Abstract

Abstract: This Artkel intends to study the Story of Ibrahim and Ismail and its implicit messagesin Islamic education, management of Islamic education and leadership. Ibrahim and Ishmael arespecial figures and both teach lessons about the struggle to uphold monotheism, leadership,education management, and as a father and son obedient to the command of his Lord, and manyother examples. Ibrahim's intelligence and courage against wickedness and preaching withwisdom are the keys to his success. His patience and obedience as a father and son deserve to bean example for the Muslims in the world. The attributes of Abraham as an obedient educator toGod and a close relationship with God, hanif, strongly worshiped and intelligent, patient andtawadhu, grateful, and trustworthy and gentle and subtle feeling compared to his courageous,intelligent and meticulous leadership character, full calculation and strategic thinking, courteous,reliable negotiator, responsibility, obedient and obedient to the leadership, and protect / protecthis subordinates (his people). Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describe the discipline and good behaviors of students and theimplementation of points system toward discipline and behaviors in Madrasah Aliyah Darul FaizinCatak Gayam Mojowarno Jombang. With qualitative phenomenological approach, this research isdone by interview, observation, and documentation study in data collection and descriptive analysistechnique with data reduction procedure, data presentation, and verification / withdrawal ofconclusion. Result of research: Firstly, discipline and morals of students in Madrasah Aliyah DarulFaizin Catak Gayam Jombang include time discipline, discipline obey the rules, and discipline inworship. Second, the morality of the students developed in the points system is to get off the vehiclewhen entering the school environment, salutation and salim when meeting the teacher / father, doingand talking well, dressed courteously, neat appearance, praying when starting to study, cleanliness,and dhuha prayer. Third, the implementation of points system in improving the discipline and noblecharacter of the students in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Jombang covers theimplementation by the head of the madrasah, the implementation by the teacher, and theimplementation by the students. The sanctions for the violating students are light sanction 1-35,medium sanction 36-50, and heavy sanction 51-100.Keywords: Point System, Discipline, Good Behavior Abstrak: Artikel ini bermaksud mendeskrispikan kedisiplinan dan akhlak siswa dan pelaksanaansistem poin di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Mojowarno Jombang. Dengan pendekatankualitatif fenomenologis, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan interview, observation, dan studidokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data dan teknik analisis diskriptif dengan prosedur reduksi data,penayangan data, dan verifikasi/penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, kedisiplinan danakhlak siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Jombang meliputi disiplin waktu,disiplin mematuhi peraturan, dan disiplin dalam beribadah. Kedua, akhlak siswa yang dikembangkandalam sistem poin adalah turun dari kendaraan jika memasuki lingkungan madrasah, salam dan salimketika bertemu bapak/ibu guru, berbuat dan berbicara dengan baik, berbusana yang sopan, penampilanyang rapi, berdo’a ketika mulai belajar, menjaga kebersihan, dan shalat dhuha. Ketiga, pelaksanaansistem poin dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan akhlak mulia siswa di Madrasah Aliyah DarulFaizin Catak Gayam Jombang meliputi pelaksanaan oleh kepala madrasah, pelaksanaan oleh guru,dan pelaksanaan oleh siswa. Adapun sanksi bagi siswa yang melanggar adalah sanksi ringan 1-35,sanksi sedang 36-50, dan sanksi berat 51-100.Kata Kunci: Sistem Poin, Kedisiplinan, Akhlak Mulia

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas Decoding dan Encoding merupakan komponen dalamproses komunikasi baik verbal maupun nonverbal. Komunikasi verbal merupakan bentukkomunikasi yang disampaikan dengan cara tertulis atau lisan dari komunikator kekomunikan Sedangkan Komunikasi nonverbal dimana pesan disampaikan dengan bahasaisyarat. Abstract

