Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the role of PAI teachers in improving the religious quality ofstudents at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al Falah Pungging Village, Mojokerto Regency. With aqualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques use observation, interviews, anddocumentation, the researcher analyzed by the Miles and Hubberman analysis techniques, datareduction, data display, and conclusion, the research gave results that the quality of religiousstudents, can be seen from everyday morals, both in terms of speech, behavior, and charactertowards teachers and friends. Honesty which is the principle of faithful people reflected ineveryday school life. Through habituation activities, the role of PAI teachers is to oversee theprogram and make these activities a good habit which includes scheduled/routine, spontaneous,and caring activities. The role of PAI teachers in habituation activities can be seen from the resultsof students' behavior and responses to programs/activities related to improving the religiousquality of students from time to time. SMK Nurul Hidayah Al Falah Pungging has adequatefacilities and infrastructure to support the program, but external factors often become obstacles,especially the freedom of students to access the internet, especially outside school hours. PAIteachers make an effort, one of them is to approach emotionally, habituate in religious activitiesand become a good example for students in the SMK Nurul Hidayah Al Falah Pungging, until theefforts made are in accordance with what is expected Keywords: PAI Teacher's role, habituation, religious quality

Abstract

Abstract: The article discusses the financing management model at MTs AlHikmaturrohmaniyahSukorejoPasuruan.Aqualitativeapproachwithdescriptiveanalysis wasusedinthisstudy.Thetechniqueofcollectingdataisbyinterview,observation,and documentation. The author uses the Miles and Hubberman models, data reduction, datadisplay, and verification / conclusion in analyzing data. The results of the study show: first,the financing management model at MTs Al-Hikmaturrohmaniyah Sukorejo Pasuruan hasbeen systematically following the management process, namely by implementing threeimportant paths in which includes planning income and expenditure budgets, overseeingeducation financing that departs from the planned needs of both madrasah and theprovisions of the local ministry of religion, the use of education funding is with certainconsiderations and priorities in previous planning, and supervision of education funding asa control and evaluation for future improvements. Second, the application of the financingmanagement model at MTs Al Hikmarurrohmaniyah Sukorejo Pasuruan is in accordancewith the principles of quality development in the financing sector with procedures forplanning, budgeting, supervision, and reporting. This is in accordance with the concept ofquality management that the development of quality is all forms of development activitiesthat must go through the process of planning, implementation, and reporting. Abstract

Abstract: This article intends to describe the contribution of pesantren in educating thelife of the nation in the perpective of Pesantren Tebuireng. History has proven that therole and contribution of pesantren in the life of the nation and state, especiallyeducation. The role of pesantren in the national education system is as a major pillar.Its contribution in national education is not only administrative but also substantiveaspects of morality. As a pillar of national education, pesantren is able to worktogether in solving national problems through the role of education. Instilling nationalideology through education is part of the role of pesantren through the doctrine ofpesantren values. Various types of pesantren, both salaf and modern, all contribute tobuilding character in society. Because the basic character of pesantren is moral-basedhuman development. Pesantren Tebuireng is one of thousands of Islamic boardingschools that have an important role in educating the life of the nation.

Abstract

Abstract: This research explores the strategy of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in improving thequality of learning in MTs. Miftahul Maarif Kudus. With a descriptive qualitative approach,this study uses documentation, observation, and interviews in exploring data and datareduction, displaying data, and drawing conclusions in analyzing data, the results of thestudy show: first, students' understanding, evaluation of learning outcomes, development ofteacher strategies to actualize various potentials in his possession, showed goodqualifications. The implementation is carried out every semester 5 times with the aim of theimplementation being to get data and information about achieving competence. Second, theteacher's strategy in improving quality is by attending training, through independentlearning, reading books related to her field, and increasing his knowledge through otherrelevant media. Third, the factors that influence the strategy are time constraints, and thereare still students who have difficulty in learning. While the efforts of Aqeedah Moralteachers in improving the quality of learning are very good and endless with innovationsand fun tricks in learning, for example quizzes, additional learning methods.

Abstract

Abstract: This research examines the role of the Yanbu'a learning method in increasingthe competence in reading the Koran of students at Roushon Fikr Jombang IslamicElementary School. With a phenomnologic qualitative descriptive model, researchers useobservation, documentation and interviews in extracting data by reducing data, displayingdata, and drawing conclusions in data analysis procedures. The results showed the role ofthe Yanbu'a learning method in improving the reading competence of the Quran studentsin the Islamic Elementary School of Roushon Fikr Jombang has changed since using theYanbu'a method. On the contrary, after using the method of learning Yanbu'a the resultsof the achievements of Islamic elementary school students Roushon Fikr Jombangexperienced many changes namely very rapid progress, which meets the standard ofachievement according to their respective classes. To find out the competence of studentsin reading the Koran, there are several tests that must be taken by students of IslamicElementary School Roushon Fikr Jombang, which has been determined by the BranchManager of Muqarabah Yanbu'a. The tests included: Volume Increase Test which wasattended by parents, and a closed Imtihan that was tested by the central penguus tomeasure student learning outcomes after completing volumes 1-7, and observing pureQur'an juz 1-30.

