Abstract

This article discusses how the intensity of Islamic education in the school environment and how bembentukan Student Morals and How Influence Intensity of Islamic Religious Education in School Environment Against the Formation of Student Morals. This type of research is quantitative research. Variable X is the intensity of Islamic religious education while the variable Y is the formation of morals students. The subjects of this study are students of class V SD which amounted to 39 students, because the population is less than 100 then this study is a population study. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive approach ex post facto and using population technique. And to obtain the author information using the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used is theformula Product moment by using the help of SPSS 17 for windows program. After doing research and calculation hence got result that intensity of education of religion of islam in school environment have high intensity equal to 66,7% and student moral formation equal to 59,0%. While the value of the correlation coefficient of both variables is 0.790, is between 0.710 - 0.900 this means very strong closeness (see table 4.6). In the sig (2-tailed) column of 0.000 <0.05. While the result of analysis by using simple regression formula through output of SPSS can be concluded that there is positive and significant influence between Intensity of Islamic Religious Education in School Environment to the Formation of Student Morals in SD Negeri Genukwatu I Ngoro. With the contribution level of the dependent variable (Intensity of Islamic Religious Education) gives influence to the moral formation of 62.5%, and the rest 37,5 (100% -62,5) caused by the influence of other variables outside the variable used.Keywords: Intensity of Islamic Religious Education in School Environment, Formation of Morals

Abstract

Abstract: This article is aimed at discussing the management of college tat has to be improved and changed as a means of giving high quality of service to users. Currently the college can not stand idly by and as organization it must move forward, dynamic and positive impact on the organization development. Regional challenges and dynamic as symmetrical problem of national and global and must be answered by the college. The position of Indonesia below Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore in quality should be a trigger to improve the quality of the qualified graduates. Need for evaluation and re-formulation of the vision, mission, organizational goals through programs that have been created to make the right strategy in order to accelerate the quality of better quality. Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations while at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir, discovered the phenomenonamong others; The presence of some of the teachers who often come not in time do not even come for no apparent reason, the existence of some teachers who often leave the office during working hours, tasks and activities provided by the school principal told the teacher is not running, as expected, especially when the task the school office after hours. Many of the teachers were not prepared for the learning tools they should have. Remedial and enrichment programs not running as it should, so that learning becomes less than the maximum. This type of research is Action Research School located at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir, aimed at teachers. The main reason is of the observations and information from the teacher, that teacher performance is still relatively lacking. Place of research is in SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir. When the study was conducted in February 2015. The number of samples set out in this study were 20 teachers. From the description of data processing and discussion it was concluded that teacher performance is obtained in the first cycle of 57% with a good category and the second cycleincreased to 80% in both categories. This means that the activity can Improve Teacher Performance Supervision at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir is successful.Keywords: Supervision, remedial and enrichment

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of supervision carriedout by the headmaster at Darul Falah MA Diwek District of Jombang. Issues raised are: 1. How is the implementation of supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang? 2. What are the problems faced in the implementation of supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang? 3. What measures are taken to address the problems of supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang? 4. What is the pattern of supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang?This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In a study with qualitative approaches,collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis and interpretation of the data is the stage that must be passed by a researcher within the scope of his research. As for the order after the data collection phase, the data used in the analysis of qualitative research in the form of interactive analysis (interactive analysis). The results were: 1) Implementation of supervision headmaster at Darul Falah MA Diwek Jombang District of running quite smoothly principal matters that received supervision by the headmaster is with regard to the learning aspect, administration. 2) The problems encountered in the implementation of the supervision of the head of MA Darul FalahDistrict of Diwek Jombang is the complexity of the managerial duties of a headmaster, lack of preparation of the teacher who supervised, element of subjectivity teacher supervisor is still considered high and frequent change of headmaster 3) Efforts taken to resolve the problems of supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang is with the delegation of authority by the headmaster to senior teachers, Giving motivation to teachers the importance of supervision of education, coaching by the headmaster to senior teachers 4) Pattern supervision headmaster in MA Darul Falah District of Diwek Jombang is educational supervision implemented by headmaster rests on the principles of supervision that is constructive, realistic, democratic, not authoritarian, cooperative, and objectiveKeywords: Supervision Principals, teachers' professionalism