Abstract: The article is aimed at describing the development of Arabic-based TOAFL (Testof Arabic As A Foreign Language) Arabic skills through mentoring and training. With PAR(Participatory Action Research) method, the researcher prepares the PAR stages in order toovercome difficulties and develop students' Arabic language skills. Documentation andobservation become the main techniques of data collection, and the technique of descriptiveanalysis into a way of describing the results narratively. The results of this study: First, theparticipants and the training can understand the various types or models of problemscontained in the TOAFL test; secondly, the assistant participants can understand varioustricks to answer the questions contained in the TOAFL test (Test of Arabic as a ForeignLanguage); The three assisted participants can improve the ability of the students of HasyimAsy'ari University in mastering Arabic skillsKeywords: TOAFL, Evaluation, Learning Arabic Abstrak: Artikel bermaksud membahas pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa Arabberbasis TOAFL (Test of Arabic As A Foreign Language) melalui pendampingan danpelatihan. Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the Qur'an Hadith learning strategy in achieving student competenceXI Religion in MAN 3 Nganjuk and associated with it. With case study model and descriptivequalitative research approach, research tried to dig data by using interview technique, observation,and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction procedures, data presentation, dataverification. Technique of checking of data validity by doing extension of observation, increasingpersistence and triangulation. The result of the research shows that learning strategy of Qur'an Haditsin the achievement of student competence in MAN 3 Nganjuk following learning evaluation, readingBTA, memorizing and understanding Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and achievement of student competencein MAN 3 Nganjuk succesfully enough and constructively . This is evident by looking at the finalscore of the exam results and the explanation from the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, although thereare still some students who still can not understand optimally, but from the madrasah still strives sothat it can meet the target to be conveyed by the school. Supporting factors are the availability ofbooks of amma, companion teachers, libraries and printed copies of the Qur'an, and the inhibitingfactors are the lack of awareness of the importance of Qur'an Hadith, Lack of motivation, limitedmaterial, and limited time availability.Keywords: Learning Strategy, Competency Achievement Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas strategi pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits dalam pencapaian kompetensisiswa XI Agama di MAN 3 Nganjuk dan yang terkait dengannya. Dengan model studi kasus danpendekatan penulisan kualitatif deskriptif, penulisan mencoba menggali data dengan menggunakanteknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan prosedur reduksi data,penyajian data, verifikasi data. Teknik pengecekan kebsahan data dengan melakukan perpanjanganpengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil penulisan menunjukan bahwa strategipembelajaran Qur’an Hadits dalam pencapaian kompetensi siswa di MAN 3 Nganjuk berikutevaluasi pembelajaran, membaca BTA, menghafal dan memahami Al-Qur’an dan Hadits,dan pencapaian kompetensi siswa di MAN 3 Nganjuk berhasil dengan cukup baik dan konstruktif. Initerbukti dengan melihat nilai akhir hasil ujian dan penjelasan dari Guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’anHadits, meskipun masih ada sebagian siswa yang masih belum bisa memahami secara optimal,namun dari pihak madrasah tetap mengupayakan sehingga bisa memenuhi target yang ingindisampaikan oleh sekolah. Faktor pendukung adalah tersedianyanya buku juz amma, gurupendamping, perpustakaan dan buku cetakan AL-Qur’an, dan faktor penghambat adalah kurangnyakesadaran tentang pentingnya Al-Qur’an Hadits, Kurangnya motivasi, materi terbatas, danketersediaaan waktu yang terbatas. Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at YayasanPendidikan Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Tulungagung covers all aspects related to potential usersand current users. With qualitative approach with descriptive analytical technique, this casestudy explores with observation, interview, and documentation. Analyze procedure usingdata reduction, data display, and verification. The results show that the CRM strategy in atYayasan Pendidikan Arrosidiyah Rejotangan Tulungagung uses two models: firstly,conventional model using personal communication approach through religious social forumon behalf of the institution indirectly. Billboards, banners, and distribution ofbrochures/pamphlets are old ways that are still preserved. Pemasangan baliho, banner/spanduk, dan penyebaran brosur/pamphletadalah cara lama yang masih dipertahankan. Kedua, non konvensional menitikberatkanpenggunaan internet dan media sosial baik website maupun grup-grup media sosial.Penggunaan media digital ini sebagai bentuk eksistensi lembaga pendidikan.Kata kunci: CRM, Jasa Pendidikan, Pemasaran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berjenis studi pustaka. Peneliti mendeskripsikan tentang telaah morfologis dan sintaksis pada verba ganda dalam wacananarasi bahasa Arab. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untukmendeskripsikan verba bagaimana yang bisa muncul pada V1 dan V2 dalam strukturverba ganda dalam wacana narasi bahasa Arab dan manfaat yang ingin dicapai adalahmengetahui pola deretan verba pada bahasa Arab dan makna yang terkandung dalampola tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, pertama, verba desideratif yang berkedudukansebagai V1 dalam kontruksi kalimat bahasa Arab akan selalu berdistribusi dengan VerbaTransitif, Verba intransitif, Verba Aktif Tindakan dan verba posesif pencapaian yangberkedudukan sebagai V2. Kedua, Verba Represif yang berkududukan sebagai V1dalam teks narasi berbahasa arab akan selalu berdistribusi dengan Verba Transitif danVerba Intransitif yang berkedudukan sebagai V2. Ketiga, Verba Statif yangberkedudukan sebagai V1 pada deretan verba ganda selalu berdistribusi dengan VerbaTransitif, intransitif dan verba proses pencapaian yang berkedudukan sebagai V2. Abstract: This article intends to examine multicultural education and the cultivation ofmoderating values among the Ahlus Sunnah wa al Jama'ah. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at explaining the implementation of Child Friendly School (CFS)programs at MIN 3 Jombang. This study uses qualitative descriptive research. The subjects arethe principal, teachers, students, and parents of students with the object of the study covering theimplementation of the Child Friendly School Program at MIN 3 Jombang. Methods of collectingdata in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. Data reduction, data presentation,verification/conclusion drawing are used to analyze data. The results shows: (1) Communication,the dissemination of Child Friendly School Programs to all stakeholders; (2) Human resourcesand infrastructure facilities that support the implementation of Child Friendly School Programsand financial resources that take from BOS funds; (3) Disposition, the existence of a positiveattitude and the commitment to continue implementing the Child Friendly School Program atMIN 3 Jombang; (4) Bureaucratic structure, organizational structure of Child Friendly SchoolPrograms adapted to School Organizational Structure. The learning model used in MIN 3Jombang is Child Friendly Teaching Model (CFTM) which is based on the 3P concept namelyProvision, Protection, and Participation. The supporting factors are human resources,infrastructure facilities, and financial resources that support the implementation of ChildFriendly School Programs and the inhibiting factor is the environmental conditions of thecommunity, especially food sellers outside the school who sell food and beverages that do notmeet hygiene standards. and health for children. Using a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, anddocumentation as a data collection technique, the author uses the Miles andHubberman models, data reduction, data viewing, and verification / conclusiondrawing. The results of the study (1) the competency of the spiritual and socialattitudes of SMP Unggulan NU Mojoagung Jombang. School students showed anincrease with the implementation of full day school education. Spiritual attitudesrelated to faith and piety, and morality, independence, democracy, andresponsibility to become accustomed. Also a sense of responsibility in fulfillingthe obligations of religion. Students carry out worship without being ordered.Students act politely when interacting with the community around theirenvironment, even though everything is inseparable from the support of parentsbut the habituation done at school is very positive.
