Abstract

Low student learning outcomes to social studies is a problem that often arises in social studies learning. This is because the learning model still did not agree with the teaching objectives. Learning through learning model is expected to make a match the students' understanding and absorption of the material being taught can be achieved more quickly. Through this learning teachers deliver structured learning materials related to real life in the hope of the subject matter presented can be controlled by the student well and create a pleasant learning environment for students. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of cooperative learning model make a match in improving student learning outcomes in social studies teaching and learning activities in the classroom. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), which is carried out in three cycles of study with the matter "Maintaining Independence Struggle Indonesia". The subjects of this study were students of class V SDN Banjarsari 01 which consists of 24 students. Data collection was performed by the method of observation and tests. Analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques, the data obtained were analyzed by means checked for then classified into patterns, relationships, a theme or a particular category to the next is described using words to derive a conclusion. Based on test data studied is known that in the first cycle students who pass the study is still small, at only 33.3% of the total student with an average value of 62.50. In the second cycle increased to 62.5% with an average value of 69.37 and in Cycle III back has increased, reaching 87% with an average grade reaches 81.25. This indicates that learning by applying cooperative learning model Make a Match can improve learning achievement IPS fifth grade students of SDN 01 Banjarsari school year 2015/2016. Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan alat KB dan keputusan ber-KB, yaitu sosial budaya, agama/keyakinan, dukungan keluarga dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Ngesrep karena masih adanya angka kematian ibu di wilayah Puskesmas Ngesrep, minimnya informasi yang diterima peserta KB serta pengetahuan peserta KB yang masih minim pula. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur di Puskesmas Ngesrep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 66 responden dan diambil dengan menggunakan tehnikmenggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur untuk mengetahui faktor agama/keyakinan, dukungan keluarga dan pengetahuan alat kontrasepsi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis Chi Square dengan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keyakinan dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi (ρvalue = 0,015 < 0,05). Tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi (ρvalue = 1,000 > 0,05). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi (ρvalue = 0,019 < 0,05). Tidak ada hubungan antara sosial ekonomi dengan pemilihan alatkontrasepsi (ρvalue = 0,120 > 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya, menjadi masukan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam meilih alat kontrasepsi yang tepat dan sesuai. Sebaiknya pihak yang terkait dengan KB yaitu tenaga kesehatan melakukan strategi jemput bola dalam penanaman program KB sepertimengadakan penyuluhan tentang KB yang kontinyu dan menyediakan program gratis kepada masyarakat yang kurnag mampu.Kata Kunci : Pemilihan Alat Kontrasepsi, Wanita Usia Subur

Abstract

Lately religious life in Indonesia experienced a fairly loud dynamics with the emergence of many cases of religious radicalism background. This has resulted in loss of lives wasted and physical damage to the building. But more horrible is the breakdown of social relations between the nation and the erosion of social capital of trust  between one another. Though thegovernment has taken various measures such as the establishment of BNPT, Detachment 88 anti-terror legislation and government regulation on the prohibition of blasphemy / desecration of religion. However, this step does not reduce the percentage of religious radicalism. Even more days of religious radicalism increasingly fertile. Pesantren Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo Central Java have developed and internalized models of religious education curriculum-based multicultural inclusivism in order to counteract the movement of religious radicalism. The curriculum is a set of values that are as straight as implemented by students, such as livingtogether, understand each other differentness, diversity of teaching. The students are taught to live in peace, side by side with each other, in the middle of the variance differences exist between them. In addition, the value Uswah Khasanah (good role models) from Kyai and the Ustadz/Theacer  of the main pillars in the internalization efforts multicultural-inclusivism values in Ponpes Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a physical disorder in woman who  complained during menstruation, with charateristics of pain before and during menstruation.Dysmenorrhea occurs due to physical distruption such as narrowing of bloodvessels, decreased body  condition, and dysmenorrhea caused by psychologicaldisorder such as stress and shock. The Purpose of this study to determine therelationship between the characteristics and stress levels of female students withthe incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in state Junior High School 3SragiPekalongan,  used analytic survey with cross sectional approach, conductedon  March 24 until 24 Mei, sampling technique used is total sampling, and the totalnumber of  samples are  61 respondents. There was no correlation between agecharacteristic, menarche age and the inciden of primary dysmenorrhea. Thishappens because the majority of respondents are 14 years old and the majority of  menarche age is 12 years old, while the affecting age is 15-25. There is relationbetween stress level of  student with primary dysmenorrhea incidence in stateJunior High School 3 SragiPekalongan, with value of Pvalue=0,006 (P>0.05).  Itoccurs  because many experience moderate stress was 89 %, caused the  work ofendocrine system is disrupted by the increases of the hormone adrenalin whichcauses the uterine muscle  tense and causes menstrual pain, then increases thehormone estrogen causes contraction of the uterus. Recommendation from theresearch for further researcher developed by qualitative metodh with deepinterview about factors influencing stress incident at dysmenorrhea.  Keywords : Dysmenorrhea, Characteristics, Stress