Abstract

Abstract: The article discusses the development of teaching materials of PAI with propheticparadigm of educational model approach. As known, the essence of Islamic teachingsincluded: belief, Shari'ah and morals. Three cores of Islamic teachings are then translatedin the form of Rukun Iman, Pillars of Islam and Morals. And of the three was born SciencesTauhid, Fiqh Arts and Sciences Morals. The third group of religious knowledge is thenfitted with a discussion of the fundamentals of Islam hkum, namely; al-Quran and al-Hadith,and coupled with the history of Islam (dates), so that the start sequence Tauhid Science /Faith, Science Fiqh / Shari'ah, the Quran and al-Hadith, Morals, and Date /Islam history.To that end, teaching materials PAI largely abstract philosophical difficult to establish ascientific approach, akliyah. However, in accordance with their specialization, teachingmaterials of PAI was mostly abstract philosophical difficult to establish a scientificapproach, akliyah. Therefore, the ability and skills of educators to mengkongkritkanabstract material was very necessary, although it was not easy. Criteria for selection anddevelopment of teaching materials of PAI, at the lack of six criteria that the material Festiveof PAI should be able to fill the state philosophy of Pancasila, prioritizes teachingfundamental and thorough, in accordance with the level of development and maturity of thechild, adapted to the environment that they are meaningful to the lives of children daily -day. taught on the level and type of school / madrasah should be terminal. given to everyeducational institution should be a continuous, integrated and aligned. Abstract

Ibn Manzur in Lisanul 'Arob explained, said ھجد الرجل "hajada ar rojulu", which means aperson that sleeps at night. The word متھجد "mutahajjid" are people who wake up from sleep toperform prayers. In summary, understanding Tahajjud prayer is sunnah prayer done by someone afterhe wake up at night even though only briefly short time. If analyzed carefully so it is apparent thattahajjudis very useful to improve the intelligence of the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual.The goal of this study is to give direction to solve the problem as follows: To know the effect oftahajjud in improving spiritual, emotional,and intellectual intelligence.The method used in thisresearch is a kind of library research and also phylosophy research that depart from theories or termswhich are common to the next to the realities specific to get a new conclusion. The result of the study:(1) because tahajjud is worship of the most special then tahajjud done with full sincerity will be ableto resolve the problems in our lives. (2) Tahajjud which is done sincerly, can bring peace of mind aswell as mind therapy. (3) Enhance spiritual intelligence in ESQ 165 initiated by Ary GinanjarAgustian known the term Zero Mind Process (ZMP). (4) prayer tahajjud can also increaseintelligence. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pemerolehan dan belajar bahasa. Ada dua jenis perolehan bahasa.Pertama Akuisisi Bahasa adalah proses alami di mana anak-anak secara tidak sadar memiliki danmengembangkan pengetahuan linguistik tentang setting yang mereka jalani atau anak-anak biasanyamendapatkan bahasa mereka melalui interaksi mereka dengan teman mereka saat mereka bermain.Kedua, pembelajaran bahasa terjadi dimana bahasa targetnya adalah bahasa yang digunakan dalamkomunitas bahasa yang berbeda dengan bahasa ibu "bahasa pertama" atau bahasa kedua atau bahasaasing yang dipelajari di kelas. Artikel ini dimotivasi oleh kesulitan atau kesalahan siswa dalam belajarbahasa asing terutama bahasa Arab. Mereka mengira morfologi Arab itu sulit dipelajari dan kompleks.Alasan lain kesulitan belajar bahasa kedua adalah transfer atau interferensi negatif. Transfer negatifterjadi saat anak memindahkan barang dan struktur yang tidak sama dalam kedua bahasa. Dalampembelajaran bahasa kedua, analisis Kontras biasanya disebut anakon. Ini adalah pendekatan yangdigunakan untuk mengembangkan materi pengajaran dalam pembelajaran bahasa asing. Untukmencegah persoalan tersebut, manfaat dari analisis kontrastif adalah dengan mempertahankan caraatau strategi bagaimana menggunakan bahasa yang relevan dengan konteksnya. Guru yang baik harustahu banyak tentang pendekatan, metode dan strategi dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan jugamengembangkan materi atau buku referensi yang berguna dan sesuai untuk anak-anak. Pengembanganbahan ajar morfologi berbasis analisis kontrastif dapat memprediksi kesulitan dan kesalahan yangakan terjadi dalam belajar bahasa asing dan pengembangan bahan ajar morfologi berbasis analisiskontrastif melibatkan lima tahap: 1. Deskripsi, Menggambarkan aspek morfologi bahasa pertama Ataubahasa ibu kemudian menggambarkan aspek tertentu dari morfologi bahasa kedua atau bahasa asing.2, Prediksi tentang kesulitan yang dihadapi peserta didik dalam memperoleh bahasa kedua, 3.Perbandingan bila deskripsi morfologi dua bahasa selesai, para pengembang membandingkan danmembedakan kedua sistem dengan menyandingkan fitur dari dua bahasa untuk menemukanpersamaan dan perbedaan. diantara mereka. 4. Mengembangkan bahan morfologi atau analisiskontrastif berdasarkan buku.Kata kunci: Analisis Kontrastif, Transfer Negatif, Pengembangan Material

