Abstract

Perilaku asertif adalah kemampuan mengungkapkan perasaannya secara jujur dan terbuka tanpa menyinggung orang lain. Seseorang yang tidak menunjukkan perilaku asertif, cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dalam membangun perilaku asertif warga binaan di LPP Kelas II A Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian, dengan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik, didapatkan nilai mean (rata-rata) sebesar 94,43 (kategori tinggi), hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan dan kenyamanan diri antara anggota kelompok tumbuh secara bertahap, setelah melaksanakan konseling kelompok dengan teknik asertif training yang mampu memberikan perubahan terhadap perilaku asertif individu dikarenakan individu secara langsung mendapatkan pelatihan untuk dapat mengambil keputusan terkait rencana kehidupan mereka kedepan setelah keluar dari masa pembinaan mereka dan dapat dikatakan bahwa warga binaan sudah memiliki konsep diri. Selain berbagi cerita, anggota kelompok juga belajar untuk mendengarkan dan memberikan umpan balik yang baik dan konstruktif (membangun), hal inilah yang membangun perilaku asertif mereka

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of modifications to traditional games on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years. This research is a type of quantitative research using pre-experimental methods with a one-group pretest-post-test design. The sample in this study consisted of 16 children aged 5-6 years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation. Observations were carried out using an observation sheet tested for validity, and all indicators were stated as valid. Then, the reliability using Cronbach's alpha formula was declared reliable with a reliability value for variable X of 0.777, and the reliability of variable Y is 0.885. The research results show that the average N-Gain score is 0.43, meaning that traditional game modifications influence children's gross motor development in the medium category. Then, the test results using a simple linear regression test obtained a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05 (0.001<0.05); this proves that there is an influence between traditional game modifications on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the tourism value of Temam Waterfall in Lubuklinggau from an environmental and economic perspective. Temam Waterfall has excellent potential as a natural tourist attraction, but improper development can affect ecological sustainability and the sustainability of its financial benefits. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of field observations, interviews with local stakeholders, and literature studies related to sustainable tourism. The study results show that Temam Waterfall has a solid natural attraction with the potential to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The findings show that the waterfall area is still relatively well maintained from an environmental perspective. However, some places must be handled to reduce the risk of ecosystem damage due to tourism activities. From an economic perspective, the potential of Temam Waterfall to increase local community income through tourism has begun to be seen, especially in the form of selling MSME products and providing tourism services. However, the sustainability of these economic benefits requires careful planning, especially in visitor management and infrastructure improvements. This study recommends the implementation of sustainable tourism by paying attention to environmental conservation and community empowerment. Collaboration between local governments, tourism managers, and the community is needed to develop Temam Waterfall as a leading destination without sacrificing its ecological aspects. Strengthening promotions and improving accessibility are also recommended to expand tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine school principals' leadership in improving education quality. This research uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study are school principals, waka of facilities and infrastructure, waka of student affairs, teachers, and students. Interviews, observations, and documentation were carried out in data collection. The data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study can be concluded that the leadership of the Principal includes aspects a) how to communicate, b) providing motivation, c) leadership ability, d) decision-making, and e) positive power is in an outstanding category. The quality aspect of education is based on Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning eight National Education Standards that have been implemented well.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a comic-based CEFR learning media for English literacy learning for high school students in Cirebon. This study are quantitative and qualitative research type with the ADDIE model. The sample in this study was an English teacher at the school concerned and 5 high school students in grade 10. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study can show that the comic-based CEFR product is declared very feasible and ready to be implemented for English literacy learning for high school students in Cirebon.

Abstract

The introduction of computer devices in early childhood is a crucial issue in education in the digital era. The lack of access to appropriate methods for early childhood education is a challenge in applying technology in the educational environment. This study aims to identify effective computer device recognition methods for early childhood, analyze their level of understanding after being given learning, and examine the obstacles faced in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of learning activities. The study results show that playing while learning with the active guidance of teachers can improve children's understanding of computer devices. However, the limited infrastructure and educators' readiness are still a challenge. Therefore, further support is needed to integrate technology into early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe school management strategies in ensuring early childhood safety in the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) environment. The background of this research is based on the increasing cases of violence, accidents, and neglect against children in PAUD units, as well as the importance of the role of school management in building an effective and sustainable protection system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method carried out at RA Shazia Palembang. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects include school principals, teachers, and support staff. The results of the study show that although schools already have policies in the form of safety SOPs, implementation in the field has not been optimal. Teachers have not received special training, evacuation simulations have never been carried out, and incident reporting systems have not been actively functioning. Most of the physical facilities of the school have met the standards, but unsafe facilities are still found. Security evaluation and monitoring are still incidental and not yet system-based. This research contributes to the development of early childhood safety management and recommends the need for periodic training, facility audits, and parental involvement in risk prevention efforts.

Abstract

In the dynamics of local politics in Indonesia, campaign strategy is a crucial factor in determining the success of candidates in the Regional Head Election (Pilkada). This study aims to analyze the political strategies implemented by the winning teams of Ratu Dewa and Prima Salam in the 2024 Palembang City Elections. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation with informants from the success team, community leaders, and residents of Palembang City. The results of the study identified three main strategies, namely push political, pull political, and pass political. The push political strategy is carried out through direct approaches such as door-to-door campaigns and open discussions. The pull political strategy utilizes mass media and social media to convey campaign messages and reach young voters. Meanwhile, the political pass is realized through cooperation with influential figures and community organizations. The simultaneous implementation of all three strategies has been proven to increase public engagement and strengthen the candidate's position. This study recommends the importance of two-way communication, campaign content innovation, and periodic evaluation to increase the effectiveness of political strategies in electoral contests.

Abstract

In some areas, such as Kenten Village, Talang Kelapa District, and Banyuasin Regency, land conflicts are a frequent problem. This research aims to examine various land disputes that occurred between the Assegaf family and the community, as well as efforts to resolve them. This research combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive strategy. Data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observations. The study found that land disputes occurred due to claims of dual ownership of the same land between the community and the Assegaf family, which was exacerbated by weak land administration and overlapping certificates. Efforts to resolve disputes have been carried out through mediation, both by the village government and related agencies, but until now they have not produced a complete solution. This study concludes that land dispute resolution requires a firmer approach from the government, including strengthening regulations and transparency in the issuance of land certificates. It is hoped that the findings of this study can add references to the peaceful and fair resolution of agrarian conflicts.

Abstract

Coffee is one of Teluk Agung Village's leading commodities and has high economic potential for farmers. However, limited market access and weak communication strategies cause crop yields not to be fully optimal. This study aims to find out how the farmer group in Teluk Agung Village communicates in the marketing of coffee crops and to understand the dynamics that occur within the farmer group. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study consisted of five people, including chairpersons, secretaries, and members of farmer groups in Teluk Agung Village, Mekakau Ilir District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. Data collection techniques are done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is group achievement theory, which emphasizes members' contribution, cooperation, and the collective achievement of results. The study results show that communication in farmer groups is active and functional through discussions, division of roles, and coordination in marketing coffee. Group dynamics shown through participation, trust, and mutual awareness also strengthen the effectiveness of cooperation, thereby supporting the achievement of group goals in increasing the selling value of coffee crops.
