Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the correlation between Arabic intensive learning with the score of TOAFL (Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language) Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University students, aims to determine 1) the level of attendance of students in intensive Arabic learning, 2) the TOAFL score of students of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University, and 3) correlation between intensive Arabic learning and the TOAFL scores. With a quantitative approach with the type of ex-post facto, researchers use the Spearman correlation test. The results show that: 1) most classes (students) have good attendance rates (discipline), 2) most classes (students) also have TOAFL scores above the average value, and 3) there was no correlation between Learning Intensive Arabic Language with the TOAFL score gained of Hasyim Asyari University students is marked by the sig value obtained 0.614).

Abstract

This article discusses a religious humanist-based learning. Learning is an activity carried out by a teacher, lecturer, tutor, facilitator so that students can learn. The teacher as an important key in learning because the teacher besides being an educator, also as a teacher, guide and trainer. That requires learning that can be enjoyed by students or children. One of them is religious humanist based learning. Religious humanists are a way of teaching that includes students with dignity and students according to their respective characteristics. Religious humanist learning is a process of teaching and learning in class that respects the basic values ​​to achieve success that is truly made the foundation in the formation of the morals of the nation's children. Learning students or children more enjoy learning but also does not carry the character or aspects of religion. So aspects of growth and development, such as physical, cognitive, social, emotional, linguistic aspects and other aspects such as religion and morals, independence and art can grow and develop optimally.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describe the best practice done by MAN 5 Jombang in activate the research program in that school which was not active anymore for years. As “Madrasah Literasi”, MAN 5 Jombang tries to hold some activity that enhance reading and writing interest of students, such as reading corner, book summary and extensive reading for reading activity. Book as Bridges, wall magazine writing, workshop on writing article and visiting research school are the efforts of MAN 5 Jombang to improve the writing interest of the students.Finally those activity hopefully can be the embryo of the reborn of the research program of MAN 5 Jombang that was successful until national level years ago.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses student character education models through child-friendly school-based learning in MIN 1 Jombang. Using descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods using observation techniques, interviews and documentation and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, the results of the study show that the character education model of students through child-friendly school learning in MIN 1 Jombang: by getting used to things positive in learning activities include: a) Responsible; b) Appreciate Friends; c) Dhuha Prayer in congregation; d) Kissing Master's hand; inhibiting factors and supporting models of student character education through child friendly school learning in MIN1 Jombang: inhibiting factors: a) educating factors; 2) family and community factors; and supporting factors lie in adequate human resources and are committed to shaping the character of students.

Abstract

Each student's creativity needs to be developed and sharpened so that they are increasingly trained. A lot of creativity can be created from the objects around us, examples of the development of creativity are scouting exercises, in our scouts we are also taught how to use items that are not used. And these goods have a sale value. Like a rope, the material in scouting is called rigging, and in teaching scouting there are many obstacles that must be overcome professionally. Like the coach who suddenly had an activity so he could not fill the material on that day. We as coaches must be agile in dealing with such problems. Moreover, during the rainy season and anti-body students are low. Then it can trigger a decline in health. Scouts also don't always teach the material, in scouts we are also taught to be students of good character, and to be students who are based on the Dasa Dharma. Creativity and noble character is one of the goals of scout education at MI Al-Ihklash Surabaya

Abstract

This article aims to explain the application of the Discovery Learning model in improving understanding of the SKI subjects at MASS Tebuireng, learning SKI at MASS Tebuireng, and the factors. Inhibitors and supporters of discovery learning learning models. This study uses a qualitative approach using three data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, it was carried out through three prosedures, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the application of discovery learning learning model for SKI subjects at MASS Tebuireng has shown success. Institutions provide adequate facilities. Inhibiting factors are the large number of classes, the seating position is less regular, while the supporting factors are all related parties preparing the equipment needed in the class, a complete library, all students have textbooks, the class atmosphere is pleasant, and many students are active.

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of the application of Bingo games media on learning Al-Qur'an Hadith, aims to determine 1) the application of bingo games media in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith, 2) the effect of the application of bingo games media on learning Al-Qur ' an Hadith. This study used a quantitative approach with a true experimental design, researchers used the Mann Whitney Test hypothesis test. The results show that: 1) the application of bingo games media is in accordance with what has been prepared in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), 2) there is an effect of the application of bingo games media on learning Al-Qur'an Hadith in class IV MI Darussalam Sumbermulyo Jombang with a sign value obtained 0.032. Abstract

This article is entitled the relathionship between the phenomenon of sleeping patterns and the quality of learning in MA Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang. The purpose of this research is: 1) To describe the phenomenon of sleeping patterns and the quality of learning in MA Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang. 2) To describe the quality of learning in MA Madrasatul Qur'an tebuireng Jombang. 3) To describe the relathionship between the phenomenon of sleeping patterns and the quality of learning in MA Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang. Researcher used a quantitative approach to design expost facto. While the data analysis technique is using the Spearman Correlation Statistics. The results show that: 1) The percentage of sleeping patterns for MA Madrasatul Qur'an Jombang students is 64%. 2) While the percentage of the quality of learning in MA Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang is 71%. 3) Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Spearman Statistical Correlation technique produces sig. values. i.e.0,003. It means that there is a relathionship between sleeping pattern problems with the quality of learning. While the correlation Coofficient number is 0,291. This means that correlation number shows a positive (comparable) value.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the Furudhul Ainiyah Movement (GEFA) program as a madrasa effort to shape student character. This case studythis research focuses on the application of GEFA in building student character, evaluating the application of GEFA, and supporting and inhibiting factors of GEFA. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the GEFA program was carried out by storing individual students' memorization and practicing worship, 2) evaluation is carried out using a list of assessments according to madrasah standards, and completeness is used as a requirement for students to take semester assessment, 3) Supporting factors are the support for the madrasah organizational structure, facilities and infrastructure, and positive responses from various parties, while inhibiting factors are communication and cooperation with outsiders that are not optimal, the quality of Human Resources (HR) is lacking and professionalism in carrying out their duties, the lack of intrinsic motivation for students to read and memorize Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This article discusses the results of best practices regarding the use of focus group discussions and multilevel assistance to optimize the performance appraisal of madrasah teachers at KKM MTsN 3 Jombang. From the identification of problems, it was found that the need to optimize the implementation of teacher performance appraisals. There are 3 levels in MLA and FGD to improve the performance of PKG implementation. The results of this best practice show that the use of Focus Group Discussion and Multilevel Assistance can optimize the Performance appraisal of madrasah teachers in KKM NTsN 3 Jombang, marked by the increasing number of madrasah making improvements in the implementation process and the resulting scores can be concluded according to the conditions and performance of each teacher.