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of blessings in perspective implemetasinya Qur'an Hadithas well as in education. The concept of blessing (baraka) in the perspective of the Qur'an is as thedescription that has been described in the verses which explain about the blessing (baraka) that relatesto a person who is loved by Allah SWT that is in Q.S. Hud: 48, Q.S.An-Naml: 8 Q.S.Ash-Saffat: 113,and Q.S.Maryam: 31. And the blessing that relates to the place: Q.S.ali-Imran: 96, Q.S.al-Isra ': 1, andQ.S. al-Qasas: 30. blessing that relates to something or objects: Q.S.al-An'am: 155, Q.S. An-Nur: 35,and Q.S. Qaf: 9, and the blessing that relates to time: Q.S. ad-Dukhon: 3. blessing that relates toactions in the previous race Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 248, and QSYusuf: Medium concept of blessing(baraka) In a hadith perspective as the description that has been described in hadiths about taking theblessing of the Companions of the Holy Prophet former ablution water and hadith about picking upblessing the companions of the Prophet heritage, And Implementation of the concept of blessing(baraka) in education is by planting attitude expect a blessing to Allah both on students and teachers,with the aim to obtain useful knowledge and blessings. Abstract

Artikel hasil penelitian ini membahas konsep pembelajaran Perspektif Tafsir Al-MisbahSurat An-Nahl 78 bahwa Setiap manusia harus menggunakan kalbu dalam hal memahami, wahyu,ilham dan intuisi karena indera penglihatan dan pendengaran tidak dapat menangkapnya. Akal hanyabisa mampu berfungsi dalam batas-batas tertentu dalam menuntut ilmu hendaklah akal digunakansebaik mungkin dan tidak mengesampingkan kalbu yang khususnya dalam bidang-bidang agama, danketika ada informasi hendaklah mendengarkan dengan saksama dan ketika menggunakan penglihatanhendaklah fokus pada permasalahan yang dilihatnya, agar tidak digunakan setengah-setengah. Denganpendekatan kualitatif literer penelitian ini membadingkan Tafsir Misbah dan Tafsir Al Maraghi terkaitkonsep pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini ada persamaan juga perbedaan konsep pembelajarandiantara dua tafsir tersebut yang mana keduanya membahas manfaat dari pendengaran, penglihatan,dan akal serta mengajarkan manusia bagaimana menggunakan akal agar tidak terjerumus dalamkesesatan. Sedangkan perbedaannya terletak pada metode penafsiran dan pembagian akal dimana AlMisbah membagi dua yaitu daya piker dan daya kalbu sedangkan Al Maraghi menjelaskan akal secaraglobal. Juga perbedaan dalam pengelompokkan dalam meraih pengetahuan.Kata Kunci: Konsep Pembelajaran, Akal, Qalbu

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding the influence of teachers certification toward theimprovement of teachers’ performance at MTs Al Falah Jonggrong Mojoagung. As understood thecertification program is the process of granting certificates for professional teachers. The certificatewill be obtained through a series of assessments of teachers held by the Institution of HigherEducation Teaching appointed by the government. In accordance with the Education MinisterRegulation No.18 of 2007, the certification is done by the portfolio. One of the road taken by thegovernment to overcome the low quality of education is to improve the quality of its teachers throughteacher certification. The government hopes that, with disertifkasinya teacher, so that its performancewill increase student achievement increase. The problem of this study is there any influence of teachercertification to the improved performance of teachers in MTs Al-Falah Jonggrong MojoagungJombang in academic year 2014/2015. Data analysis techniques that I use in testing the hypothesis byusing independent t test, considering the results of data analysis can be concluded that: There is theinfluence of teacher certification to the improved performance of teachers in MTs Al-Falah JonggrongMojoagung Jombang in academic year 2014/2015.Keywords: Certification, Performance1 Praktisi