Abstract

Abstract: The study looked for influence between the intensity of Islamic religiouseducation on the formation of student morals at SMP Roushan Fikr Jomnbang MiddleSchool. With this type of ex-post facto research in the form of a correlation study, thisstudy produced: first, the intensity of Islamic Religious Education at Roushan FikrJombang Islamic Junior High School which was in poor level with a frequency of 38 anda percentage of 100%, in a fairly good level with a frequency of 38 and a percentage of 0%, secondly, the Formation of Morals in Roushan Fikr Jombang Islamic Junior HighSchool which is in a poor level with a frequency of 38 and a percentage of 100%, in afairly good level with a frequency of 38 and a percentage of 0%, while in a very goodlevel with a frequency of 0 and a percentage of 0%. In the analysis of spearman rank, itreads Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.082 which proves that there is no relationship between IslamicReligious Education with the formation of student morals at the Islamic Roushan FikrJombang Middle School. With the correlation coefficient figure of 0.082 which is apositive value so that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional, thus itcan be interpreted that the increasing intensity of Islamic religious education increases theformation of morals also increasing. Or conversely, the decreasing intensity of Islamicreligious education will also decrease the formation of morals.Keywords: Intensity of Religious Education, Formation of Morals

Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the Effect of the Use of Internet Media on Interest in Learning theHistory of Islamic Culture Class X Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cukir Jombang Academic Year2017-2018. With a quantitative approach to the test of influence, this study produced findings thatthe application of internet usage in SKI lessons was proven to increase student interest in learning.It can be seen from the percentage of questionnaires that have been distributed to 20 students ineach class. Based on the percentage of high category interest in the experimental class by 85%more than the percentage of high interest category in the control class that is 50%. In the analysisof mann witney it is read and explained Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) interest = 0.002 which proves thatthere is a significant influence on the use of internet media on student learning interests. Theinfluence can be seen from the difference between the interests of the experimental class that is theclass treated using internet media, higher than the interest of the control class that is the class thatis not treated and the mean rank of the experimental class 26.30 is higher than the mean rank of14.70.Keywords: Media, Internet, Interest in Learning

Abstract

This article wants to discuss an internal quality assurance system in madrasah. As part of thenational education sub-system, madrasah has the same role in participating in the intellectual lifeof the nation. But madrasah still do not have an internal quality assurance system that is used todevelop quality. The Madrasah Internal Quality Assurance System is a unitary elementconsisting of the organization, policies and processes related to conducting quality assurance ineducation carried out to ensure the realization of quality education that meets or exceeds NationalEducation Standards. As a management system that gives madrasah managers the authority tomanage madrasah by involving stakeholders, the existence of SPMI madrasas is a necessity andis an important part of madrasah-based management with important components in managementare curriculum management, infrastructure, student facilities, financing, and and so on, which isthe task area of the madrasah development team as part of the education quality assurance teamin the Internal Quality Assurance System at the madrasah.Keywords: National Education Standards, madrasah management, Quality Assurance

Abstract

Abstract: Value-based management is an approach to management in which managers establish, promote and practice the shared values of the organization. The purpose of shared values are the same values, which is owned by the members of the organization at least has the primary objective. Customer satisfaction as the goal for the organization to provide more services to customers. The values can be implemented in an organization through the performance of a strong leadership. Leaders move on all elements of the organization to jointly build the organization's values. Leaders conduct educational institutional arrangement involving human resources and non-human in a move to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. The setup process will involve pelaksanana some management functions by experts in educational management is often referred to as POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling).

Abstract

Abstract: Anti-corruption education as one of character education that needs to be applied to elementary school-age children as a form of prevention in handling corruption cases that often occur in Indonesia. Considering that in 2018, Indonesia's GPA is still ranked 89 out of 180 countries in the world. Meanwhile there are still many school institutions that have not implemented anti-corruption education specifically. So in this study, researchers developed learning resources and media in the form of picture books based on anti-corruption education. Picture books are integrated with thematic learning materials for grade IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses the R & D (Research and Development) method. This research model values the development design of Dick and Carey, by taking 9 stages including: Analysis of general learning objectives, Conducting learning analysis, Recognizing student behavior and characteristics, Formulating specific learning objectives, Developing benchmark reference test items, Developing learning strategies, Selecting and develop learning materials, design and carry out formative evaluations, revise learning materials. Based on product development, the validation results obtained are: the validation of the material experts got a score of 96% with very decent criteria, the validation of learning design experts got a score of 84% with decent criteria, and the validation of learning experts got a score of 91.7% with very decent criteria. Product attractiveness testing based on assessment and student responses scored 87.9% with very interesting criteria.
