengan klasifikasi LKS eksperimen (LKS I, LKS IIA, LKS IIB, LKS IIA, LKS IIIB) dan LKS non-eksperimen (LKS IIIC). Pada tahap disseminate dilakukan uji coba pemahaman siswa terhadap LKS Inkuiri, dengan menggunakan tes formatif yang terdiri dari 14 soal pilihan ganda dan satu soal essay. Hasil skor siswa kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh daya serap siswa terhadap pemahaman materi. Secara rerata daya serap siswa pada materi LKS inkuiri terkategorikan baik. Pembelajaran fisika sangat berkaitan dengan proses kerja ilmiah.
