Abstract

This study aims to analyze the community-based sustainable tourism development in Sukarara Tourism Village, Central Lombok Regency. In the context of the NTB regional government's initiative to promote 99 tourism villages, this research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the role of the community in preserving local culture, enhancing the economy, and protecting the environment. The results of this study show that the collaboration between the community and the government in Sukarara Tourism Village has created sustainable and inclusive tourism, positively impacting both the community and the environment. The village government emphasizes the importance of preserving the ikat weaving tradition and effective environmental management, despite facing challenges related to infrastructure and human resource skills. Community involvement through Pokdarwis groups is crucial in planning and implementing tourism activities. Innovations in local product development, such as handicrafts and traditional foods, are optimized through effective training and promotion. The community also provides tourism services, including homestays and local guides, to enhance visitor experiences. Community involvement in decision-making through village meetings ensures that tourism policies reflect local needs. Environmental preservation is carried out through cleanup programs and education for tourists, while infrastructure development is improved with community participation. With a collaborative approach, Sukarara Tourism Village can become a successful example of sustainable tourism that benefits future generations.

Abstract

Tourism helps in creating job possibilities either directly or indirectly and also play a part in the contribution of foreign exchange of the country. Tourism are of different type and for analyze purpose, one should understand the difference between all forms of tourism like discussed in this study. As a tour, one can travel away from permanent location to the place which is not in the same location. To travel from one place to other were restricted due to COVID-19 and it places a big impact on tourism and hospitality business in India and in world. During COVID-19, leisure and business tourists revoked their trips which were planned and scheduled due to rose in positive cases and government guidelines. Tourism and hospitality business faced a huge loss due to lockdown as well as it affected employment of people. Tourism industry is a good source of revenue generation and backbone of economy in many countries. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Deming Model performance management (PDCA cycle) at the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP office. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with Mr. Ray as secretary, and staff involved in daily operations, as well as direct observation. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques that include three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the PDCA cycle at the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP office has had a positive impact on improving organizational performance. Through structured stages from planning (Plan), implementation (Do), checking (Check), to corrective action (Act), the Satpol PP Office is able to plan and implement policing programs more effectively and efficiently. However, there are obstacles such as lack of training, budget limitations, and suboptimal coordination between sections. Performance evaluation needs to be improved in terms of more integrated measurement and monitoring. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of coordination and systematic evaluation for continuous improvement.

Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze influence access financing , system recording finance , and cash management towards sustainability of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) stalls meatballs in Regency Bojonegoro . Research sample consists of of 30 UMKM stall players selected meatballs​ by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity , reliability and t-test tests . Research result show that system recording finance own influence significant to sustainability of UMKM stalls meatballs in Bojonegoro . Findings This indicates that UMKM in Bojonegoro need more notice repair system recording finance they . This is can done through training , mentoring , or use technology information . Abstract

This study investigates the influence of live streaming commerce and online customer reviews on impulsive buying behavior, with e-trust as an intervening variable, focusing on Somethinc cosmetics among Generation Z consumers. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research gathered data from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling in Palangka Raya City. The Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that live streaming commerce has a significant positive effect on both e-trust and impulsive buying, emphasizing its role as an interactive and engaging marketing tool. Online customer reviews also positively impact e-trust and impulsive buying, albeit with a weaker effect. However, the mediating role of e-trust between these factors and impulsive buying is not statistically significant, suggesting that Generation Z consumers prioritize interactive and social aspects over trust in their purchasing decisions. This study provides valuable insights for marketers aiming to enhance impulsive buying through digital marketing strategies. Future research is encouraged to explore these relationships across various industries and demographics to broaden the understanding of impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Smartphone users in Indonesia are projected to reach 195.26 million by 2024. This has led to increased competition among smartphone vendors, causing each vendor to compete to either increase or maintain their market share. One of the most famous smartphone brands in Indonesia is Oppo, which ranks among the top 2 smartphones in Indonesia based on the top brand index. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of smartphone marketing strategies in Indonesia and analyze several variables that show inconsistencies in the research results. This research employed a quantitative method with a sampling technique using the Lemeshow approach, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. The collected data was then processed using SmartPLS. The research results showed that brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand equity had a positive and significant influence on consumer loyality. Furthermore, in the mediation test, brand equity was able to mediate the influence between perceived quality and consumer loyality but failed to mediate the relationship between brand awareness and consumer loyality.

Abstract

The leather industry in numerous countries, including Indonesia, continues to encounter significant challenges that impede its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Abekani Leather, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating within the leather industry in Yogyakarta, is one such entity striving to remain competitive against other players in the sector. Based on interviews conducted with the owner of Abekani Leather, it was revealed that annual sales from 2018 to 2023 have declined by approximately 10-15%. This downturn is primarily attributed to the increasing presence of competitors offering similar products within the leather industry. Based on the AHP weighting results using the Super Decision software, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy SO-4 (Utilizing social media for promotions in various media by utilizing community relationships) has the highest weight value of 0.54, meaning this strategy should be prioritized first to achieve Abekani's objectives.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, including Warung Madura MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the development strategy of Warung Madura MSMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Warung Madura owners and economic observers. A literature study was also carried out to explore the concept of Islamic economics and its application in developing MSMEs. The results of the research show that Warung Madura's MSME development strategy from an Islamic economic perspective offers a holistic and sustainable approach. By applying the principles of justice, sustainability, business ethics, human resource development and access to appropriate financing, Warung Madura can increase its competitiveness and contribute more to the local economy. It is hoped that this research can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating more effective MSME development policies and programs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, brand image, and customer relationship management on customer loyalty. The sampling technique used by the researcher was purposive sampling. The population in this study was all 105 cooperative customers, respondents with data analysis using multiple regression. Findings in this research. `Service quality and CRM have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty where the dominant influence is service quality. Brand Image has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty.