Abstract

Demam tifoid merupakan salah satu dari lima penyebab kematian diIndonesia. Pemakaian obat yang tidak rasional merupakan salah satu masalah pada pusat pelayanan kesehatan, oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui angka prevalensi demam tifoid dan rasionalitas pengobatan pasien demam tifoid termasuk angka kejadian interaksi obat, serta keadaan farmakoterapi tidak rasional di unit rawat inap bagian anak dan penyakit dalam RSUD Sleman selama periode tahun 2004.Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan deskriptif non analitik yangbersifat eksploratif dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara retrospektif. Bahan yang digunakan adalah rekam medik pasien demam tifoid di RSUD Sleman selama periode Januari-Desember 2004. Analisis dilakukan dengan Epi Info 2002, data dibandingkan dengan standar pengobatan demam tifoid dari WHO.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: pasien demam tifoid di RSUDSleman terdiri dari 48,1% laki-laki dan 51,9% perempuan. Pasien anak-anak usia < 15 tahun sebanyak 53,75% dan pasien dewasa usia ³ 15 tahun sebanyak 46,25%. Perincian hasil kriteria pengobatan rasional sebagai berikut: tepat indikasi 100%, tepat obat 81,9%, tepat dosis 35,8%, tepat pasien 93,1%. Analisis pengobatan berdasarkan kriteria peresepan tidak rasional adalah sebagai berikut:peresepan berlebih (over) sebesar 38,7%, peresepan kurang (under) sebesar 31,8%, peresepan majemuk (multiple) sebesar 61,875%, peresepan salah (incorrect) sebesar 53,8%, dan peresepan boros (extravagant) sebesar 46,2%. Persentase kemungkinan terjadinya interaksi sebanyak 15,6%. Kesimpulan yang didapat menyatakan bahwa pengobatan pasien demam tifoid di RSUD Sleman belum rasional.

Abstract

Abstract. The purposes of this research are for molecular characterization and hemagglutination activity test of flagellinprotein of Salmonella typhi. The research samples consist of 7 strains of S. typhi isolates from Central Java (5 strains from Semarang city, 1 strain from Salatiga and 1 strain from Magelang) and 2 strains of S. typhi from Yogyakarta (Doctor Sardjito Hospital and Bethesda Hospital). The undertaking procedures are: 1) PCR and sequencing of fliC genes using primer LPW 1856 and LPW 1857.2) Isolation and separation of flagellin protein using SDS-PAGE. 3) Hemagglutination Activity Test upon human erythrocytes of blood group A, B, AB and O.The results show that 8 strains of S. typhi have a fliC gene size of 1452 to 1488 bp including serovar H1-d, and 1 strain with the size of 1267 bp including serovar H1-J. Flagella protein resulted from SDS-PAGE protein consists of 1-2 major proteins and 1-3 minor proteins with a molecular weight of 16-116 kDa. The results of hemagglutination activity test of flagellin protein show that there are 3 strains of S. typhi (MG-1, SA02.2 and BET) which are able to agglutinate human erythrocytes of bloodgroup A, B, AB and O (2-64HA), 6 other strains show various hemagglutination activities varied

Abstract

The uncomfortable straining position of the patients is able to result on the backache that disturb mother during pushing. In fact, supine position is the most preferred position choosen by the rescuers on the other hand that position make no comfort for the patients. Moreover, the second stage labor duration becomes one of the effects of that position in the term of straining. The purpose of this study is to relation the difference between supine position and combination (lateral and semi-setting) toward second stage labor duration. This study was a cross-sectional study. The population was all give birth mothers at the maternity hospital of Fatimah and the midwives in Kasmasita having inclusion and exclusion criteria. The total respondents of this study were 40. The data collected were then tested by using normality test and Mann-Whitney test. The result of this study showed that comparative of second stage labor duration on supine position was longer with the average value of 19.5 standart deviation of 10.9 median of 16 with 3 minutes of the shortest and 40 minutes of the longest. Furthermore, the combination position had the average value of 14.8 standart deviation of 9.7 median of 11 with 5 minutes of the shortest and 45 minutes of the longest (p = 0.036).I n short, second stage labor duration on supine position was longer than combination (Lateral and semi-setting)Keywords: Duration of the second stage of labor, supine position, combination position.

Abstract

The conveyor system is a technology for transfer object to processing in industry from one place to another. The process in the industry such as quality control, packing product, assembly, etc. Conveyor technology is needed in the industrial process  automation.  The  application  of  conveyor  system  technology  in  the industry requires acquisition data and control, so that each process on the industrial conveyor can be monitored and even controlled from the control room. The one of technology for acqusition data and controling process of industry by centrally from the  control room is the technology of  HMI  (Human Machine Interface). The development of this HMI technology can be complement PLC- based conveyor system technology, making it more flexible and efficient by providing visualization and even control of industrial processes. In this research, Modeling of HMI using Citect SCADA has been conducted for Acquisition Data and Controlling Process of Conveyor Systems in Industry. The model of HMI designed and made using Vijeo Citect SCADA by adjusting the form of process conveyor models in the industry including input and output system. Based on the research that has been done, the results of HMI can work well, with a 100% success percentage. This shows that the addition of the HMI module to the system does not affect the performance of the conveyor system, but with the HMI feature it will be easier to control the process in the industry from the control room. Abstract

This study aims to produce a tool for learning entrepreneurship pedagogy with a product-based learning approach in vocational education. The research model used is the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations (ADDIE) development model, but is limited to the Design (Development) and Development (validity) stages. Data types are primary data where the data provided by expert lecturers. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis with descriptive. The results obtainedfrom the study are (1) the design of entrepreneurship pedagogy learning tools with a valid product-based learning approach; (2) The entrepreneurship pedagogy learning tools with the resulting product-based learning approach is formulated in the form of syntax or learning stages for each meeting consisting of: Syntax 1. Formulation of learning outcomes, Syntax 2. Understanding of the concept of lecture material, Syntax 3. Summative evaluation, Syntax 4. Design of project assignments, Syntax 5. Design designs and business products, Syntax6. Product marketing, Syntax 7. Evaluation of project assignment processes and reporting, Syntax 8. Summative evaluation. Based on the findings of this study concluded that the design of entrepreneurship pedagogy learning tools with a product-based learning approach can be used as a learning tool in entrepreneurship courses after carrying out the stages of Implementation and Evaluations so that it is expected to produce entrepreneurship learning pedagogy with a valid, practical and effective product-based learning approach.
